Best place in peoria for fall color photoshoot. The drive to this park is awesome. You can see IL river from here

Beautiful scenery and great views, especially in the fall. Make sure you visit before all the leaves fall.

We go to grand drive only about 2 times in a year and that is during fall and Halloween. The majestic homes there are decorated very nicely and the river side looks very surreal during fall with peak colors. Neighbors are very cordial and receptive to visitors.

Very nice drive to short though. Stop in town and grab some lunch to eat and enjoy the views.

A Beautiful, functional to have a Family get together. Plenty of room for volleyball, grilling, water balloons for the kids and a great pavillion with many picnic tables for eating.

Lower Grandview drive park is a great place to hold and outside event. Its clean with restrooms near by. It is best to call and reserve it because a lot of people rent this place.

Beautiful place to drive and look at the river. Homes are gorgeous too. Several nice overlooks and parks to enjoy. I use this area for family pictures quite a bit when I am there.

Most to do when you visit Peoria great vibes and views. Don’t forget to stop by and take a look for peoria lake from above specially in the summer. There is also many trail along the drive for hiking

Great view

Nice little parks for kids or messing around as a bored adult. Spent a summer training 3 hours a day here. Hills are great for that cardio. People could be more careful on the roads but jerks are everywhere. Beware of deer, Turkey, and other various critters.

Went to birthday party there. Lots of fun for the kids. Had a good time?

Well maintained shelter and plenty of space for arranging birthday type party.

Lots of places to shop

No kids where there to play with my kid. That is their biggest beef! The playground equipment was good. Thete were a lot of wasps around the playground. That is as a mom my biggest beef. I think because people dont use it they dont keep up with that kind of things. There were plenty of pic-nic tables and trash cans.

Did yoga in the park here. There are public restrooms and a playground.

An amazing drive & scenic stops along the way!

We love this walk. We park at the bottom of the hill and walk all the way up for a nice steep climb. It is a sidewalk so you never have to worry about mud.

Paid 80 for pavilion they didnt reserve had to call police to have them shut down their family reunion i felt bad but not bad enough to mess up my daughters bday i jist wish it qouldve said reserved

Lovely in autumn. Playground for 5-12 yrs old, but my 2.5 yr old did ok

Grandview Drive has many parks and overlooks along its winding road. There is a pavilion at the bottom and tthe beginning of a trail that you can walk the entire length of the drive. Theres a tradition playground/picnic ground at the top of the hill. There are numerous overlooks some with benches and picnic tables. The Pimiteoui Trail leads down to the Forest Park Nature Center.
