Took my niece here for her birthday on a Saturday night I ordered vip and bottle service the day before when we got there we still had to wait in line for over 10 min it’s December by the way. The door bouncer was rude. Our section was tiny only enough room to fit 4 people the club said it would fit 6. However the DJ played good music. Definitely not worth the $600 I paid for VIP service

If I could give no stars I would. We were signed up for a birthday VIP experience. In the finest print, it said subject to change. That subject was a $30 cover charge, in cash. After putting up that money, the minimum for card payment at the bar was $30. Everyone at midnight was still standing around, looking at their phones and not dancing. We left early and went to a better place.

Fun atmosphere, staffing could be better

My experience was nothing like I expected it to be. I was very disappointed that my guests had to pay a cover charge of $30 when the email prior to my party, a phone conversation with the director and the website said women are free before 12 and men before 11. When I asked the women working the register at the front she showed me some bogus flyer that I cant find anywhere on their website or Instagram saying that Sat, the 17th the cut off was 11 for both men and women. They werent helpful or apologetic at all. Not to mention, the lack of attention from the bartenders. They were smoking hookah and video chatting on their phones instead of waiting on guest.I will never go back again. Thankfully we were in Chinatown and could go somewhere else for my birthday celebration.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The 1 star is only because the Bottle Service girl was cute. Overall, Bottle Service SUCKED! I spoke with a VIP area representative for a few weeks, leading up to the weekend of. I paid for two bottles that totaled $550 and was told my area would fit up to 9 people. When I arrived I was seated at two couches. The manager told me the two couch were mine. When I requested my bottles, the bottle service girl told me we only had one couch and were prompted to move. When I requested for the manager to come back down, he literally acted as if he didnt just tell me that the two couches were mine. Then he said, You must have never been here before, and I felt that it was an insult. I requested my money back, and they refused to do so. The VIP: area I was in, was literally a couch with a rope in front of it. Not to mention, the bottle service and everyone was constantly walking through it the entire night. Also, to use your debit card, theres a $35 minimum and they do not have an ATM on the premises. I will never go back to this place again!

Music good have had a better selection. No one was dancing just standing around. Only played rap or trap music.

I wouldnt recommend. Fellas make sure you have money for admission no matter who tells you its Free

I would like to thank Reserve from the bottom of my heart. About two weeks ago on a Saturday night I lost my wallet, well thought it was stolen. Today I received a package from Reserve and it was my wallet with everything still in it. I’m truly thankful.

Garbage club. Bottle service was disgustingly bad. How do you order bottles and they serve the drinks in plastic cups, like legit where do they do that? Then on top of the fact that we were drinking out of plastic cups, we had to request the cups, because apparently when you order bottles they don’t think it’s appropriate to just provide you with cups.I could go on and on, but bottom line, club is horrible and if I could give 0 stars I would.

The place is kind of cramped. It’s a narrow layout . My friends and I went their for my gf’s birthday and we got VIP section and it was about $550 for 6 people with two bottles of alcohol. One Hennessy, one Ciroc. Entrance fee was included. The music choice was mostly rap/R&B and the crowd is mostly urban . Most African Americans. They close at 2am. Parking is rare because it’s downtown. We parked in the lot right across the street for $15 . The bathrooms are really small and squished!! Overall, the place was okay.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Came here from jersey to celebrate a friends birthday and it was terrible. Not worth it. Go somewhere else or just stay home!

They opened a hour and a half late and left everyone standing in the pouring rain . Charged upscale prices for drinks but was serving bottom shelf liquor (example $14 for a bottom shelf Long Island that only had 1 liquor in it ). It was no chairs to sit in at the bar . Never been to a upscale place that had zero chairs to sit in but wanted $1700 for a section

I’m highly disappointed in my visit here. The website offers a variety in music (Dancehall, Afrobeats, reggae, hip hop) on Friday nights and it was exactly the opposite. I asked the MC/DJ if they planned on playing what was actually advertised and his response was “I don’t know” along with another hour of the same trap music. No one was really dancing and only a handful of people were bobbing their heads to the music. He played about 20 seconds of a newbie man song at one point, but that’s the most we got. There are many other places I could have done this for less than the $20 cover fee and $10+ drinks. There also needs to be a better system in verifying people who have paid to enter. I literally handed the cashier my $20 and was immediately stopped by a bouncer standing behind me who then asked the ladies if I paid. Please either pay attention or mark people’s hands because questioning the integrity of every single patron is excessive, especially when they are paying right in front of you.

So me and my friends tried to get into the club tonight and the bouncer stated we couldnt get in wearing shorts. Yet there were people walking in with shorts!!! The manger of security stated we had to pay more money to get in. They only did this because we were gay.

One of the better loungesI visited. The decor is upscale and the drinks are amazing.

My husband opened a tab for drinks at the bar with his brand new card. They kept his card and ID until he closed it out. Hes never used this card until this night. Two days later, he received an email from his credit card company that his card number was used for fraudulent purchases the very next day. Do NOT give these servers your card! If you must visit, pay cash ONLY.Ill never go back here.

Theres a reason this place has a 1 star rating. I went out with some girlfriends of mine, before we even approached the line some man who worked for the club walked up to us telling us we would not be able to go in because one of the girls we were with had sneakers on. She is gay, and she chooses to dress like a man. There were dozens of guys walking in with sneakers on but because she was a female, they would not let us in. Discrimination? I think so! Dont go here.. dont support places of business like this.

Worst club ever, i went with my 2 sisters and my man. When we got there we wanted a bottle service, they wanted to charge $600 for 2 bottles but when we looked at the ViP section it was an open space with a rop in front of it where people could just walk right in front of you. So we decided it wasnt worth it, club is small and narrow, music waa trash all they played all night was trap music. You will regret it if you go there. And its a $20 cover charge. I went to many other, better clubs that charge way less and had a better time. What a waste of our time, never going back. And they seem bougie

I went this weekend it was pouring raining they didn’t open the doors til after 10pm and the security is rude .

It’s nice. A bit cramped, but the music is pretty decent.

It’s just ok. They repeat the same songs over in a 1 hour period
