Such a beautiful resort. Love all the amenities and easy access to the rest of the city.

It was amazing. The service was great.

The bed was extremely comfortable the room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. there were some chips on the floor from a previous guests that they did get vacuumed up before my second night. Overall the resort was nice the location was great right near the airport. I was there for executive meetings and it served its purpose. I would recommend it as a place to go for meetings in a warm location.

It was supposed to be a $750 for the rooms for both nights, they charged me $2300. It is ridiculous... then on Sunday I had a stomach flu so I called and told them that we were going to be late checking out they told me not to worry about it just to get well the kids can go play tonight was on them if there was there anything I needed just let them know they would send me up some chicken noodle soup just get better and please no worries about the room it was taken care of just get better... by the way that was a manager I spoke with..I checked my account when we got home on Monday they charged me for that night too. We were supposed to have a $25 credit for Saturday and $25 credit on Sunday we were supposed to have the free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday they charged us for all of those things. The staff is very nice but when youre getting ripped off that bad they should be nice very nice!!! And if Im being completely honest the Hilton in Scottsdale is better and its cheaper. The rooms are better theyre nicer they are more updated and the water park its phenomenal at the Hilton compared to the Arizona Grand. I will never go back to the Grand Resort ever again. I am so disappointed I have been looking forward to going to this hotel for years we finally get there and its a completely a let down.

Spacious, comfortable, and very clean suites. Grounds are beautifully landscaped with fully grown trees and lots of flowers. We enjoyed the pools and ping pong table. So close to the water park too - very convenient!

Great family resort! The rooms in the Sedona building are big and clean! There are nice pools in each buildings. The water park is way fun!

Loved the updated 1 bdrm suite with fridge. Heated pool and hot tub was perfect. Easy to walk everywhere this time of year . Ill be back for sure! So as of last night I found charges on my card for the mini bar and had to call to have them removed because we only used fridge for water and soda left all the stock alone. Just an FYI if you use the mini fridge but dont use their stocked drinks check your credit card in a couple weeks and see if theres any charges.....I will still go back I just wont open the fridge next time.

The food could use some improvements. The cart people were very courteous and always willing to give rides. Thank you.

Really had a great time visiting here. Rooms are clean the oasis is convenient and fun for the kids. The pools are also clean and placed perfectly on the property. We had only one issue with an incident involving hotel staff and a guest staying immediately left of our accommodations. This was an inconvenience as we had to remove our children from the escalating situation. Overall we had a great stay.

Resort is okay, food is very average.Rooms are old and very small. Most disappointing was the fact that during peak season (including prices for stay) many places closed early...the Oasis only open til 5:00 including the only pool bar. Bartenders and waitresses could be much more friendly! When youre in vacation especially, you expect great friendly service!

Beautiful place staff is amazing.. Cant wait to try the food and check the places out..so far so great.. I can only give a 4 star today is my first day.. My rating may go up by the end of the week

Love that we are close to the water park n theres 2 swimming pools near by. Room was comfy, bed really comfy.

Good food, loved the burger, actually clean bedding, I enjoyed it, any problems I experienced where temporary and most likely due to business, the service was good, people tended to be very helpful.

We stayed here for Friday night on a summer staycation in order to visit their Oasis water park. It was a great family weekend.

Beautiful resort. I loved walking throughout it. There are countless fountains and lit Palm trees. Great staff and food! Other positives: the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. For cons: the suites were poorly planned (the bathroom was attached to the room with the beds rather than the living space, and the sink was inside the bedroom part as well). I also found the lights in the room poor because they lit each room in its entirety so it was difficult having two people in the room with different sleep schedules.

Cool resort area but the additional amenities are fairly pricey

We had a few bumps initially but things were taken care of by Mason and team. Kudos for helping to make this a memorable event for my daughter.

Room was great, but waterpark was not truly a waterpark. We expected more. And the beverage rule was ridiculous. You are only allowed to bring sealed water bottles. They actually check your beach bags for beverages. Obviously not effectively because everyone had their oown drinks in personal refillable metal or plastic bottles. We tried to bring our daughters juice and they would not allow it. Although several people had beverages stashed in the park. I understand rules are made for a reason, but enforce them on everybody! Not just the family bringing juice on their daughters birthday staycation!

Would never go back.Terrible service with rude staff who either didnt bother to listen or just didnt care when asking questions. Was told due to high occupancy my wife who has a GI disease was not able to have a late check out. Pretty sure were the only ones on our floor.Walkways flooded and roads blocked off making getting around the resort a pain.There was a bed so 2 stars on that. Overall worst resort I have ever been to.

We stay at the Grand once a year. Everytime its a great time. They have everything you need there so you really dont have to leave at all.

I love staying here even though Im from Arizona in the summer because it is a very nice resort and we have a awesome water park. Its just a nice little get away for the weekend
