Its a nice small memorial park with a sidewalk loop that ends at the memorial stage. Handicap accessible from the road, but not from the creek side (small set of stairs). Flags and plaques for each of the branches of military flank the stage area.

Its so beautiful and well maintained. very good place to take pictures as well and its right next to a park for everyone to enjoy

The city of Plano takes great care of this location and always make sure to keep up maintenance and care of this part. It has a great design and is a great tribute to veterans both past and current. This location is accessible and also has accessible parking and parking along the street. Access to this location is easy from either side of the road. It has great scenery and theres a Park right next to it. There is a bathroom but its a little ways away from the veterans memorial closer to the park.

Nicely maintained a place of gratitude towards the soldiers who have sacrificed for the greatness of USA.

Fun and exuberant place but plano has really let the wild life grow.

Its hidden and its small but I really like the way its designed and pays tribute to my fallen brothers in arms

Absolute jackpot of Inns, Greenhouses, and Fortresses for Wizards United game. Usually uncrowded, restrooms available, parking is plentiful streetside. Its a very well-maintained park!

One of my favorite spots along the Chisholm trail. Ive biked here, sat and read, meditated etc. There is a library just across the road and a walk way under a bridge that will take you along the rest of the trail. Pokemon go hunters are a regular sight, I suppose this park must have some good finds for them. Also: there is a park bathroom and a childrens play area nearby along the trail

It was a very nice place to sit and talk. It is also a very nice place to read, run, ride bikes and bring kids to play. Its also very clean.

Nice little park

Great park along the Chisholm bike and running trail in Plano Texas. For those playing Pokemon Go or Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, theres a ton of in game locations within the park with a great route for walking during special events.

Absolutely beutiful, a great place to take your kids and just have a great relaxing time. by far one of my favorite parks.

My baby favorite place

The kids play area in the park is infested with red ants. Myself and my two year old stopped by at the park for an evening and was bitten by red ants while playing. Parents who take the kids to the play area please be careful.

A well maintained memorial park honoring the Plano residents who had sacrificed their lives in different wars. The plaques and statues kindled the kids interest about veterans.

A reverent and peaceful place, this memorial park is a fitting tribute to our troops. The grounds are well maintained. The city hosts ceremonies here which are well orchestrated and truly moving. I walk my dog here often, stopping to observe both the monument and the scenery. Make sure to clean up after yourself (and your animals) before you leave, and enjoy this beautiful landmark!

Very nice memorial to the military veterans of Plano Texas who have given their lives in combat since WW 1 to preserve our freedoms. Thank you to the citizens of Plano for providing such a nice park and memorial.

Our kids really liked the play structures here(one for smaller and one for bigger kids). There is a public bathroom. But not picnic tables which is a bummer. Great park overall!

Great for Pokémon go! Lol. Also nicely kept for walking around the trails. Have had good encounters with other dogs walking as well.

A nice memorial to our Veterans, has some life size statues, located next to the bicycle trails. Its a good place to stop for a break when riding, and pay your respects to our fallen.

It’s Perfect

The Veterans Memorial is very nice and a great place for reflection. The Chisholm Trail and Spring Creek pass through the park, too. Its a great area to take the kids to explore the creek, feed the ducks, and go fishing. There is a playground and bathroom nearby, too.
