The newly renovated clubhouse is nice.

New owners, rents goin up, n drug dealing after 10pm! Homeless people harrasing tenants, rummaging threw thrash n leaving Missouri station n surrounding area a mess!

Nice senior mobile home park. My parents enjoy their home and neighbors. Nice club house with activities.

Definitely in the ruff, Diamond Springs is beautifully nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas, its a place I would gladly call home but a trailer park? Why? Why?Why?. Like I said, definitely in the ruff.
