Incredibly knowledgeable and SUPER helpful staff. Only two models to actually walk through, but the personal and personable service more than made up for it. If youre at all interested in a manufactured home in El Dorado county, I would start here.

My experience with El Dorado Homes was a nightmare. I would not suggest using this company for my worst enemy. After losing our home to the Butte Fire in Sept. 2015, we did a lot of research on manufactured homes because that was the quickest way to get back in a home and out of a hotel. EDH made lots of promises, included adjustments for my father who is disabled. Well, not only did they house come without ANY of the adjustments (including the bigger doors for his wheelchair), it took MONTHS longer than promised and arrived in very poor condition. While they finally replaced the doors because my father could not even get in the house, they still have MANY repairs to complete They didnt keep any of the promises and did very shotty work. Their contractor, Doug was awful and not only rude, but also never showed up so it took much longer than anticipated. All the while, we were in hotels and temporary housing. They are incredibly inconsiderate and lie A LOT. I would not trust this company with an investment like a home EVER. I regret it every day. Almost a year after they finally got the house placed, there are still several repairs that need to be done but it is taking forever because there are so many people in my same position waiting for repairs.
