Allegheny Commons Park

Great farmers market seemed very safe. I will definitely go back. Hope to see more venders show up on Fridays.

Early Sunday morning nice summer day 50 geese in the park replacing the pigeons. LOL quiet neighborhood in the morning nice time to walk the park right up to Allegheny General Hospital East Ohio Street Cuts right through the center. Stephen Collins Foster an American composer Roto Susanna Camptown Races and Beautiful Dreamer and lives right around the corner on Union Avenue

It had really good food and my whole family enjoyed how fast and amazing everything was. Sadly, its been underperforming from how it used to be, but hopefully it gets good again.

It has rich history a beautiful landmark statue, .beautiful flowers around the statue which sit right in the middle of the park overlooking the playground and pool

Wide open spaces with views of town. Great for walking and lazing on a bench or on the grass.

Went here for a farmers market parking right at park an both sides of the street, the market had aloy of items an food.

FARMERS MARKET !!!! It was great every fall in October on friday from 3pm - 7pm all kinds of veggies baked goods even wine & coffee and anything you can think of and lots of people & pets to meet

Only time I went to the park was for Vegfest in August. It is a great space for events, lots of shade and a nice fountain. My girlfriend works nearby though and says the park is often frequented by homeless people and sketchy characters

Always enjoy any local event at this place, the new fountain really accentuates the park. Its just lovely to walk through the North Side.

Very shady and cool even with the temps in the upper 80s ..Great fountain, great view of cityscape, clean, historic, lots of spaces to relax alone and chill ...There was a nice cross-breeze all weekend and THE DEUTSCHTOWN MUSIC AND ART FESTIVAL WAS AWESOME....MOST FUN IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME I was highly impressed.. Took a lot of pictures and met many good people.

Excellent park to enjoy the day with family & friends. Multiple playgrounds, tennis courts, huge dog park are just some things to enjoy. If you get hungry, you can stop off at the Allegheny Sandwich Shop for a bite or visit the National Aviary to see birds located in the park. Highly recommend

Love this park, the fountain is beautiful and and the benches added makes you want to go sit down there. Its definitely elevated, no upgrade east Ohio street

Beautiful park right in the heart of the Northside. Walk your dogs, play with your children, read, lay by the lake or simply relax. Absolutely love this park.

A nice market in a pretty location. But much smaller. The number and variety of vendors shrinks every year. Pity but if the vendors dont make money they stop coming.

My personal trainer and I trained in the park on a beautiful June evening. People were friendly; park was clean. Great experience!

I have spent so much time in this park its crazy i love it so much I have so many memories that take place there from fighting and playing sports as a child to growing older as a teenager drinking and smoking weed for the first time lol and now as an adult I go there to think about life mine and my friends both gone by death and those gone by distance its truly a magical place for any true to the heart northsider

Fountain is just beautiful on a bright, sunny day. The farmers market makes it especially beautiful with all the people every Friday!

We find this to be a gem on the Northside, between the playgrounds, Lake Elizabeth, and the Farmers market on Fridays. Theres something for everyone, and it ties the community together.

The Farmers Market was great today! The aroma of great healthy food, both fresh and cooked surrounded us!

Small but vibrant farmers market on Fridays during the summer months. Good food but high prices on the veggies.

I love walking through East and West Park! Theres a small lake, Elizabeth, walking bridge great for photos and plenty of biking space, including bike rentals. Allegheny Fountain is currently under construction.

Veg fest was packed. The fountain is nice.

Be careful to Not walk up the stairs where the statue is if you see people congregated there. It is a drug pusher hangout.

Its a bit suspected out of all the parks right there on the north but it fenced in (broken lock on gate) but its clean n its close to the soup kitchen which is nice.

Nice clean outdoor space. Very versatile for different events and play. I like that there are walking paths through out but also plenty of grassy areas.

Decent Park, no public parking. On the bright side there are always cool events happening here like vegFest and the farmers market
