Very clean and comfortable, mind ur own and u will have no worries..

This place has no RV sites available, it is rundown, they tried to charge nearly double what others parks charge and their are no amenities.If they really want a business, they might consider finding small business funds, bulldozing what is in desperate need of repair because in the end new buildings attract, you pay off the loans and you have a welcoming place.The only plus, the owner came out to greet us. Probably to save a liability claim if we tripped on the dead toys in the office yard.

Great place to live and a good place to stay for a short amount of time. Beautiful pond outback. And close to Parksdale where you can get delicious locally grown strawberries.

Studios and 1 bedrooms, weekly or monthly rental, 4 month minimum lease.

Had no problems Owner very friendly and helpful will defenitly stay again
