This place is absolutely AMAZING! The film, the poet and her story, the attentiveness of the hosts: EVERYTHING. They served us food that was reminiscent of the theme, and the audience was awesome as well. I would 1000% recommended this space to anyone who loves their community and well-organized events. Great little black box theater suitable for smaller productions. Wonderful for events or productions for which a talk back session is planned. The comfortable lobby and concession area allows for easy flow and networking. The two spaces easily merge for larger capacity.

Well equipt compact entertaining space for community creatives.

Jump Cut had a roadshow there. Great event space! Not your suburban cineplex, but a great place to have a fun one of a kind experience.

I love what this place does for local art and small-scale events. It is beyond reasonably priced to rent out and has a broken-in, home-y, bohemian reminiscent of a hole-in-the-wall jazz bar/coffee shop. The employees are extremely nice, considerate people as well. Big fan.

I was enlightened to see Poet Kara Knickerbocker perform here. She was introduced by three poets, one being Ava Cipri. A local favourite of mine. Great time had.

Definitely a small but accommodating space. Love the breakup of the space; lounge (with bar, couches, high table tops) and open dance floor and small stage. I’ve been to different events here. Only drawback is the sound system... keep in mind you may need to bring your own mic, etc.

Hey, I attended the Young Farmers event tonight, and I’m so glad I made it !! The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming from all the staff and the food was great! Such a nice center I learned so much, and I cannot wait until you have another event thanks again!

Nice little space with pleasant people. Lobby is much more comfortable than the theater seats however. They are just folding wooden chairs and after the first act I was extremely uncomfortable.

Such a nice place for gatherings. It could be fixed up a bit but it was still a lot of fun to watch some movies there.

Cute little venue. Folding chair seating. Very close to the performers. Quaint. Go there and support local art.

This is a fantastic little theater that features all sorts of quirky and unique entertainment. I brought my daughter here to see a puppet play, and it was a delightful afternoon. They also have adult music events, a 10-minute play festival, and story-telling events. Wonderful!

Great, friendly place for groups

Kudos to this organization. They not only provide a venue for the arts, but also a venue for activist groups, and others. They host an interesting range of activities.

There was a good lineup of comedians that gave a free show. The only negative was the PA system had some type of reverb going on that made it difficult to clearly hear some of the artists.

I don’t know how this place has 5 stars. Venue sucks, the performers are rude, and the staff is disrespectful.
