Is just a wonderful and beautiful park to do exercise and breathe

This is a great park in a Squirrel Hill. Lots of playgrounds, for all age groups. Theyre built right into the hillsides which makes it more fun. Bridges, tunnels and pathways. Lots of shade trees, benches and tables. Up the hill are basketball courts, a baseball field and bathrooms. The Riverview Trail leaves this person of the park to go into the interior. Lots of fields and areas to play and have picnics. A great place to hangout or exercise.

We always visit the park its beautiful for picnics. Our son always has a wonderful time he makes friends and enjoys his time...I do think they should get a spray park itll be complete.

Blue slide park is great on any day of the year. Summer on the playgrounds, winter sleight riding, fall & spring on the trails & obstacle courses along the pathways.

Get yourself a piece of cardboard to sit on and hit the blue slide. Great park, the kids are always happy to visit.

Great park for the family!

Love being able to walk, bike and play at the playground with my daughter. But I do NOT like how many off leash dogs there are despite it being THE LAW to have dogs leashed at all times and there are signs everywhere saying so. A crack down by police would be greatly appreciated, or my daughter may be jumped on by another off leash dog again and possibly severely injured next time!!

Neat place for toddlers

Blue slide is a great park. Make sure to bring cardboard boxes to ride down its namesake slide. If you are here in the winter they have one of the best hills to ride down in the city, long with a nice flat part at the bottom to slow you down. There is only one obstacle you really have to worry about.The only real downside of this playground is that the playground is on 3 different levels. With basketball court and a climbing structure at the top. Swings, trackline, large slide and some smaller playground equipment on the second level. A larger playset with swings, slides, and covered picnic tables. Its hard to see from level to level so it can be hard to keep track of where your kids are.

I read about it in reviews and took my kids to see the blue slide. Very creative the way it is build in the hill, plus there is plenty of other equipment to play on. Many convenient benches to sit in or out of the shade. Also on a hot day there was a nice breeze. The surrounding park looks very nice and inviting for a stroll or a run.

Blue Slide Park is a great place for children of all ages, the exercise trail is great for adults and teens, and the big fields are a great place to take your dog. I always enjoy my experiences here.

Great play ground for kids. Go there all the time..also love to walk along the park trail or have a picnic with little ones...

My grandson and I are really enjoying this public space. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The children are enjoying this experience.

Great trails for walking/hiking/biking. Dog park in the center is huge. My dog loves it there.

Love this park. My 6 yr old loves the blue slide, 16 month old loves the separate toddler area, my dog loves nearby offleash area. Free parking. Only request is that the water fountains get fixed!

Went because of the album named after it. No convenient sign for a picture and you feel kind of creepy but overall totally worth the ride through Frick Park!
