Not much to this park, but it does provide excellent views of the stadiums and downtown. Parking is limited to whatevers open on the street and be aware that it is on a hill, which is not steep, but certainly nowhere near flat. Clean, elevated, no obstructions to your view of the city!

This is actually the end of the trail that begins on the other side of Mt. Washington at Olympia Park. The view is a great reward for the end of the 4 mile hike to that point.

Point of View Park is an amazing overlook to view the city of Pittsburgh. You can see the confluence of the Allegheny River and Monongahela River which meet at Pittsburghs Point State Park to form the Ohio River. You can see the two different color rivers mixing as well. I definitely recommend visiting both during the day and at night to see the city lights.

Hands down my favorite view in the city more of a local spot because its at the end of all the attractions. It also has a little path that lead to another sitting area and a mountain bike path.

The Point of View statue is a nice mixture of historical monument, iconic sculpture and stellar view over the city. I always try to take visitors to Pittsburgh up to Mount Washington for the view, and now in addition to the obligatory stops at the inclines and for photos with the skyline in the background, I stop by the Point of View. Enjoy the view and think about the key position that the Forks of the Ohio had in the mid-1700s.

Great views of Pittsburgh from a majestic spot that offers a great angle of the city. The Indian sculpture is beautiful and it has a great backdrop which is sure to make a great spot for photos. It is clean and appealing. My only issue is that there is NO parking around and all the streets have huge signs with parking limitations, which makes it very challenging to get off the car to even get a few photos.

I think this is one of the best night views for Pittsburgh. Its food for the eyes with all the nightlights and hovering cars across the bridges seen from this view point. You could use the binoculars, take a snap around the statue of George Washington, visit the Duquesne Incline view point and take a night ride on the incline, walk around the edge of the river and enjoy the breeze ... Its chilly in the middle of the summer (of course for me who is familiar with the scorching sun of Arizona :D)

Love the view, and the history. Fort Leboeuf is in Waterford, PA. (Erie County). We had just visited Waterford, and learned about the history of George Washington traveling to (what is now) Waterford to tell the French to leave Fort Le Lebeouf. This statue represents him and hits guide to Fort Le Lebeouf. It is fascinating history. :)

Definitely worth a visit when youre in Pittsburgh! Only a 10 minute drive from Alleghany soldiers memorial near Thackery ave. Great view of the skyline at the Mount Washington/Guyasuta statue and youll get to see the neighborhood outside of the hustle & bustle. Some charming older homes, some recent remodels that feel very mod, & we even stumbled across a cobblestone street. If we had more time we wouldve hiked nearby bc the terrain seemed promising.
