Love the peacefulness of the location. Went for a walk thru complex and it has beautiful scenery, love the plants. Our patio looks out on a ridge with trails. Beautiful surroundings, weather is great.
I love this place! It has individual garages for almost all the units to park your car in! Plus, all the staff are so friendly! The best highlight is that fact that its a straight shot to the airport from the resort, so you dont have to hop on the freeway and tangle with traffic to find it!
Several trails ranging from easy to difficult. No rappelling or sheer rock opportunities but a moderately fit person can handle all trails. Wheelchair to a small point but wouldnt recommend for that. Dogs (pack out your poop pls), horses, bikes, runners, slowpokes okay in most areas.

Great place to hike. Trails arent too tough, but there is a lot of elevation changes to work the heart.
We like this location but this visit was not as good as others. Partly because COVID restrictions and no hot tubs, but also because of room location - noise before 6am every morning due to hikers and noise above the bedroom ceiling due to what I assume were mice.
Always a great resort. Wish they would open the hot tubs...
Was not impressed. Only amenity open was the pool even though the Governor has opened gyms, etc. There was a charge if you needed internet. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard and lumpy.

Great location, nestled in the hills with a great view. The heated pools were a nice touch, and the renovated rooms look great. Quiet, clean, and the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed my stay and cant wait to come back!

I absolutely love it here. I never want to leave when its time to go home. The staff is friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The view from either side of the complex is to die for. Plenty of hiking trails the pools and spas are amazing. Very accommodating. Today I check out and Im sad about it Lol. I want to just stay in this comfortable bed and take a dip in the marvelous pool. But back to reality I go. Thank you for the experience. I enjoy it every time.

Rooms are nice, but the garage parking is tight. I opted for street parking spaces because I was worried about the space. Also there were a ton of bees near the hot top.
Scam likely for all the timeshare holders. At least the people who visit for an Air bnb get a good deal

Worst experience ever. The ac didnt even work. It was 85 degrees the whole time I was there. Not happy at all.
Other than the check-in time, a really great place- didnt get into the room til after 6pm. Pools were just wonderful, room was spacious, and the garage was a nice touch. Rude people let their kids run wild above us, and try to skip the sales meeting.

Nice units. We stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath unit with garage. Had in unit washer and dryer. Facilities were minimal with and outdoor table tennis set up and a couple of pools and a hot tub. Weather in Phoenix in the summer is quit hot with daytime temps up to 111f and nights were 90f.

Appalling: needing assistance in the middle of the night, we call the front desk only to hear - these f...g stupid people. While the apartment was very nice, we found 2 cockroach-like insects in the kitchen, one of the large vertical shades fell on my friends head as she was opening it, and there was no cold water in 1 of the bathrooms. Nice to look at, awful to stay in.
Would be a 5 star if not being charged for Internet access
Condos are nice and well taken care of but a bit out dated as far as building materials used in the units. Two pools and hot tubs. Right by some hiking trails in a desert scenic area. Fitness center was a bit small and no game room. Overall a very nice resort.

I like the place as we could use this with another couple as a short term stay. Way better than two hotel rooms. we played cards on the kitchen table and socialized with the common living room.Although the place was really close to the Arizona Grand, it is anything but. Very hard to find along the long, go no where street. We found ourselves jumping in the car and driving 30 - 40 mins to most everywhere. It would have been great if we were content to just sit by the pool or the hikes behind the property. but with our short term rental, we wanted to explore the Phoenix area and Scottsdale would have been a better area
Its wonderful. Rooms are clean and air conditioning works very well. High today 120 and yesterday was 118. Each unit has its own garage so you can keep it out of the direct sunshine. Staff is great and you can order in meals from local restaurants too. I give it a 5 Star rating.
Wonderful resort and timeshare. I stayed here during a trip to Phoenix and had a great stay. The only issue is the staff harasses you to get you to go to their timeshare meeting/event. It can get frustrating. Other than that though, the amenities were excellent and the beds comfortable. They do need better pillows.
Great service and nice people at this facility. Also very responsive to requests or issues. Also loved that there facility backs up to South Mountain Park and the great trails there. Wish the fans, furnace, appliances, etc were quieter.
The food portions are big, friendly service and at a fair price.
Beautiful rooms, incredible view. The bathtub in the master bath is deep with massage Jets and cam accommodate someone my size easily. Im 6-2 235lbs

Excellent service. I actually reserved through Airbnb and the response time was very quick anfld friendly. My unit came with a garage, washer/dryer, kitchen and two bedrooms.
Decided to celebrate my birthday weekend with Watermark. Wasnt sure what to expect initially. Surrounding area has seen better days but as you get closer you forget about the surrounding area. The property is really nice, we had our own private garage. The 2 bdrm suite wasvery spacious and open. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Our patio had a great view. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but everything else was so amazing, it wasnt a deal breaker. The staff left me some treats and a birthday card signed by everyone. Even called to check if we needed anything and if the room was to put sarisfaction. I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Superb customer service!
A bit dated, but comfy and convenient.
It was exceptionally clean and the staff were wonderful for the most part. Compared to other Worldmark locations, the staff arent as upbeat which took a bit off of the experience, but overall it was a good stay.
Beautiful and spacious condo style place to stay. Comfy beds, clean, great amenities. Dislike the staff. Still a dingy front end person who losses track of what she’s doing, very slow and as always check in and concierge try to sell sell sell timeshare!! It gets old!! Let us vaycay in peace!

Great place to stay. Large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, views, just around the corner from Rustlers Roost. Down the way from Waffle House and Joes Crab Shack. Super location and I love the pools.

We had family come in and see us at the pool my brother brought his dog and they were very rude. What I assume what a was a manager came briskly walking toward us and said that he needed to leave immediately. We understood the rules but the way that she told us was not ok. She should have been nice about it. We did leave and the dog didnt come back but I wish that she would have been nicer. The rooms were very clean and everything is nicely organized. Very easy access to everything. When we got there the brochures about food and events were very helpful. There should be garage door combinations that would be helpful as well.
Not my favorite Worldmark place but adequate for our purpose of visiting family in the area. Staff was very gracious and helpful. They were able to accommodate our need for handicap access. None of the TVs worked when we got there but a simple phone call and the service person was there in 10 minutes and had them working in 20.
First off we called and requested an early check in and got there and room was not ready. Two hours later when we checked into our room they put us in a condo instead of a standard room. The guy we spoke to Jordan was so rude and said all the rooms were pretty much the same which we knew was not true then they went on to say that they only had two rooms like that on their entire property and they were booked which we also knew was a lie. We tried booking it online and it said available. But anyhow we got to the room it had a bad smell and we had a lot of stuff that was dirty. We had to wash everything before using it. The sheets and towels had stains. There were so many bugs around the room. I get we are in the dessert but it was crazy even in the towels. Apart from the room the staff in the front was so rude. The only positive was the pool.
Stayed here many times. Such a great places to relax with hiking, swimming, and many events in driving distance for all ages.

We always stay here with the family and we love It! The only downside for some may be that internet costs extra and pool closes at 10.Also, we went the first weekend of June 2018 and Im fairly certain theyve got a bee hive somewhere nearby the pool. There were dead bees everywhere and they were constantly flying around us while we were swimming. Thankfully, none of us are allergic. This was a first for that though and weve been going for many years.
The rooms are great. The greatest part is getting a room with a garage.
The people are awesome! Theyll bend over backwards for you. The mattresses need help though.

This is a great resort with personal 1-car garages for each room. We loved the views and close proximity to many shops and activities. The two downfalls are having to pay for more coffee grounds when there arent enough for anything but one day and NO WIFI to be able to share our experience with loved ones.

The location is great. One can literally walk out your front door into the South Mountain Park. The condo is as nice as youd expect a WorldMark resort, and this one has a garage. My one complaint is that while we were expecting a queen bed, we were given a unit with two twin beds. Im not sure where this mix-up occurred. Overall, the condo is nice and makes for a nice place to stay in the Phoenix area.

We have stayed here twice and it has been great! The kids went swimming every day. It was nice have the part of the pool in the shad in the afternoon. Nice condos and loved that we could park in a garage.

The garage parking was really cool. The two bedroom suite was plenty of space for our 7 person crew. The proximity to hiking in the south mountain was not something we knew about at first, but it was really, really great. I was so glad to have a chance to get the kids out there. Check out was easy.

The environment is fairly quiet, which I liked. Very comfortable bed, spacious rooms. Reasonably accommodated kitchen, except no toaster :/. But, seriously, the lack of a toaster is probably the only criticism I have. Situated right by the trails, so thats fantastic. Great overall experience: would stay again.
