This is always a lovely walking trail. Especially in the early fall. The trail is well maintained and there are numerous places to have a very sweet semi-secluded picnic.

Interesting place to hike. Close to town. Interesting history. Its fun to imagine what this place would have been like and its Hay Day.

This place is absolutely breathtaking! Been coming here since I was a kid!

Really pretty. Havent been there before. My kids and I saw a bull moose and a cow moose. The fall colors are awesome. It was really fun except for the inconsiderate people that were smoking.

Absolute peaceful place. You will enjoy the greenery, watershed. Summer is the best time to be there.

There is a paved and unpaved trails. Beautiful bridges with clear flowing water! Great way to get away and enjoy nature with out traveling.

Cherry springs is a great trail to hike. Springtime it gets a little muddy, but hey, thats nature. When you get to the trailhead you have two options, either go left on the 1 mile long trail, or right on the 1/2 mile trail. You have multiple paths you can take for picnics, exploring, photo shoots, and more. 10/10 i would recommend.

Very nice area has a bathroom and benches throughout the walking trails. The area is really pretty and well kept. I strongly suggest that you take a trip up to cherry springs when you are in the area.

Little to no elevation gain. Paved trail. Beautiful nature and water all around. Didnt do the entire path but probably about a one and half mile loop.

It was very nice. Ive been twice and enjoyed the place. Not crowded which I loved. Even saw a young moose!

Cherry Springs Nature Area is a perfect place to walk. Its beautiful, peaceful, stays fairly cool even on hot days, is not far away and is not usually full of other people. I like to walk in nature and use that time to think and reflect, so Im looking for quiet and solitude, which I typically find at Cherry Springs. Its also educational, with signs providing information about the local flora and fauna.

Im not from Idaho so I was recently introduced to this location by my fiancee. Her family is very familiar with Cherry Springs so she took me there to see if Id like to have our wedding there. Well, its so beautiful Id be a fool to say noBring on the wedding bells.

Not much to do or see here. It does have a nice paved pathway for walking. It is a bunch of trees and bushes, and not much else. It is quite a drive up there for just a short walk. It was ok, but not something I think I would do again.

Beautiful. Keep going and youll find a little area that has a full canopy over it and a loop in the trail. Perfect for photos in the fall.

It is a beautiful area for a nature center. The leaves are turning colors. A good day out for a picnic.

I love the outdoors and we found a tire swing for the kids. I taught one the names of some plants and we had a great time with a picnic.

My sister and I went here before and we discovered a small grotto near the river with a tire swing! I would definitely recommend this to friends!

This is an awesome little trail. It is kind of an oasis in the middle of the canyon. It can get a little overgrown--needs a little more maintenance. There arent nice bathrooms either. But I love this place. Great for kids.

Public restrooms available. Approximately 4 km of mostly paved trails that traverse the meandering Mink Creek. Open 365 days a year from dawn to dusk.
