Good place to park very well keeped up good management close to every thing north south east west

I moved in with my rv a few days ago. It was my first time setting up. The manager.. I think his name was John. Helped me from beginning to end. Even giving me a few items I did not have. He also explained how the stuff worked. I am grateful for that!! The next day I gave him a well deserved tip for all his hard work and doing it in the rain. It is so quiet and peaceful here. Price is good too compared to some I looked at. Seems like they are doing major improvements here in the park too. They must care about there tenants.

We like the park very much, the community is very friendly.Management is very helpful and are on the ball in assisting us,The park is an older park but management are installing newer lots and are continuing to improve the grounds through out to better serve all the tenants, we feel very safe here and it is walking distance to everything.Great price for what the park has to offer.

Always clean with a friendly staff and great prices, this is my favorite place to shop in Plant City.

I bought a mobile home here a couple of months ago. I noticed a place for sale in here today. Its located in Plant City. The lot rent is cheaper than a lot of other places that I had checked out last summer. This is a 55+ community.

We just moved here and like it very much, the pool is very refreshing and maintenance keeps the grounds very appealing, the club house is well kept, the community seems to be very quiet, The managers are very helpful and go out of there way to assist you. The park is under going a new appearance and are generating more things to do in the club house.The rent is by far more affordable then most other parks in the area.One of the nice things that are very useful to us is that it is central to all of the attractions.Will definately recommend this park to otherswe have lived here for a while now and we must say management is doing a great job, they are cleaning up the park, getting rid of all the trash laying around in front of homes, making people accountable, and the best thing they are doing is making sure rules are being followed.the park only charges for dogs, not pets, and the park asks when filling out back ground and credit checks if they have a dog. This has always been done in the past, Park management is also making people do back ground checks that have not done so in the past which is a good thing for other residents in the park. They want to keep the community safe. The park has had a lot of problems in the past with anyone just coming in the park and causing problems now the park is under 24 hour video.I would suggest to anyone that lives here before you spread wrong info or gossip to others you should make sure your facts are right. These managers care and take pride in what they do for this park on a daily basis, That is more then I can say for the last people that ran the park. I would also suggest tenants can help make a difference by assisting others that need help.

We just moved our camper in and we had no problems at allstaff assisted us in hook ups, and were able to answer all our needs to be worry free, they all have great personalities, we like the area it is close to everything, and we cant wait for the strawberry festival to come in March The lot rent is very very reasonable to what the majority parks charge in the area, it is well lit at night, which is nice, side walks to walk on, and the best part we feel more secure do to security cameras and staff driving around through out the day and night. we would definitely recommend to this park to others to stay at.

Great place to live, lot rent is more reasonable then other places, has all the amenities you need, close to Tampa and Lakeland, a lot of employment in the area. Park is under new management and is improving the appearance and the moral of the park.. Also I have noticed that the seniors are being treated with respect and dignity in this 55 + community.

Its friendly and helpful to your needs within reason

We called this place a few times to inquire about coming to plant city for the winter months. Our family lives nearby in Dover. The lady on the phone was helpful and informative. We decided to go and check it out. The man (john) took us around to look for available spaces to accomodate our size RV. He said we could pick any one that was available. The next week we came to pull our RV in. We checked in at the office, completed proper paperwork, etc. Then he (john) helped us park, helped us hook up. and answered any questions we had. Was an overall great move in day. We then visited the pool. It was quite small but served its purpose. We have been here now for several weeks and enjoy it. Neighbors are nice. Close to wendys, pharmacies, restaurants etc.

I have lived in this park for many a year. I never had any problems..sure you get the few that cause problems but that is everywhere. There are new managers here and they seem to want to help us and look out for us.The pool seems nice although i do not go. it seems as though they are trying to better the park and what i seen so far it seems they are doing a pretty good job so far. It is close to major highways and stores. I cant wait to see what is in store. As long as you follow rules and pay your rent its a great place. thank you for reading.

Nice Pool Friendly Folks

I am changing my review based on what Ive seen transpire since new management has taken over. Things are pretty bad here. There is now a pet policy of 10 dollars per month per pet that I dont see how it can be enforced. Reason being one everyone here owns their trailers and are just renting the lot. I dont see how without entering said trailers are they going to know whether someone has a pet or not. Two how are they going to charge for certain pets such as birds,small animals, reptiles or indoor cats. These are animals that usually live in cages or in the case of indoor cats remain indoors. What about fish? What does the policy include as far as animals? Lets not forget these are not rented trailers but owned by the residents and the residents are only renting the lot. If we as residents are responsible for our own repairs on our trailers then how are they going to enforce this policy. This is a big issue.Another issue that has a arisen is that the new management wants to be all in the residents business. I have heard several stories of people leaving the door open to air out or clean their places and management asking them what it is they are doing. This concerns me greatly because it shouldnt matter what your doing with your door open to your home as long as you are present.A number of residents have been complaining that the new management is nosey. We have decided to leave.

We have lived here 6 months its great place to rent especially since we have new management. Fast on repairs....A/C messed up New management was here in 10 minutes to look at it.

I love the pool.These lots are nice, Club is awesome.If you need clothes there of your choice,also food on a table .There is alot of older people .The Mgr.Goes out of her way to help people, I love it here!
