We lived in this place for a year. It was perfect for my family my kids went to school on the bus my husbands work was 2 minutes away. Everything was perfect for the first year then we get a notice like 30 days before our lease is up telling us that theyre not going to renew our lease because we were late on our rent, the pandemic hit my family extremely hard my husband got down to 15 to 20 hours a week its hard to pay $1,100 worth of rent when you work 20 hours a week. so because of the pandemic and because of us being late on our rent we never not paid our rent we were just late we paid all the fines and everything I pressure washed my own house I pressure washed my own driveway I cleaned and mowed my own yard because they wouldnt come and mow my yard, we are now homeless struggling to find a spot to live I have three children and a mom that lives with me and because were late on our rent they put a whole family out on the streets. So if you ever want to live in Parkwood estates, make sure that a global pandemic doesnt happen to you and your family because they will leave you homeless and struggling to find a place to live. They are the most garbage place. the managers dont care about where youre going to let your head the day you have to leave because they have a house to live in they are not kicked out of their place. and they keep responding and giving you this number to call that numbers garbage to dont ever live in a yes community!

I looked here a few months ago and worked with Cedrick. He was great very responsive helpful and polite. His replacement is much less responsive and friendly. I came back looking as I am reconsidering here because of the good service before. Im much less impressed now

Just visited a friend so I cant really answer how the Estates are. The grounds appear clean but some residents park illegally.

We had the pleasure of working with Kathryn, not only was she extremely helpful, but she had no issues staying within our guidelines and helping us pick the best home for us. The property is amazing and neighbors have been great! Everything was so simple and went through without issues. Thank you again and we look forward to enjoying the community for a long time.

Absolute fabulous place to live!! My family and I really needed our own place and the office personnel worked hard and fast to get our application approved!! All maintenance issues were taken care of quick!! The kids really enjoyed the pool!! Definitely recommend this place!!

We have lived here around 4 1/2 years and love it here.. Our new manager and sale rep are amazing. As well as our grade A maintenance guys Carl and Henry. We have and will still recommend Parkwood Estate to family and friends...

EVERYONE of the reviews that say How great it is, or roomy, or how nice management is, IS WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT! People are not stupid. They know the pro-park reviews is BS, especially after reading the majority that complain about the place. YOU MOVE THERE, your going to pay HIGH RENT for garbage. So I dare ya.

Great prices, spacious and beautiful mobile homes, knowledgeable maintenance, clean pool. Im so happy to live here! Lots of kids, for the most part respectful and have never disturbed me or my family.

I will never rent again from them. I have nothing but problems from Neighbors and pressure to buy the trailer that I am renting the company is very pushy towards purchasing a home in their trailer park and I do not like that. My family and I have lived there almost a year and I am tired of the constant pressure of buying a home and how are neighbor that lives next door treats my family and me on a daily basis. We have complained to management about the neighbor yet nothing has really been done other than a talking to. I wouldnt recommend this place if you are going to rent or buy a home in there. Please do your research on that place. The maintenance people are very rude and I for one do not like how they treat people. If you asked me to refer you to a this place or or a trailer park I would never recommend this place Im so they have better people who are not pushy are rude neighbors that are very hateful.

Nice place to live . But office personnel is very rude . They abuse of their authority. They send letters of lot rent due dates threatening if not paid by the date they assign they will evict you or cut your water off. Several families have actually been leaving their homes due too this .

They have a pool a play ground for the children and u have a great house too

And if you have a problem, dont tell management cause they dont care.The park has changed a lot since Ive been hereNo felons werent allowed in the park. Not. They dont care.Now it a Yes Community. Poorly operated park. I have lived here almost 10 years and have been through 20 to 25 managers. You receive your bill for lot rent the day before or the day it is due and then receive a late notice the next day. You cant pay it before then because they include the water bill in it so you dont know how much it will be and they wont except a partial payment. It is one of the dumbest rules I have ever heard of. I guess they expect everyone to stay home on the first so we can run to the office to pay. Surely someone could come up with a more intelligent way to get the bill to the residents.

Ive lived here 5 years before finally recent I moved . They dont have good managers . Constant cops . Definitely not for a family with children. Children here smoke cause drama curse at adults. Im talking about 10 year old s. Park managers are constantly quitting because they get threats . DONT MOVE HERE IT MAY SEEM NICE UNTIL YOU MOVE IN. THOSE HOUSES HAVE BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!

Disgusting conditions of all the homes. Young children(age 6-13 years old) running around smoking. I witnessed fighting amongst some people. Horrribbbllee do not move here Yes they’re are cheap BUT FOR A REASON!

Its a ok park been here for a 1yr and half u do however have to have security lots of things in park neighbors are friendly some are nosey . usually its quite here but one big problem they go through office and park managers like crazy . also if buying a trailer make sure u check walls good and floors good . ours is rottened and mold had to replace some floors and bathroom check for roaches as well and rats from goat farm they tend to come into park in walls . if I had a choice I would of bought some place else
