Had 2 nights free and the manager that checked me in didnt apply both my vouchers, she only applied one so I was billed $140. I have called 3 times and spoken with 3 different people, all three said a manager would call be back to resolve their mistake, still havent heard from anyone and this was on October 26 and still no word after speaking to them 3 times. I will never go here again. Been to their casino and hotel several times without an issue and the fact they are willing to lose a great customer over their mistake amazes me. Never again, dont go here.

Had dinner at the sports bar, nice place with plenty of TVs to catch your sports! Great service, good food. Had something called a bear paw. It was prime rib in fry bread! Definitely not the most healthy thing on the menu but boy it was tasty! Everything on the menu was well priced.Stepped into the casino to play a little after dinner. No table games, but! They do have electronic blackjack and craps! The bubble craps machine is $1min bet! So fun to just sit and play for awhile! Walked out of the casino even and thats a win in my book!!

They are very COVID conscientious and make sure EVERYONE in the casino is abiding. The casino is so clean and nice .

Stayed on a whim during a road trip. Wonderful service & amenities. Our room was clean, comfortable & had a nice view. They also take great measures ensuring the health & safety of all who enter which is a huge comfort during these times.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The rooms are large and had a nice space to work at. The even center was nice and big and was able to house everyone from Rizecon with no issues. The buffet food was good and was always hot for our conference.

Machines were great! I hit a jackpot on Halloween! But no one cleaning the machines at all! Play at your own risk!! Or at least bring your own hand sanitizer!

Keep going, this janky hotel isnt worth the $129 price. Restaurant wont answer the phone. No cell phone reception in the room. The bar is completely out of vodka. Room service doesnt exist. No complimentary breakfast. At this price point service and amenities should be much much better.

Dont waste your time or money... When we got there they couldnt find my reservation was telling me I did not book which I did, No toilet paper in our room, the Casino was just awful put in $100.00 and I won 4 quarters off that $100.00 machines so tight and just a weird place with strange rules in general... Go to Wendover dont waste your time with this place.

Great little casino with awesome staff and helpful Hotel desk. I enjoyed the service and safety precautions.The gift shop was very clean and helpful workers behind the counter.

We hated it. You spend so much money with no return. Their machines are very tight. Youre lucky if you get one bonus on any machine. We dont think well ever be back. Employees are nice. Its clean. Theres free soda without paying a tip to a cocktail waitress. Those are the pluses. Other than that, not worth the drive.

I havent been since it was a tiny guy. Its really big inside. The staff was friendly and they gave clear instructions because of covid and becoming a member. We were excited, sadly we didnt win anything that night but we will go again and as always have fun. We enjoyed the time we were there.

I have always loved the Shoshone Bannock casino. The new remodel is beautifully done and provides some wonderful new restaurant options. The hotel hosts some awesome events that otherwise wouldnt be available in the area. The payout at the casino seems to have dropped dramatically since reopening after the Covid19 closure tho, at least in my experience and that of my friends

This place is very clean. Most of there machines are new digital type, no old reel type. Poker and blackjack are digital too. The hotel is really nice. The basic rooms are a little small but the mini suites and the suites are big with full size refrigerators, and a number of other nice things. They are like a really nice small apartment.

Awesome, people were very friendly and helpful. Casino felt safe, slots were great. Had a good time.

Stayed in the Shoshone-Bannock Rv park. Spaces are VERY tight for spaces lettered A and B, so go the C spaces if you can. No enclosed pet area but has a big lawn to take walks. Park is within walking distance of the casino so go and have some fun.

We stayed at the RV park for a few nights. Sadly their RV Park has gone down hill immensely.Half dead grass & weeds all over. Hoping they get it as nice as the previous years next time we try to stay there.

Used to love this casino and went there 2 to 3 times a month for years. Not now. You cant smoke, cant drink there anymore. Only half the machines are up. Go to Wendover, Jackpot, Mesquite they have all machines up, they have cards on the slots that say clean and dirty. You flip the card after your done playing and they get cleaned for the next person. You wear a mask but you can take it off so you can smoke and drink. They have plexiglass in between the machines that are too close. Forthall needs to run there casino like this and I would come back. Even the $100 in free play they just sent me, wont get me back there, until they allow smoking, drinking, and all slots are open.

Even though social distancing was in place I had no difficulty finding the slot machines I enjoy playing.

I love this casino destination. We stop at their RV campground when we go to Montana. Now that the casino is up by the hotel, it would be nice if they had a shuttle for those staying in the RV area. Looking forward to the whole Covid-19 being over so they can open everything up.

They are pretty tight, weve been going down for years and I must say the last two times we went down I did not have fun. Not because of losing, its a casino I expect to lose but its always nice when you hit enough you can play for a little while. I also hate my favorite machines being off and having to wear the mask. I understand it though so I am just going to wait until after all of this is over and we can get things back to normal.

Absolutely do not recommend! My fiancé and I came here for a restful fun weekend thinking that the rooms were nicer here than lava where we originally wanted to be, wrong. They’re ok. Ok was fine until our second night coming back and realizing we had been locked out of our room. After waiting In line to get this figured out we were greeted by a begrudged employee who not only blamed us for the mishaps with the lockout, but then was upset when I asked for a receipt of our stay so far since I never received one, AND then berated us for bringing in our own 6 pack of beer to our room. This place is falsely advertised as something better than it is, again don’t stay here you’ll regret it.

Fortunately i am not an employee or an owner, so here is the truth. This place has the strangest rules, no customer service, no food no drinks and no card tables. Just digital games that can be manipulated any which way, and only 60% of which even worked. But after an hour of trying to have a good time regardless, we were approached by security, who informed us that it was the casinos rule that we could not congregate with our group, as a whole. And that if we were not pumping money into a machine we had to leave. This came after a temperature check from some guido at the door who did not even know how to use the digital thermometer. I guess he missed that day of nursing school. As i was cashing out i asked the cashier why they had taken the fun out of their establishment. She informed me that the casino and hotel had been overrun with covid19, and that they had made a deal with the county to stay open if they only infected a small percentage of their patrons. Never seen not one cleaning crew. Folks are using machines with no gloves and no cleaning between players. So if your looking for a good place for fun i would avoid this pit of dispair like the plague. Staff is unfriendly, and all machines although marked as penny are actually $1, $3, and $5 machines. Alot of non disclosure and bait and switch. They never informed us of the outbreak until after we complained of the strange behavior. I will not return. I dont appreciate the deception.

This is one of the Best maintained clean Casinos Ive ever visited even compared to LasVegas Casinos, where I lived for 11 yrs in LasVegas NV, the people that work at Shoshone Bannock Casino have genuine respect and care in what they do. They are also most pleasant to communicate with and courteous. Unfortunately I have found the slots are more than not super Tight over the past few years and have only ever come out seldom at most 30 to 40.00 dollars ahead. Other than game play this Casino is hands down a pleasure to visit..

Out of 8 times plus that i have been there and spent average $300.00I didnt even break even once...Customer service went south... No one on floor asking how things are..Most slots have changed and limited jackpots..Dont spend your money there!!!

Finally stopped at this Casino. Passed it every time going to and from North Dakota. Always wanted to stop but never had the time. Just retired in June so this time I stopped by on my way back to California. Ill be stopping again on my next trip.

RV Park is NICE! Great grass, dog loves to roll in it. Long spaces, small shade trees, and paved parking spots!! Laundry could be bigger, 3- machines. Bath house/shower clean and maintained. Wifi from the open hotspot named RV PARK.

The new casino building is really nice. But to be honest I found the machines to be very tight. I ran through 50$ in less than 15 min on 1cent machine betting the minimum amount. Actually have a lot more fun playing our local casinos in Dillon Montana. Like I said the new building has almost a jackpot Nevada feel. Much better than the old building.

Nothing to be blown away with here. Lots of machines but really crazy limits on some of them, randomly high and low!I visited post shutdown, and would like to return at another time to see if its any better without all the restrictions.No smoking, eating or drinking on the gaming floor, temp scan at entry, mask must not be removed on property and a full ID verification and scan, followed by being sent immediately to the players club, and being told my cars MUST be in the machine at all time and ID on my person at all times. Also, I visited because of the free bonuses advertised on the freeway, and the casino wasnt honoring them at this time. Bummer.

The rooms are ok. We have stayed here twice. The first time our air conditioner didnt work and after several attempts to fix it we had to change rooms. This time we got 2 rooms. The first one we got for our grandson the fridge didnt work. The second one for ourselves and guess what the air conditioner was broken. After 2 attempts they told us to change rooms but we just stayed in ours this time. Its just a hassle to change rooms when you already have things unpacked.

We love this place and we come so often that I guess we can be considered regulars here. We spend enough money here in the casino that they like to make sure we keep coming back so they throw about eight rooms per month at us to keep coming back. The buffet is excellent so try that. The deli is open 24-hours a day on holidays. Tell them Mark and Amy sent you so you will get extra good treatment. Like any other casino, spend your money wisely and dont let them get the best of you.

License is on mobile is from Louisiana and do to covid19 this is supposed to be Louisiana form on Ids. And the little security guard would not here of it. He was very rude . We were in a group of 9 people. He would not call a supervisor and ask he was so rude and his argument was so ridiculous I would not return here.

This casino is doing it right. Theres a total of 3 checkpoints before you even get into the casino. Before you can park youre greeted by someone to make sure you have a mask(required at all times on the property) and that you dont have any symptoms of covid-19. Once you enter the building your temperature is taken before you get in line for an ID check and rules briefing. After all that, youre admitted to the casino. You must play with a players card. I have to say I was not impressed with the machine selection. It seemed a bit excessive how many machines were turned off. There was about 5 video poker machines in the entire casino, however, the one I did find and eventually play had a good double double bonus paytable. Machines were up and down but I did eventually leave up after a few hours play.

Not welcoming, just like... Hey you madeit! ok then so what...so yeah, it was a let down. going back to commercial casinos, Indians just have no care.

Usually I like this place and its a great place to hangout with friends or family but I cant recommend going during this covid fiasco. The staff seem like theyre all having an awful time and it leads to an unpleasant environment. Really disappointing.

They take your temp as you enter the parking lot as well as into the building and then again at casino entrance along with ID and players card check. Masks required. I wore latex gloves I have personally. About 1/3 of games were functional.. To be honest, I wish I could request certain games on as to there was still a machine inbetween. Terminals of 3 only had 1 game on each side turned on and some were the ends.. As far as play, it seemed the same as before. Hopefully soon well see more games on or some type of leeway on requesting certain games on.. it doesnt make sense to have multiples of one game on and others completely unavailable

Nice people but not very knowledgeable about their facility. No shuttle came when she said shed called one. The desk told me to call when I need a shuttle but had to run around looking for the number that should be on the map she gave me for the rv area. The price on their paper work for the site was different from what I was charged. They really did good job on covid19 stuff.

My wife had a wonderful time playing bingo for the first time at the fall big event high-stakes bingo,I had a wonderful fish and chips plate at The grill sports bar. I then ventured into the casino to try my luck at the one-armed bandits but Lady luck was not with me and the games were different to say the least. In my opinion they need more straightforward poker machines.

Incredibly miserable management in the Casino with terrible people skills..so overdone with the covid thing, they act like theyre drunk with power and make the whole experience regrettable . The RV park was cheap but they dont have cable or internet and there is no security or check-in at the sites. You have to walk all the way around the entire casino to pay for a site..you cannot enter through any other door so they can keep their head counts.The sites are so close together that our neighbors sewer line was literally beside our step. Dont waste your time stopping here...

Bingo is great! Smoking is allowed but the air filters in the new casino make it easier to breathe than the old building. The casino is now attached to the hotel so you dont have to walk thru the snow and ice to go back and forth. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Indoor pool.

Lots of machines closed due to social distinsing. Only 300 people permitted on the casino floor at a time so had to wait in line for a bit and wear a mask. Still a great time.

Now that the casino is built in the same building as the hotel, I think I may visit more often.

This is not a concert hall at all! This is a conference center, I felt like I was in a staff meeting. No lights or sound except for the first 20 rows. The sound quality was terrible lots of echo. The chairs were very small shoulder touching shoulder ( 180lbs and 6 foot tall) they do sorta recline and that was very nice. The parking is a muddy mess. Just to top it off traffic when leaving the parking lot took half hour.
