My group of 10 has went twice in the past month. Our experience both days was outstanding. Today, our referee Joey was great with all the kids and new players in our Open Play group. Well definitely be asking for him next time, he was hyping everyone all every game on his megaphone. Cant wait to go back again

Had a good time here recently with my guys for a bachelor party. Most of the staff were helpful and polite, and our referee was awesome.As the day went on and we joined public play, things got a little chaotic. A bit too many players on the field made things somewhat less than stellar. But regardless, we all had a good time and enjoyed the park.

Amazing paintball facility, great prices, 8+ awesome fields, and friendly helpful staff.Their employee, Trevor, gave me the gloves off his own hands when I forgot mine one day and then that same day spent 2 hours fixing a blown air tank for us.Thanks Trevor! Angels rule!

Had an issue with my tank burst disk blowing on the field. Took it into the pro shop to see if it could be salvaged. One of their stellar employees, Trevor, took the time to find the parts needed to repair the burst disk AND also rebuild the tank regulator. I thought the tank was a total loss but Trevor was able to restore it to new, functional condition! These guys rock!

We had an awesome experience. The park and arenas are epic and well maintained. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very safety oriented. I would highly recommendSpecial shout out to Meg T, our referee, very friendly and fun!

I went with a group for a work event and we all had a blast! Pete, our referee was awesome in helping us pick maps and coming up with what games to play. Overall a wonderful time and we’re already planning a trip back next quarter!

It seems nice but I left because no one, not even employees were wearing masks. An employee was nice enough to bring my yellow wristband out because although theres a 6 person limit inside the registration trailer, no one had on masks with the doors shut. Itll be better for me to return once covid is no longer a threat. They get 1 star today but Im sure when I come back and make it all the way inside theyll get at least 5 stars.

I had an amazing time with my friends and family for my sisters 27th birthday. Our ref, Jenna, was amazing and all the staff were polite, professional, and enjoyable to talk to if you had any questions. The maps were all fun and diverse enough to get a new experience no matter what side you were on and the game modes were specialized for each map so everything flowed very smoothly. 10/10 definitely coming back.

It was our first time axe throwing and archery and it was such a blast! Our axepert (lol!) Chris was so hilarious and made sure that every second of our 1.15 hour was entertaining. Definitely worth the time and a total stress reliever

Place is hands down my favorite Paintball park in The Pittsburgh Area. I have played at 3 other fields and felt this place has the Best maps or fields to play on with many variations of different game plays. The park is Very Nice and well organized and the staff is supper friendly. Love the way they treated our party and will definitely be going Back we had such a blast I highly recommend this place. The intro video they showed on the safety briefing got us so amped up to play I could wait to play.

Really fun staff, good rental equipment, and cool arenas for paintball. Its also cool they have partnerships for cstering and ordering food. We brought a group of 35 and they did a great job.

Jen was an amazing reff. We came prepared to make up all our own games and were pleasantly surprised that everything was very well organized and planned out already! She worked with our special marital duel game and we felt like we got a good amount of play time despite our big group. Thanks!!

My friends and I got together for a private event on November 9th. Everyone had a great time and I really feel that I got my moneys worth. We had 26 people which allowed each person to pay $35 and we got in four games, each a different game on a different course. The staff were helpful and very friendly, especially our referee Mellow. I hope that we will return within the next few months!

This place is a class act! We brought 8 kids for my sons 14th birthday party. We had some experienced kids and a few beginners. Our ref walked everyone through the safety rules and game set up. From the first phone call to book the reservation to the registration staff on to the rental crew and referees, all the staff that interacted with us - EVERYONE WAS AWESOME, ATTENTIVE, FUNNY, INFORMATIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC. It was fun AND safe. The PPP crew clearly enjoy what they do! The 6 courses (or movie sets and I saw them) were creative and so well done. Our pavilion was set up to accommodate guests during play and in between. The hardest part now is figuring out how soon we can get back! TY!!!

Great time. Their staff is super down to earth and friendly. Their courses are fun as well. If you learn anything if youre here, its to keep your mask down.

Definitely let the salesman talk you into fake deals and special promotions that does nothing.Dont forget to get receipts for other accessories you paid that were promised in the special package but forget to provide.And definitely buy the extra safety gears that are required but not provided.And definitely enjoy the lovely service they work hard to satisfy.Spent over $700 and ended up hitting targets for 15 minutes.Awesome experience cant wait to go back again.

One of the greatest fields I have ever been to. Extremely clean, extremely professional and all of the employees were very knowledgeable. I brought a group of friends out to play that have never been paintballing before. Not only did they get set up with clean, well maintained gear but they were also immediately given a professional safety video. The ref showed us exactly where the starting points were on the field and let us choose from multiple types of gameplay. I have never had so much fun! Overall tremendous experience and great pricing definitely will be back!

Super fun the people treat everyone like family!

Went paintballing for the first time at PPP and had a great time! Pricing was reasonable for our large private group ($35/person) especially considering overall we were there for over 3 hours. We played four different games that were all fun and well explained. The equipment seemed to function well and we all had leftover paintballs at the end of the day. Definitely sore the next day but thats to be expected! I reccomend bringing more layers than you think you need (if youre a first timer as well) and bringing some drinks and snacks for your group!

The actual paintball was ok. I did have fun, but my interaction with the lady there really put a damper on the event.Earlier yesterday I called because my friend had booked a private party. We had some cancellations and didnt meet the minimum requirement to have a private party. Plus we found some options on Groupon that APPEARED to be a good deal (spoiler alert, it wasnt).The very beginning of the conversation I led with Hello, my friend put a $35 deposit down for a private group but we got a Groupon and now dont have enough people for the private party. Is there a way to apply that $35 to the paint?. Please note that the first sentence was involved we got a Groupon. She then proceeded to tell me that the Groupon counts towards entering the open play and cant be used towards the private group party. This was totally fine because I led with the fact that we didnt have enough for a group. At this point I reiterated that we understand because we also have the Groupon.She then proceeded to go into detail about how they had a special on buying a case where you got 4 bags for the price of 3. I thought that was a pretty good deal. AGAIN, at that time I said, OK, just to verify we can use the $35 off of the of paint since we got the GROUPON.What is important to note here is that I used the word GROUPON AT LEAST 3 times in the conversation. I was sitting with a group of friends at the time and they all vouched for this.When we arrived to the park I went in to the register where a lady with curly hair was standing. I said, Hello, we called earlier and spoke to someone about the fact that we had a group, had people drop out, and ended up getting the groupon... blah blah blah... and we want to do the case of 4 bags for the price of 3. At which point she responded, that special doesnt apply to the Groupon. You are required to buy $25 bags for each Groupon.I explained that I called earlier and was told about the case special and I had told them that we had the Groupon. I wasnt even the one planning this, nor was I too excited about it, so how would I have known about the case special unless someone told me. ALSO, why would you tell someone about the case special when they SPECIFICALLY called regarding the change in their reservation AND made it clear a number of times that they using the Groupons?!At this point the lady got very snappy with me. She stated, It was ME you talked to and I did NOT tell you you could get the special. I was taken aback by this because I was just explaining that I was told about the special online and asking why it would have been brought up if it wasnt available.She proceeded to continue arguing me saying, well you have said a few times that I told you you could get the special. I am here EVERY DAY and know what I tell people. I did NOT tell you you could get the special. Our whole group was taken aback by the reaction. I then told her, its ok. No need to get upset. I was just explaining why I was mislead by the call.I just kept quiet at that point because she was clearly annoyed and had no interest in even entertaining that she could have given some information that wasnt relevant to our Groupon specific visit.I have spent years being a manager for multiple big companies and I know that the customer isnt always right. But I also know that you work with customers and always try to see the situation from their point of view. Sometimes its as simple as saying, Im really sorry that you feel I gave misleading information.... But instead she just got upset, let it show, and basically told me I was lying. The $25 isnt a big deal. Yes it was frustrating because, again, why would you tell me that special if you KNEW I couldnt use it? But what was more upsetting was the level of aggression that came along with it.For this reason I dont plan on going back. Just a suggestion: dont offer unrelated special information, and dont get upset with customers who are just trying to explain how that can be confusing.
