I love the 700, staff is always friendly. The owners Gina and Sean are super nice, especially. And, hey, this place is just so chill, with great cocktails, on a fun neighborly corner. During Covid, I got cocktails to go, and they were top-notch, no skimping on quality liquor, here! Cant wait - just heard theyll have more outdoor seating and heat lamps for the fall!

This is definitely the best place to watch World Cup and club soccer matches. The bar is filled with real fans and has bartenders that are just as into it as you are. It is cash only, so stop at an ATM before come. You can also bring your own food(I recommend Rustica down the street). Lots of beers available by draft or bottle/can. They open the doors early for big international matches. You cant go wrong here.

I moved to the neighborhood only a few weeks ago but I have been here more than even the grocery store. Its pretty much exactly what I want in a neighborhood bar: a place for soccer fans to argue with each other, have a pint or two, and relax. Good tap selection and import can selection... they also do drinks to go during this time of health concern.

Ah, “The Sehv.” It’s an eclectic place. Back in the day was a Philly insider kind of place for the Philly dj scene. I like it when it’s not super-over crowded, which means mostly during the week.

The drinks can be well made, contrary to it being strong and cheap. Music is well picked and not overwhelmingly loud. The vibe there is a bit hipster; which is reflected by the crowd. Age range is usually 23+Refreshingly sanitary bar - despite the toilet upstairs which i assume is a prop? Nice bar to start the night.4/5 will go again.

Fun. I went on a Saturday. Diverse ppl, nice long bar with attentive bartenders. The dance floor and couches were situated well on the 2nd floor. Id go here again

If youre in your 20s, enjoy being smashed against tons of people in a stifling attic to dance this is the place for you. It is an interesting place though. Its like someone transformed their house into a dance club but kept the neighborhood bar on the lower level. It just wasnt for me.

It is literally an old house converted into a bar with a dance floor upstairs in what had to be someones bedroom once. On Saturday when we went the DJ played some very retro 90s music and then later on played some more recent music. Friendly bartenders and very nice crowd indeed.

This place is great. Awesome selection of beers downstairs, and always an awesome time upstairs. Ive been multiple times and the DJ was always great and so was the crowd.

The drinks are really good and after a certain hour there is a DJ upstairs. The DJ the night I went wasnt great and then a wedding party showed up and pretty much killed the vibe. Upstairs is like an old school house party and the reviews about the dancing are accurate

Great bartenders, great environment, the people are friendly, and the have a dance floor up stair on the second floor. Cash or card downstairs, cash only upstairs. They have 2 TVs to watch the game. It gets really busy on the Friday and Saturday, a mixed crowned. Great place to come for visitors and residences, I would know because I go. Make sure to stop by the 700 club if your visiting Philadelphia, you love it, trust me.

One of my favorite places in the city. I love going to the upstairs and dancing, but when I get tired its great to sit up there as well. One of the best experiences at a bar!

If you are looking for trendy with a dress code dance scene go somewhere else. This place is for real people who want to dance a lot and drink more. So much fun and the DJ killed it.

A real gem. Downstairs is your standard sports that typically plays major MLS/European Soccer (futbol) games. For the late-night patrons, the upstairs is where 700 really shines. They typically pack the 2nd floor with creative music nights with great DJs and old-timey furniture for the less dancy patrons. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a little dance club in the heart of Northern Liberties.

Have only been upstairs on a weekend night and it turned into a crowded house party/dance party type feel. This is why we went there so we enjoyed it. Downstairs/off hours its more of your typical bar scene

I went there years ago with a bunch of friends and had a great time dancing. And I dont dance usually. But, this place? It got me on my good foot! Then, recently, I went there and they had my favorite scotch -- Ardbeg -- for a price that wasnt extraordinary. So two thumbs up from this guy!

Theyve not changed the formula very much since I started coming about 5 years ago, although it has shown its age as time passes. The upstairs smells mildewy and of course is still the white yuppie hipster capital of dance. Otherwise, if you get to hangout on the first floor before it fills up, you can enjoy part of the nice beer selection, but even that will fill up pretty badly. Ive since started patronizing bourbon and branch or standard tap instead.

Every Thursday, this is the place to be. One of the best DJs in Philly plays on the second floor where everyone is dancing and having fun. However, if you want a more chill scene you can hang out on the first floor to sit back and mingle.

Good place to dance without a cover, though over the years places in Fishtown are better for dancing, and all close to each other (Kung Fu Necktie, Barbary for ex.).Biggest issue despite seeming like a dive bar, the beer selection and prices are not divey. Prices are fairly expensive and there are few cheap (i.e. not that good) beers on the menu. Fun place but dont expect to come and dance and just pay a few bucks for beer.

The Standard Tap gets all the love, but 700 is the joint! Its the place to come when the standard is too crowded plus 700 has an upstairs with music and dancing perfect for the moment when you realize youre drunk and need to dance some of that high off! I have never had a bad time here and Ive met some really cool people as well! If you have never been here come here first before going to the standard or any other bar in Northern Liberties. Drinks are just $3 to $4.50 (well drinks). A nice selection on tap and a wide selection of bottles. This to me is the place for a good time in NoLib!! Come trust me! When youre done there try Ruba Hall a few blocks around the corner. Google it, lol.
