1st time at this theatre and I enjoyed it. Saw the play about Caccius Clay (Muhammad Ali) with my Mother and say 1 of my long lost friend there, picking up her friends son, was in the play as well. So is definitely a good reunion & and a great performance by the actors. Plus the restroom was very clean.

Amazing! The actors and the music, no words! Well definitely be back and if you have a chance to see The Black Nativity, I highly recommend it!

The venue is small so there are no bad seats. The acting was brilliant and the staff remind you of sweet aunties.

The play was interesting and well presented. The acting was quite good and the price reasonable. The theater itself was also quite comfortable and nice.

The play was excellent. The performances kept you engaged and rooting for Ali. I appreciated how they not only showed his early life but also presented how America was at that time and how that influenced his life. The cast had aQ & A afterwards and I enjoyed that as well.

Very nice venue, the parking is less than ideal. However, that shouldnt stop you from going to get this great experience.

Lovely evening with the Black Theatre Troupe and my partner. Thoughtful, sometimes raw, presentation of Simply Simone that was that took us thru her life to death. The various segments of Simones life was presented by four different character singers, who, might l add, did justice to those segments. I found myself teary eyed a couple of times as each singer weaved emotion into some startling revelations of Simones life of which l was not aware. It was worthy of my time and money.

Wanna see real talent that will make you know youre alive? Visit the Troupe for any occassion. Youll be glad you did.

The troop was great, the choreography was just awesome, the set design was perfect. Really enjoyed their production of Napoli today.

Just saw my first production here, And In This Corner: Cassius Clay, and cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. Im an avid theatergoer, regularly attending 2+ live shows per month at various venues and am always looking for new theater experiences. I was lucky to get invited with my 11-year old son to attend the opening night performance and was absolutely blown away! The theater itself is a perfect size for a personal feel, there really isnt a bad seat in the house. The acting was top-notch, set design fantastic, and staff excellent. My son, who has been to over 50 shows himself (including Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and many other popular big productions), whispered to me 30-minutes in, Mom, this is one of my favorite shows Ive ever seen. I encourage everyone to see this show during its run, bring your kids, friends, everyone. Im planning to go again before it ends and will most certainly attend more shows put on by the Black Theatre Troupe. Thanks for a memorable and impactful evening!

I attended a play here with my mother and a group of her friends for her mothers day present. The play was amazing. I had never been to one before this was my first experience and I will be back.

Its exciting. The theater is not overwhelming. Very comfortable. Every seat is a good seat. Lots of energy in the air.

The show was good but the concession was not that great beer was hot and they were a bit unorganized.

Attended a seminar here and the environment and faculty were very welcoming. The seminar was on one side of building and the other side was in use, yet the was no noise interference with either. Great experience

Excellent talent and showmanship

A great small community theatre that stages some very enjoyable, thoughtful productions. I just saw Broke-ology, and it was a great play that was staged and performed quite well. You get the sense that regulars are almost like family here--definitely worth a visit if youre at all a fan of theatre.

Really nice theater! Exceeded expectations. Cant wait to go back for another performance.
