Beautiful and peaceful. We have been living here for many years. Very nice park; nice neighbors and professional managers who care about the people and the surroundings. Love living here. Lots of stately mature trees and picturesque greenery. Bountiful wildlife.

The Managers Carolyn and Tom do a great job there being an older park they have lots to keep up but they are on top of it

It looks well kept up and it is a 40 year old mobile park. I would like the water plant growth in the center to be managed better the lake has almost disappeared.

Have lived here awhile now. Its nice. Tucked away from all the husssle and bustle, in a wooded area. Current managers are good, and keep the place clean. Good cell service. Nice neighbors :)

I will always support a place that was so good to me and I have good memories of. Wish I could say that about every place in Placerville. But this particular Mobile Park I can.

Some nice places some old. Prices are way too high for the age & condition of the trailers. Guess its the way of Calif.

Secluded park in the back area of placerville. very quite and scenic

Peaceful setting with quiet, welcoming and friendly seniors. I felt right at home here. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by and immersed in the nature of the sierra foothills. Located close to histiric Placerville and minutes from gold discovery sites in Coloma. This is a hidden gem♡

If i could give them no stars I would. The lady who did the credit check told me that, do to the fact that my credit reports were locked, unless I gave her my ten digit credit pin, she couldnt run the credit check. I told her thats not correct, and that I just needed to unlock my credit reports so she could run the credit check and she started arguing with me and raising her voice and telling me, (QUOTE: I been doing this for xx amount of years, and I know my business, and you dont know what your talking about, and unless you give me your ten digit pin I cant rent to you END QUOTE:). So she wasted our time and was rude in the process and also did not know what she was talking about. How pathetic. I would rather live on the street then do business with the management of COLD SPRINGS MOBILE MANOR. I dont care how cheap the rent is.

Nice Park

Its wonderful. Mostly seniors live here but they are friendly and the general feel of the place is welcoming.
