For the love of God, please make a rule for those throwing parties that prohibits them from distributing 10+ noisemakers for two hours run around the inside of the park! Last Saturday a parent handed out these horns to all the kids and they ran through the park for hours honking over and over and over for hours. I’m climbing through the stuff, jumping on everything trying to ignore it but it was really bad after a while! Also, any iced, hot coffee or iced tea for parents? Lots of fun otherwise!
This looks like lots of fun and it is but as a parent who opted to go play with the kids I notice a lot of safety defects and things that show less care around here. The pads all over are insecure and slide all over especially the trampoline area. There are electrical outlets have plugs half way out. No supervision. Trash. Just looks like no one cares
Rush fun park Peoria is awesome for kids and even adults. It is very clean. During this pandemic they only allow a minimum of people at a time and require masks within 6 feet of non household members. They really are doing the very best keeping it clean. Jordan the manager was amazing. She was extremely helpful and great with the kids. This is a good place for parents to play with kids and feel like they got a work out too. Check them out!
Just went here for the first time this week for a birthday party. We will be coming back. Tons of stuff to jump and climb on. There is even a foam pit. Another area has rock climbing as well as other climbing obstacles. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Adults can even play with the kids if they pay admission as well. Good way to spend an afternoon abs beat the heat
Super fun for the kids. Definitely the perfect place to get energy out. *word of advice for the parents, if you go through it with your kid/s WATCH YOUR HEAD* lol
Went for a 6 year olds bday. The kids sure had fun. So much to do, I think it is reasonably priced. Ever since the 1st time they went the ask to go whenever they can. It was fun to watch the little ones run around so excited.( Im much too old to join in).
1st time there. The kids had a blast. Super affordable!
Not sure if we came on a bad day or something this was our first time here, but customer service was very unfriendly and took their time to help .The place was big and there is plenty to do, but it was very dirty. As if it’s never been cleaned ..but besides that the kids had a lot of fun. Not sure if I would go back seeing how dirty it was especially with COVID going around you would think they would take care of the place a bit better .
The rush fun park is awesome! So much fun. Trampolines everywhere along with ball pits, wall climbing, dodgeball, basketball, a 3 level obstacle course, jumping castle, jousting and other activities will keep your kids busy for hours. Hungry? Grab a slice of peter piper pizza or snacks/drinks and take a break in their spacious cafe area. My kids loved it so much they cant wait to go back. Highly recommend Rush fun park. We will be coming back. PS - yes the price is 17.99 but well worth it. It costs money to have such great staff, and maintain a clean and well run facility such as this.
Best of the Best! The kids and even myself enjoyed this fun park VERY MUCH! It still smells like you, which makes it that much more amazing! The setup and design is phenomenal! So much to do for all ages! You cant go wrong with going here. Con is you must buy their grip socks and I personally disliked the color and feel, but they arent expensive so thats a pro and you can reuse them! :)I highly recommend The Rush Fun Park. It is our new favorite, second by Uptown Jungle. The one I do not care for is Extreme Gravity. With that being said.... Go check this place out. You wont be dissappointed.
I took a few of my grandkids here for a birthday party they loved it.
First time at this play park with my 5yo daughter. We had a blast! There is a huge variety of activities and play areas to explore. So much so that we were still finding new things two hours in.You can tell the place isn’t brand new but they do a great job of keeping it clean and staying on top of repairs/maintenance. I feel the pricing is also a hire good especially if you have a Groupon. Will be back for sure.
A great place to take your children and let them play their little hearts out. You will find a variety of physical activities that they can enjoy and have a great time being a kid. There are places for the parents to sit and watch or be on your phone including massage chairs! They also have a snack and drink bar (non alcohol). You can even plan your childs birthday party there. Their entry fees are very reasonable and a great way for your child to get exercise instead of being on a computer, game boy or watching TV. Go check them out with your child or children and watch the delight as they try all the different areas. For those with toddlers, they have a special area for them to enjoy.
If your not afraid of getting covid-19 including your kids or currently have it, you are welcomed HERE. They are not demanding anyone to require a mask including adults or social distance. Im guessing they dont listen to the CDC guidelines.
I love this place they are a lil under staffed but they really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your time
This was my 1 year old 1st time their he absolutely loved it!!
We visited The Rush Fun Park for the first time today. The kids loved it! The slides were fun. They really enjoyed the Xtreme Course. The climbing structure was huge! Im sure my kids will be asking too come back. The bathrooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of seating for adults who werent playing. You only have to pay if you intend to play. They sell their own socks that you must purchase for $2.50. All in all a very fun place to play. I just wish the admission included more than 2 hours of play time.
This place is very irresponsible, they are not demanding ADULT covers for mouths. They do not provide cleaning and security. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR COVID 19
Super fun kids for all ages! I even had tons of fun. Kids were worn out after the 2 hours of play. Groupon has a great deal too
This place is disgusting. There is trash everywhere. They don’t clean. There is ripped cushions with stuff falling out. Totally not safe or clean.
The kids loved it and staff was great and accommodating! The only thing is as with many of the indoor play places I wish they would have a more secure exit system kids could walk out with anyone.
Pretty fun place... Not too expensive before 2p Monday thru Thursday...
Kiddos loved it here will go again soon so glad there wasn’t a panic about safety everyone did their part had blast
Really fun. Ideal for slightly older children. Adults can even enjoy the experience. They do make adults pay to go through with children but it is under $10 with socks for a parent ticket. Will go again. Included photos of the rock climbing area. Took a group of 10 ages 6-17 and everyone was tired and had a blast.
There are fun and interesting activities for the kids to play. Our play group had a lot of fun. However, I am deducting two stars because of the smell throughout the park. I couldnt put my finger on what it was, but thinking a mildewy smell. Not sure if I would go back or not because if it smells like that every visit I couldnt take it.
These guys balance fun with all the covid stuff.
Very unfriendly check in staff and one not wearing her mask and seemed to have cared less. Let another customer cut in front of us “because they only needed socks”. We got there about 12:45 today and just could not get over the lack of good customer service. Kiosk not working properly as well. Once we got through the front, all was well.
We took 2 nine year old girls to the Rush Fun Park. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They played and enjoyed snacks and slushy drinks.
I had to pay an additional $5.00 so I could sit while my kid played. Thats in addition to the $15.00 admission and more for the funky little socks. The admission is expected and worth it but charging me to sit... I know businesses are hurting, but dont f with your customers. We will not be back.
Dirty, many play parts were broken or closed and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get help on the rock climbing section. If I hadnt had a Groupon, I definitely wouldve been more upset. Not worth the 45 minute drive, my daughter and her 3 friends agreed.
Half day of school on a Friday!!! What do we do with the rest of our afternoon with kids full of energy!????The RUSH FUN park!!!As soon as we walked into this building you can just feel an atmosphere of excitement and adventure!!Michelle was our hostess, she greeted us with an amazing smile! She treated us with High intense energy. She made us feel like we were VIP! Michelle went up and beyond, with sincere service, uploading all our information into their friendly software. The park was fresh and extremely clean with lots of sitting room and TVs to watch. The Rush is the place to go hang out. Thanks once again to Michelle and Staff for Allowing us to create all these family memories on a Friday afternoon!
Huge place, fun for big kids and toddlers.
Great place to take your kids to get out some of their energy. Very clean the staff was super friendly. My daughter loved it!!!! Had a polite young man by the name of Micah talking, laughing, and playing with kids. Making sure they were having the best time possible. Thank you Rush fun park WE WILL BE RETURNING.
The place is huge and the kids had a great time. There is an area for the adults
Had a blast at my 12 yr old grandsons birthday..even went down the slides and Im in my 50s
Its OK..people dont pick up after themselves and it makes the place look bad. But what do you expect for a kid place.
This place is amazing! Huge compared to the other play parks in the valley. My son had a blast. Facilities/bathrooms are clean, play areas are very well padded. Tons to do for two hours here for sure, and the price was on point!
Never had to pay to sit in a building after I spent my money for my kids to play. Bc of the covid they aren’t making any money so they charge all adults to sit in the building while the kids play after spending $19.99 admission per child. I’ll never come here again.
Lots of fun. Great prices. Clean. Great place for birthdays. Lots of events that go on. Smells like a gym...what play place doesnt? Great snack bar and they do deals from peter piper. We went for a paint and play party. Good place to please the fam and get out of the heat
I am a frequent flyer at rush. My kids love to jump there. Matt is and has always been an amazing help. He answered all my questions and makes sure my kids are set for their jumps. He is friendly and provides excellent customer service every time I see him.
This is our Monday spot. 2 hours of burning that leftover weekend energy off. My daughter loves how much there is to do here. You cant find a place in this area that can offer as much as they do either. Its big enough you can see it from the street. Ive never had a problem with parking and the staff have always been nice.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE- Today (2/28/2020) I witnessed a kid throw up in the bottom level of this place and I told the kid to stay there, kept all our kids and the purses in one place, and happened to find his mom, while my friend told the staff...the staff looked at it, told the kid to GO wash up in the bathroom (mind you hes DRIPPING), and then the two staff members (who couldnt be more than 16) WALKED AWAY, we immediately started washing hands and packing up and getting shoes and the huge pile of vomit was STILL THERE after we left. My friend told yet another worker again before we left but we got out as fast as we could. It probably took us 15 mins. I dont want to step foot in that place again. We are both going to try to call and get our money back from our punch cards tomorrow. SICKENING and DISGUSTING!!!!!!
We had a blast! I spent a little more than I originally planned but we all had fun and the kids will sleep good tonight. It was definitely worth it and would consider it again.
Really cool place for your little ones. Lots to do from toddler to older kids. The kids seemed to have plenty to do and seemed to have fun doing it. Most definitely great place for your birthday parties. Leave those birthdays to the professionals! You will be glad you did.
It was an ok spot ..however the staff needs to pay a little more to when a child is hurt or shouldnt be somewhere there not supposed to
Finally! We have one of these places close to home! There is so much to do here and you definitely get your money’s worth. For two hours, you have the entire place. From jousting over a foam cube pit to rock climbing, this place has it all. There’s even a 6 and under spot if you want to keep your kids within their age limit. And they aren’t even done! They still have plans for a ninja warrior like course, an arcade area, and a place for inflatable jumpers. A great place for kids to get some exercise.
Its great fun for all ages. Especially the gladiator fight pit.
Nice big open areas & clean too. Friendly staff. Must purchase their socks to play here. My kid loves it here. Food stands. Ample parking.
Great experience! Lots for kids to do as well as adults. It is not crowded and variety of areas to do activities for all ages 2 +. Obstacle area is very big and kids can get lost if not being monitored by parents. I recommend buying the socks to chase your kid around. Overall enjoyed our family experience and kids already want to go back !
Kids had a blast. Fun place.
Best family indoor fun!
This place is awesome! Went to my nieces birthday party & there was so much to do! Theres no way a kid could be bored here! Highly recommend. Very clean & helpful, friendly employees.
Ive been twice and I will have to say my kids love it. Ryan was so helpful. He was super funny. Even though they were busy he still had time to talk to us. Hey ryan cool costume
There was a few broken things, instead of fixing they used yellow caution tape. The restrooms were disgusting. The 6 and under area was nice and age appropriate though. Nice trampolines, and rock climbing area. Pretty dirty overall, but the kids had fun.
Great place no one around employee wise and busy. Hire some help Yahoos. People waiting to get food, no one to help stuck kids. Shame its a nice place
We’ve been here a handful of times and the kids always have fun. I don’t know if we came on an off day or what but yikes. It was super dirty today: food in the toddler area, kids running around without the socks, parents supervising kids in the play area with their shoes on- just kind of a wreck. My daughter was playing in a ball pit and came and told me a rope ‘burned’ her? Went to check and it was an exposed wire which I assume shocked her? Told an attendant and he did respond right away which was encouraging but still a little unsettling. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what but you can tell there’s maintenance issues (exposes cords/wires, screw caps broken or missing, etc) It’s definitely a fun place for the kids, but our experience today was a little yuck.
Nice environment, great for kids. It’s like jump street but for kids. The little ones had fun tho!
Lots to do. Great for those that like to climb but the kids prefer the bounce of a trampoline over the air bags here. I think its wonderful for younger kids
We had a great time. Cashier staff could be a little friendlier. Since that is the 1st person you see walking in the doors. I felt as if they saw us as an inconvenience for them. Even though the place wasnt packed. But other than that we had a great time.
I took my nephew here for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. This place is the ultimate kids playland, they have everything your kid could possibly want to do, from trampolines to rock climbing to playing on a big jungle gym. The staff members are awesome, definitely check this place out
This place is amazing! we just had our daughters birthday party there,The place is huge, clean and with so many fun things to do, the kids had a blast. The stuff were friendly and attentive with my daughter and her guests, they made my daughter feel so special. The owner Dave was so kind and courteous with us.Keep the good work and the best service, thats what it makes the difference from other places.
Theres no management, nothing but young employees. Management has no control in resolving conflicts, communicating clearly, obsersavation, no confidence. But overall the place itself is a nice place for kids.
My kids ages 1,3,11 really enjoy Rush Park over other indoor fun parks. Many options for every age group. They have a nice play area for the young kids. You can tell they put thought into creating that area for the littles, unlike other parks where the toddler area appears to have been an after thought. Only gripe is the weekend pricing. It hurts the wallet if you have multiple kids. Go during the week if you can, much cheaper.
Great place to take the kids, lots of stuff for them to do!
Great service, my children had a wonderful time. Found a Groupon that helped save some money. You do need to pay tax with the Groupon but it is still cheaper than paying the full price. Adults only pay if they are going on the equipment. There are couches and other comfortable chairs to sit on while you wait for your children!
Great place for birthdays! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jayden!! He made us feel right at home. Definitely coming back.
Today was our first time coming to this new indoor play place— and we will not be returning. Not unless there is a serious overhaul with management & how they run it.There is ZERO supervision or rule enforcement by employees & very few parents watching their kids.So many big kids being bullies & pushing smaller kids under in the ball pits, kids getting their necks & arms caught in spider ropes, kids ramming each other on the trampolines & so much more. You can’t even bring your little kids into the designated toddler area because you have older kids taking it over trampling over babies & throwing soccer balls out of the enclosure. I shouldn’t have to find an employee to “tattle” on kids who are being bullies & then them not be reprimanded because there is one employee per 100 kids & they can’t find the kid. There should at a minimum be an employee at each play station enforcing rules & kicking out the kids with bad behavior. Even though you pay for a 2 hour time limit & have color coded wristbands, the time is not enforced & there are way too many kids.I am all for kids having fun & being rambunctious, but this is out of control. You sign a liability waiver for a reason... I would be wary bringing your kids if you value their safety.
The kids had a blast.. Im sure we will be going again... One of the cashiers helped me get set up with Groupon so I get a better deal.. Thanks again.. My grandson had lots of fun with one of his friends...
The concept is great, it’s not nearly as clean as I would think it would be. (Included picture of toddler area - dirt and clumps of someone’s hair) There are next to no employees present. There should be staff members walking through sanitizing things and monitoring children. Although we sign a waiver upon arrival The Rush Fun Park should enforce rules. Parents allow their children to run wild and no one tells them anything. I had to wait ten minutes to talk to a staff member to ask them if they could please make a reminder announcement that children over the age over 6 are not allowed to play in the toddler area. Numerous times older children jumped the wall in to the little kids ball pit and definitely could have hurt the little ones. I asked them to please not do that but why would they listen? Pretty sure they never made the announcement.... Groupon deal you get your moneys worth, don’t think I’d pay fullPrice to visit.
Really clean & bright atmosphere! Friendly, helpful staff ready to give tours and assist with anything. Best play area for toddlers we have ever visited- LOVED the mini soccer field! Perfect parent area with great food and even customized sodas! Such a big facility so we could run and play freely without feeling crammed. Air conditioning was cold, such a necessity in AZ!
There was so much to do at this place for all ages. My 3 year and 8 year had a blast. There was plenty of seating for parents to sit and watch their little ones. The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
My grand children really enjoy coming here. However, the staff could do a bit better in handling concerns about older children not letting the younger children play. Other than this issue. They rock!
Took our 4 year old grand daughter here for the first time today and she had an absolute blast ! As grandparents we felt it was clean, safe and well staffed. Good clean fun with NO iPad, video games, or phones. It didnt smell bad at all - as a previous reviewer stated. Lots of comfy places for us old folks to sit also !! Highly recommend this place as it is a kids dream come true !!
This was such a fun place! My daughter - 3 - loved it and played in both the under 6 area and the rest of the obstacle courses too. To be honest, I also played in both areas with my nephew. It was a grand old time!
So much fun for the kids
Cool spot. The kids loved it. they laughed, ran around and played. I loved it because it burt all that energy up for a nice calm evening at home
Fun place for kids, but I do not suggest letting them run amock. Parents be ready, Very little employee supervision. There is an extreme lack of employees on duty. A bunch of kids playing, running, jumping, and all kinds of kid stuff with no rules being enforced. Can be very dangerous if you dont watch your kids.
Took my 2 teen boys, they had a great time. There is lots to do for all ages. It is great to have something to do indoors near us. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Fair pricing also.
Great for kids. 2 hours of fun for the kids of all size. Very comfy seats for the adults thru out the area.
Took my 5 kids + wife and grandma. All had fun and played. Way better than uptown jungle. Much larger, more to do, 2 story, food, more places to sit and relax. All in all the kids said it was better and they really liked it and want to go back.
Great place to take the kids.
Its nice and the kids enjoyed themselves, but the person at the counter assumed my Groupon of 6 tickets were strictly for the kids; I was going to purchase an additional ticket for a total of 7 people and informed the cashier of that. Due to this, I didnt get a band to go on the items with my youngest. Plus we waited nearly an hour on the pizza since its ordered from Peter Piper.
Love this place. i have taken my kids to at least five other trampoline parks in the last year and this one is their favorite. Clean and I hope it stays that way. The little ones can actually go into other areas as well as their own toddler are and not be told they need to be in that one space.
They host a great birthday party!!
The play areas are very spacious and I like that they get the Pizza from Peter Piper.
The manager Jordan is the best!!!! The host she gave us Aliyah is great. The worked very hard to make my daughters bday event a day to remember! They were very professional, very nice personality! They are amazing!!!!
Lots of great play options for kids to burn that extra energy! Downside is bathrooms are not kept up and are not little kid friendly.
The price you pay is totally worth it! I booked a birthday party here aug 31st for my 10 year old it was amazing friendly staff professional and the place is an overload of fun. Im an adult and I cant wait to go back thanks for great service rush fun park
Its alot of fun for the kids, I even had fun for the price, 50% off coupon on their website. The regular price is a bit on the high side for what they have. Half the activity areas are still closed off or dont work which is a bummer. The snack bar is expensive over $4 for a med soda 3 dollar waters. Eat and drink before you go so you dont have to break piggy bank open
Very cool place. Kids (13, 11 and 8) all had a blast. There is SO much to do, and its all included in the entrance price. We were there during the week-mid day- and there were a lot of people there, but it didnt feel crowded at all. We will be going back!!
I liked it place had a lot to do there plus it was huge everyone is pretty friendly but I will say there werent to many employees there but everything else was great
We had such a great time at the park. We were greeted with a smile and staff was fun and interactive with my kids. The park is huge and it has so much to do for all ages so there was never a dull moment or the feeling of being crowded. The park is also extremely clean and the music was on point. We will DEFINITELY be playing here often!!! (Also there’s a review saying parents have to pay to get in, this is not true. Parents have to pay if they are playing but there are lounge areas through the park and a snack bar for parents to hang out in while the kids play)
Friendly staff, and decent pricing for all of the actractions they have there.
Took my 4 kids to play for the second time, it seems worse every time. We werent in the park longer then 30 mins. Between a person claiming to be the manager and the horrible smell we walked into. Lord help us, We left. We went to play at sky zone so my kids could be safe jumping. I saw springs laying on the ground, pads on by rope. When I brought it to an employees attention they said it happens. My littles will go to Uptown from now on and my older boys can do either sky zone or uptown. Urban air has amazing things for all my kids, its even worth the drive and cost at this point. They have a memberships at both places. Its clean, smells nice and have an awesome staff. Think quality. Because this park has none. Keep my money. From the look of almost no one in your park today...you may need it.
