Came to this location because the Allen location is closed permanently and we wanted to get out of the house. This location doesn’t have a great selection of games and the games they do have seem a little outdated. Other than that, no complaints. The employees were very nice and welcoming. The food was cooked fresh and hot. We were actually the only family inside the building for about 30 minutes which was pretty awesome. Overall, we’d definitely return.

Celebrated my Sons 5th Birthday here. The service and facility were top notch even though we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.Will come back again. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean and appropriately marked off for distancing. The staff appeared to be on top of keeping tables and equipment safe and clean. Was disappointed that several games were temporarily out of service. Not like theyre overwhelmed and dont have time to get things fixed right now. But my grandsons had fun and we enjoyed our time with them. And well likely return.

Because of the virus, they’re only open for food- either delivery or take out. I drove past here the other day and saw their signs for $5 pizzas and $5 wings. I remembered from like 20 years ago that Chuck E Cheese used to have some super good pizza- I wanted to see if it had changed. It’s still some awesome pizza. I have to say that for $5, you can’t beat this. Definitely check it out if you want to get yourself absolutely stuffed for minimal $$$.

Good food and a place for your kids to play but unfortunately due to COVID-19 they were affected. The good thing is that they are taking measures to ensure the safety of their customers and employees

So extremely impressed with how this business has handled Covid-19.. they have a constant schedule of cleaning.. I stayed 2 full hours with my grandkids and a team member was cleaning machines the entire time ...very friendly staff and the pizza is great ....we had a great safe experience....

Spooktacular was no different than any other night. Chuckey never came out. Social distancing was not being practiced and people were walking around both adults and children, without a mask. Children were climbing on rides while in motion and everyone had a tummy ache after eating the boneless chicken wings.

Visited during the week and this location was clean and enjoyable. The games and rides were all working, and the employees were extremely nice. I would go out of my way to come back because of how nice the girl working the ticket counter was.

My kids had a blast here! They have a variety of games for different age groups which makes it fun if you have a mix of little ones and kids who are a little older. Everyone can find something to do! The staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. They paraded Chuckie around, danced and gave away free tickets to any kids who wanted to participate! It was cute. The place was clean and well kept. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because I think their prices are a bit high. Dont go here if youre on a budget! Overall, we had a great time here though!

Check in and out has change since this covid-19. But I absolutely loved how they have been the cleanest and happiest Ive seen yet

This is by far one of the best Chuck E Cheeses Ive been to. This location was very clean and the employees were very helpful. All the food was made to order. We had our grandsons 1st birthday party here and it went perfect.

Play pass is a great option, free play for a set amount of time. It was perfect for my kiddos, and we didnt have to get a food package with it, which was really nice as wed already eaten dinner.

Our children enjoy coming here!! Reasonable prices, New games, food is always Hot!! and I like that they have gotten smarter with the food pager. So when your foods ready, you go to the pick up order station. You can also choose to use minutes or points on your card. Recommended

I went yesterday December 3rd for the first time and I was happily surprised by the good service of this Chuck E. Cheese in Preston Rd, the manager was all the time very helpful and super nice with kids, I think her name is Florencia, there was a guy very nice too that was very attentive with my kiddo when one machine didn’t work, the place was spotless, the bathrooms clean, tables clean everything super organize and the people super friendly, I used to go Garland and Allen but machines are the most the time broken, service is awful, people rude Specially on Garland location. So i prefer drive 15 extra minutes and take my kids in the Preston rd location . Today I went back with my kids and I have only nice things to say about this location, love it!

During Covid experienceThe employee checked our temperatures when we arrived at the counter and was very friendly. Unfortunately they had to close several games to follow the 6 feet rule. That was the only disappointment about of experience. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy. There was maybe 3 or 4 small families inside at the same time we were.

The last time I went I had a great time, however I am wondering, is the animatronic still there??

We went there for my son birthday. The organization was perfect and the kids had so much fun. Micah Libby and Corry were amazing and took care of everything. We are extremely happy. We will definitely come back

Atmosphere was nice and the location is good, close to residential areas. Clean facility and service with a smile. The only reason I take a star away is because it is smaller than other chuck e cheeses and the games selection is a bit limited.

Fun for kids only and not for very long. The arcade floor isnt that big. If you go in knowing its good for about an hour or so worth of fun then youre good. Also the prize selection leaves much to be desired imho

Went with my son on a Tuesday two weeks in a row and we loved it. Clean, not too loud, friendly staff and they have half price games on Tuesdays so its just perfect. We had buffet 4.99 adults and 3.99 kids much cheaper than fast food and its unlimited only thing is the drink is $2.50 each cup so we just bring our own.

This is a really great place for kids, its not because of the games, its because the manager his name its ANTHONY, best manager, attentive, respectful and all his team really nice and helpfull. Very clean place and all the machines works perfectly fine. My kids are getting bigger while they want to enjoy chuck e cheeses Im going to bring them here.

Awesome place to have birthday parties for kids. My twins loved their birthday we celebrated here, a little disappointed because I had a lot of plans for decorations, and they don’t allow anything to stick on walls, but the host was very creative and helped us to celebrate awesomely.

The location was just okay the pizza wasnt good it was like the old pizza before they made it good. The Chuck E Cheese guy was low energy. So many games didnt work correctly and took our swipe without letting us play.

Beautiful the kids had an awesome time. The Chuck E Cheese ladies were so amazing very well coming and loving.

Decent timeout with kid, recommended once in a while. 2 type of cards are provided, points card suggested for little ones and unlimited card with time cap for grownup kids.

Can get pricey. The kids have fun and the food is actually pretty good.

Started our weekend early

Took my 20 month old here for the first time. She had a good time. I think the menu needs to have more options for toddlers. The price of the food was ridiculous. The salad bar could have a few more options. The small kids area had very few games.

We had a great time at this location. The cheese pizza was very tasty and we had the salad bar, which had just enough stuff for a vegetarian! We opted for the 2 hour game play and bought a large pizza and drinks to get the play pass reduced to $24. My son and I played the games and had fun! The location was a tad bit smaller than the one we go to in Atlanta but it was adequate! Fun times for all especially when you can have a few beers!

My son had his birthday party here today and he was trying to get a pic from. The Chuck E cheese mascot and he said since we did not book are birthday online that he could not take a picture I think it was unfair my son does not know the difference even tried to give him a high-five in the Chuck E cheese mascot just act like he wasnt there it was his first birthday there

Much better experience this time. At least, no one stopped me this time thinking I was kidnapping my son because he doesnt look like me.

Great place to take your kids to kill time. Have been to this location now twice & has always been a great experience. Pizza is not bad for a place like this and salad bar isnt bad either. Games are more geared toward YOUNGER kids so if you have teenagers or close to teens I would recommend elsewhere but my 4 year old and 1 year old boys have a blast. Go check them out if you havnt been you will be glad you did

The people that work there are very rude . When you spend over 400.00 you would think the staff would be a little nicer.Except Benny our party host he was awesome and very friendly

Nice place but the price isnt fair and i suggest to replace the minuts by the points of the game because the time was gone during the food, when my son was sitting to eat the minuts of the card were gone

Very expensive, prizes are very cheap but require spending way more than anything is worth. You can get koat pf it from dollar stores.

I took my grandkids to the Plano location on Preston Rd. on Friday, November 29 at 5:30PM and was very disappointed in the condition of the entertainment equipment for kids4-6 yrs old. I have been to other ChuckEcheeses in California that took great pride in making sure the equipment was in good working order for consumers. Over 50% of the equipment either did NOT work or took 2-3 swipes for the machine to work. My wife & I had the same experience with 2 different cards, so its definitely the equipment. Also the sketch machine was out of paper, so it did NOT work either. They told me when I called later that there were 2 employees on the floor, but we did not see either. It appears that management at this location does not value keeping the entertainment equipment in good working order.In Summary, I would NOT recommend this Entertainment/restaurant spot for children!

I went for a birthday party, its not the same ad when I was a kid but its nice. Even with the germs and parasites(kids) its pretty clean. I say that loosely. But the restrooms were decent. They get parties in and out but the kids head a great time. Grab your kids and go check this joint out.

We go there often and with each visit the situation is getting worse. Games are either not working or not giving any tickets...and when you bring the issue to the staff you just get ignored. My kids said theres no point of going if the games are broken (not giving tickets). No tickets no prizes, well two disappointed kids today...wont go back unless the consoles are not fixed.

Good pizza. Thin crust is better than most. Wings are ereally good but can take a little while. The new unlimited points system is really nice for kids to play whatever they want to. We will be returning if only for the super friendly staff.

Celebrated my nieces Birthday here, and we could not be more pleased! The staff was more than amazing went above and beyond their way to make everything perfect and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Is Chuck-E-Cheese is typical of most in the chain. It is clean well maintained and there is plenty of parking outside the store. There are games available for children of all ages which most seem to be enjoying with reckless abandon. The food was much better than expected. We did enjoy the pizza which was kind of better than many of the large chains that deliver. There was plenty of parking outside the store but it does get crowded especially on the weekends for birthday parties

This Chuck E. Cheese location is significantly smaller than any other one I have been to. Im giving an extra star only because the staff was so friendly and attentive but our pizza and wings were both served cold. I know you cant expect much from the food at a place like this but its pretty hard to screw up pizza... The game area was also extremely crowded and couldnt help but bump into other parents while trying to get around. Ill probably check out another Chuck E. Cheese before considering returning to this location.a

Kids enjoyed their time. But the establishment is entirely too small for the amount of people that frequent it. Their were no seats available. Their were several booths unclean so we had to go ask for someone to clean one. However, the staff was great and professional.

This is an updated location. The one in Lewisville isnt nearly as nice. I would definitely go to this location over the Lewisville one next time, and their pizza is the best ever.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! 2 BAD EXPERIENCES OUT OF TWO TRIPS!! The front cashier was rude. The manager was rude. And the by were busy and under staffed. Long lines for everything.***UPDATE***** My husband took our four year old here to have a Daddy Daughter date, right after ordering the pizza (before playing any games at all) our daughter threw up. My husband asked the young Hispanic female manager for help and refund as they had not been in the establishment long enough to even play one game. She was extremely rude. She was uncaring and told she would not give him a refund even though our daughter was clearly ill. David was asked to help and he was nice and understanding and gave the refund. But why in the world would my husband have to go through so much trouble when he had a sick child is beyond me. Save yourselves a trip.

Fun arcades as always. They dont maintain them very well so many games were not working. To kids disappointment, many machines would not spit tickets. Pizza was very greasy. Sufficient parking available.

Now that you pay by the half hour its all the more fun. It makes it like a game show where you try to do as much as you can in a certain amount of time. Keeps my boredom at away while the kids are having fun. Its clean and the staff is nice for the most part. I havent eaten there...we just drop in for half an hour and play.

Bad all around. I waited at counter for at least 10 min and had to hunt someone down. They claim to refund the pizza if they take over 20 min, but they dont honor that and didnt for me. pretzel bites were cold and the cheese dip tasted bad but looked worse as if it had been dropped. The fries were cold, tasted old and the serving was small for the price. I was excited about trying these two new items but quickly disappointed. Now I remember why only my kids can drag me here even once a year.

This Chuck e cheese is much busier than the ones I frequent. The ride on toys are more up to date. But the staff is great

As the other Chuck E Cheeses and other child entertainment places get updated with more and more games/activities this location seems smaller and smaller. Definately needs some updates.

It was fun one of the better ones weve been to but it was really packed and this one lady sat on a game for over a hour and they didnt say anything to her. Thought that was really rude and not sure why they wouldnt say anything

It’s been years since my family and I have gone to Chuck E. Cheese’s, but let me say it’s not what I remember as a kid in a good way. The games have improved and so has the food items. We had a blast!

Customer service is rude they turn off all the games at once without even giving you a warning it was 9:03 when the games went off that was very disrespectful rude while we are playing middle of a game without even giving us they were about to close in a few minutes or so and to top it off they forgot to give me a salad bowl so I use one of my pizza both and they question me if I paid for my salad I feel that was very disrespectful impossibility could have had something racial to do with with it and to top it off they close the kitchen 20 minutes before they close wheres Chucky Cheese ever!!!!!!! I like the place as an indoor amusement store more than a pizza restaurant. When I come here with my 4 yrs old, I always enjoy the place with her. My little one always come here happily but she is never ready to leave the place. The little dance floor is very attractive. Kids love to dance here with Chuck E. There are some games which grown ups can enjoy too. Overall this place is a family entartainment center for winter weekend.

Food was the usual cheap pizza and salad bar that was filling. Only issue was the games and the new point/unlimited game play system is way overpriced. But Id still go back with family again.
