Lovely theater, great service and very clean. The bathrooms are always fresh and tidy. Even during social distancing the theater is amazing and the prices are even better. I highly reccomend for a family outing, date night or even a mental health day all to yourself.

I came here to watch US the day I went to Philly, I found very friendly stuff, cozy seats, everything was nice and clean. I had an amazing experience at this movie theater, wish parking was free though, I ended up paying $9 for 3 hours.

If you like people talking yelling and laughing during the movie then this is the place you should go because people dont know how to shut up. Also i feel as though this place needs more than a deep clean. But that is because staff doea not put in the effort

It was very clean and social distancing was definitely in order. Very little people were in the theater at a time. Alot the seats were broken so the recline feature was not an option on some. Only bad thing.

I love it here because the seats are spaced out and comfortable. You can recline it back so far its like your in bed. Best kept secret cause Ive never seen it crowded in this theater.

I got in & out quickly. The women in there were very welcoming. I was in a wheelchair, and they helped me in & out of the shop. They also helped me into the chairs. My hair came out beautifully! I would like to thank them very much! People usually are that nice in philly. Thanks ladies for the hospitality

The seating is very comfortable and the staff that we encountered were professional and friendly. I also noticed that as soon the audience was out of the theater the employees were immediately in there cleaning up before the next showing. That was great to see

Its pretty ghetto. Staff doesnt care if the audience talks throughout the movie. Its clean though and I love the reclining seats. But 3 stars cause just wont be able to actually hear what theyre watching.

It was a great time if the day. The only problem I had, was Im visually impaired, there was no 1 2 assist me 2 my seat. The pop corn vendor said he was the only one there and he could assist me. It was scary

They show great movies. They even have great food & drinks. For my birthday i even got a free soda. Love their disvount Tuesday.

The interior of this place is pretty ridiculous. If this theater were in a nicer neighborhood there is no way it would be allowed to look like this. It was clear theyre doing renovations but you have to be kidding me with the junk lying around. Very unacceptable. I would not return here again.The plus side is that the reclining seating was pretty nice. Inside the actual theater viewing area was nice. The people working there were nice as well.

While the actual theaters are nice with recliners, tables for food, great screens. However, the ladies room was a disgrace. Each stall was worse than the one before it. Toilets filled with paper and trash, toilet seats filthy. Really disappointing.

So, I enjoyed my experience, but I debate whether it only deserves 3 Stars, for the fact that there seemed like NO Urgency at the concession stand! I only imagine what its like during a big opening. I will go here, during off-peak viewings. I would never consider any other times. Everyone was nice and professional, though. No complaints there.

Not a bad place in most respects, but many of the customers youll run into are rowdy and uncouth. Be careful if youre parking in the lot behind the theater, because the tow truck companies that service the area are predatory and have a lot of practice towing away temple students vehicles.

We got a Bavarian pretzel and cheeseburger sliders. The female employees didnt want to make the food, so they loudly told the man to do it. He said he would do the pretzel. He went and got it, and cooked it. Then asked the female where the cheeseburgers were. She laughed and said she wasnt cooking them. He had to convince her to do her job....which she certainly took her time doing. Pretzel was huge and excellent. Cheeseburger sliders were ok.We went into the movie, which was sold out. Our seats were taken, so we had to ask others to move. We sit, my recliner was broken. An employee came in to check it out. Wires were hanging out the bottom, which rendered my seat and the guy next to my seat useless and uncomfortable. The movie was good, but he theater was loud (college kids from nearby Temple University), and was hard to sit through all 3 hours.

AMC Broadtreet 7 was great. On your ticket is your seat assignment. Try to pay attention to that because there are some customers that reserve seats. The seats are like a lounge chair. You have to push the button on inside of the chair for it to lounge. My son had the cheeseburger slider with curly fries. It tasted pretty good. I noticed that it has a small bar, but I didnt get a chance to try it out. I really enjoyed the movie at that theater.

I absolutely loved it was my first time attending a movie alone my only issue was my seat was already booked for someone then I moved that booked as well.

I actually really like this theatre. Wonderful location right off the Broad Line. Comfortable theatres with reclining seats and built in tables. Even sitting in the very front row, you can still see the screen comfortably without straining your neck or struggling to see the edges of the screen.

Cool spot. The experience is good depending on which cashiers you get.

I am writing this in order to communicate an incident that occurred yesterday, March 22, 2019 at 7:00 PM. On this date I attended the screening of US at the AMC Broadstreet 7 theater and was physically assaulted by staff. During the movie I was approached by two staff members as I attempted to use the bathroom. They were aggressive and told me that If I was not on my best behavior something would happen to me. Our brief interaction was captured on the cameras in the theaters. After I reentered the theater, the same two security staff members approached me. They told me I had to leave because I was too loud. I listened to them and allowed them to escort me out. In the dark, on the way out, I my sweatshirt was torn and I was punched in the face. As I attempted to leave the establishment another security staff member approached me and said that I was not going nowhere, but jail. He grabbed me, punched me, and ripped my sweatshirt. I was then surrounded by four or five officers and handcuffed. They sat me on a bench and returned my glasses and wallet. However, they refused to return my iPhone. This situation is extremely unfortunate. I am a peaceful individual and I was assaulted by your staff members. As I am writing this, I currently have a swollen jaw, busted lip, and torn sweatshirt. I am asking for a refund because I did not see the movie and for my iPhone to be returned. All of my interactions with your staff have been captured on camera. I never once attempted to resist them but they still beat me up. Return my iPhone and refund my money.Thank you

Theater was decent. Only about half the seats reclined though. Kind of a shame when you’re paying so much money for a movie ticket. Why even make the seats electronic when they’re maintained this poorly?

Not the cleanest AMC theatre. Popcorn wasnt fresh and they turned off the fryers way earlier than acceptable, so hot foods were not available. Movie viewing was good.

It was really good, Theater isnt that far from where I live. Saw Joker and it was amazing.

Oh man this movie theaters yall got to see how they made the chairs they are so comfortable I mean you kick back and you bring forward laying back making it to where you can pick your feet to have footstool they did a great job dont miss out Im watching a movie being comfortable

I went to the movies to see Hobbs and Shaw. The movie was really good, the pro was this theater allows people to bring their babies to an adult movie. During the movie the baby was fussy, this took away from other movie goers experience. I have been to other movie theaters that do not allow young children in R-Rated and PG-13 movies.

Movie great, service is HORRIBLE. The bathrooms were disgusting and the customers not the best.

Unsure how this theater has 4 stars. Yes they renovated to recliners...but... extremely chaotic ticket taking area. The food line doesnt move and nothing is being done quickly back there. The only cheerful staff worker I found was at the area where I bought tickets and she was great! Unlikely to return :(.

The place is small not enough seats to surport the crowd we were turn away because none available.the young ladies was polite in telling us they were sold out of four different movies .

Terrible experience ever...... we been to this place more than 5 times. we parked in the back all the time. there was no signs saying that we need to pay or no signs saying that the car will be towed. When we finish the movie our car was no longer here. If you are going to have people’s car towed at least have a damn sign stating it.

Nice recliner chairs but they only play 3 movies in the building but I watched all 3 for the price of one and just went into the next movie for free it helped that one started after one ended. You cant bet that buy going early Saturday morning and only paying $12+ tax for 3 3D movies in a row but it was packed with reserve seating and when someone came and I was in there seat it was hard to find another seat but I did. If it wasnt for them only carrying 3 movies I would of probably gave it 5 s

Ive been to this theater many times, and every time my experience has been dampened because other viewers just wont shut up. Its a huge problem at this location and staff do nothing to confront people when theyre disrupting others.

Great movie theater w nice updates. Reclining leather seats, bar, diy soda fountains. They could be better staffed most days they run light on crew and customer service is affected. Just went to see a blockbuster and they were outta several basics, when you run outta coke you know youre doing something wrong.

The movie theater is fine. The people sitting next to you may be a different story.

Up up up, forget about all the reviews before, the theater are fully renovated and the stuff are friendly, there is a small bar you can have a drink before u enjoy the movie, the chairs really good u can to kinda bed, love it, and about the parking I do believe u have to buy the parking ticket from the theater window before u enter your movie.

When looking for parking. You have to pay for parking or you will get towed! I seen 2 cars getting towed. Im glad I paid for parking. But overall the experience was great no complaints by me.

The movie theatre is in the heart of Temple University. So, there are opportunities to shop and eat. The theatre area does have paid parking or off street parking. Going to this particular theatre is approximately 7 dollars a ticket. It is clean and well maintain. Overall, I had a nice experience. Would recommend.

Finally they had someone at the stub member Line to make sure you got waited on 1st there was about five non-members members in line they got chased out but I have waited in that line where the concession personnel weighted on non-members first I have waited in that line were at least three or four non-members got waited on before I did

The movie started late which made me late for everything I needed to do after. When a customer inform the manager that the movie had not started he said he forgot to start the movie. When the movie started there were no AMC commercials just too extremely loud previews and then it went into the movie. if this is what the people in this area are accustomed to they need to go to a theater in a different area to see how its supposed to really be.

Waiting for tickets took forever even though it was quite empty when I was there. However, the food was alright as usual, the place was clean, the employees were very polite. So, I guess it was worth the wait.

Had not visited in a while. Place was great, clean, had comfy seats, but is pricey as hell. I know they have to make a profit, but popcorn and a hot dog should not cost more than a steak dinner. Anyway, love the lazy boy seats, cup holders and tables up front. Sound system rocks. And the AC works great.

Theater itself is nice, but theyre understaffed or something. Saw a 3 hour movie (Endgame) and not once did an usher come though. People were loud and a couple were on their smart phones.Endgame was good tho.

Its nice in there. They have different movies in there, that You can see. They have a variety of food that You can buy. On Tuesdays, you can see movies for $5.00.

So I didn’t like this movies theaters because they gave us stale food and the man knocked over the trash can and being very weird I think this place should get shut down because theee serves were very bad and their employees were very rude . Nowwww bye .

I went to AMC Broad Street 7 several weeks ago. I went on a Tuesday. On Tuesdays they have a discount.Also, I had the Senior Discount ANYWAY. You can make reservations on line & pick the seats you want to reserve. Which would, in my opinion, be the smartest way to purchase your discount tickets ON TUESDAYS.I just walked in without making reservations via computer ahead of time (on a Tuesday) & it was a Lesson - Learned. Dont get me wrong. I still got a seat. But it wasnt the ideal seat I wouldve preferred had I purchased the seats on line. FYI, on Any Other Day the price for tickets are about Double the price. Oh ! BTW, the seats are very clean & comfortable. I HOPE this Info was Helpful for you Movie-Goers.& one more thing : the snacks they sell are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE !Bring in YOUR OWN snacks... on the D. This is my second outing at this theater. It is a nice clean updated place. The only problem is there is always kids talking and playing through out the movie. This probably will be my last movie here.

Nice small theater for the area but there isnt any free parking in the area. Even the lot behind the theater requires paid parking. The theater is upstairs and requires walking up a flight of stairs or taking the escalator. My big complaint is that the chairs were quite dirty with food and the headrest had some type of hair oil or grease on them. Also, they were not very comfortable. The workers did clean the floors between the movies groups so they were swept free of food.The surround system when the movie is playing is nice and clear. I will support the neighborhood thearter but I expect better. The theater could use some work if they are going to charge the same price as the regular upgraded theaters.

This theatre is nice, clean, fully updated. They have the self serve soda machines and gourmet flavored popcorn which is great. Reclining seats, good customer service. Other bad reviews are complaining about the locals. This is North Philly, its a caveat of going to a theatre in the city. Choose another theatre if that bothers you.

It was the first time I have been here. I can say that is wasnt the most pleasant experience. If it wasnt for the great movie I saw (Spider-Man into the spider-verse), I would probably not have had a good time as I did.The whole place was not very clean. The common area before you got into the theaters smelled like stinky feet. The theaters themselves were covered in popcorn and there was something spilled on my seat. The popcorn I did get was cold and from the bottom of the machine, but I probably should have asked if they could have made some fresh for me (my fault I guess).If it was so convenient to go here from my girlfriends place I dont know if I would return for another visit. My recommendation to the theater would be to take more time to thoroughly clean the theaters between showing.

Great, reclining seats; cool and dark theatres; everything you want at a movie venue. One drawback is that its expensive.

Theater and seats are really nice. The staff are slow and the bathrooms needed cleaning badly. But overall I enjoyed the theater.
