I voted at this center but also enjoy the center itself. The city of Plano has done a great job in providing a center full of activities.

I love this park, near Schimelpfenig Middle School on Maumelle road. Its got a big playground, and full bathrooms, which is really helpful with kids. But, be careful visiting when school is starting or letting out, because its slammed with parents picking up their students. The bathrooms are right by the parking lot, near the water fountain.Jack Carter park is a little confusing. This is the original site of the pool, which was filled in and turned into a park. A bigger pool with slides and water features was built off of Pleasant Valley. So, now there are two Jack Carter Parks in different places, but nearby.

This is a fairly small park, but its great for little kids. My kids are under 5 and they love the easy-to-access playground. The floor is soft-surface instead of wood chips, so thats nice too.

Went to Dog park and I wont be back anymore. Dog park is unclean and smells. Way to many irresponsible dog owners not cleaning up after their pets. Really sad to see as its a nice large dog park and very convenient to my house.

Beautiful park to take your kids to. I see a lot of boot camps going on their as well, so if thats your thing this seems like a good place for it. It has a pretty extensive playground area with what I think is safety ground material.

Took our pups to the dog park. Always clean, never had an issue with aggressive dogs, owners are friendly and almost all clean up after their dogs (there is always one in a group that refuses) but for the most part, great place to let pups, get socialized and make friends while getting exercise

Hit up a Camp Gladiator workout there at 11:30. The pavilion provided the perfect amount of shade. The sand volleyball courts and playground kept our two year old busy while we sweat it out. That playground had some really interesting toys that make the kids think and learn about science. There were these sliding discs on a rail with a notch on the side. You had to actually twist the disc to slide it along the rail. My son was a bit frustrated but I thought it was a good leaning tool for problem solving.
