Celebrated our 2 Granddaughters Birthdays here since they were born exactly 1 year 1 day apart and the service was amazing and I highly recommend the laser tag it was awesome fun. The staff was amazing and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs we will definitely be back to JUMP!!!!!! Thanks again guys

Great staff, very clean... had a wonderful time... my body hurts like hell... but that what I get doing back flips with the kiddos at my age (47) however amazing time!!!

Staff was wonderful. Super friendly and attentive. Ensured everyone had a good time. Other patrons were also super respectful of other peoples personal space and boundaries and ensured children were all jumping/playing together nicely.

Loved taking our kids there. It gets expensive when you have a few of them, but it is definitely worth it. The facilities are well maintained and the jumping area is very large. I had a great time jumping with my kids.

This is a really fun place to bring your kids or even to have a birthday party. The staff is super nice and is definitely the cleanest trampoline park I’ve ever seen. Would recommend to friends and family.

Have been here multiple times kids always love it. Facility is remarkably clean for their clientele (lots of young kids) and the staff is top notch. Manager/owner threw me a free pizza out of the blue so I gotta leave a 5 star!

Elevate is probably one of my new favorite places to take my kids. To be fair, I have not been during a peak time when the place is filled with big kids and adults. However, I highly recommend their toddler time. Its Mondays-Thursdays from 10a-2p for kids 7 and under. It costs just $7 for 2 hours of jumping and an adult is free with every child. Their socks are reusable, necessary, comfortable and functional at $2/pair. They also offer a cool after school jump for PK-12th graders for the same $7 and it includes 90 minutes of jumping plus a bottle of water and a snack.The place itself is a giant warehouse full of all kinds of trampolines- flat trampolines, sloped, skateboard park looking designs, etc. It also has giant foam block pits under some American Ninja warrior-esque gear like seesawing monkey bars, rings, balance board, rope ladder, etc. There are balls for giant basketball hoops and for playing dodgeball or balltag, and theres also a kids section for kids 5 and under that is a more compact area at the back of the indoor park mirroring all the rest of the fun. This area also includes a fun trampoline slide and small rock walls. Another cool part of elevate is their cafe. They serve meal items as well as classic snacks, drinks, slushies, and treats. Their pizza is what Id recommend- its actually REALLY good, price is reasonable, and its large.Last, Id just like to say, if youre looking for a place to have fun with your kids, this is it! It is SO much fun to jump around with your littles, and a decent workout too! You can just watch them from a bench, and there is WiFi if you need it, but its great for engaging with your kids as well unlike Monkey Joes or somewhere similar. We will definitely go back again and again.

Clean compared to other parks in the area. Ive seen them cleaning out their foam pits on multiple occasions, while other parks Ive been to seem like foams been in them since they opened.

Lots of fun for kids and reasonably fit adults. Both my son and daughter (10 and 6) gave it to thumbs up!

They know no one reads those releases. They should require proof of medical insurance or have a very large, single piece of paper stating that you are on your own, in large writing so everyone understands.I hurt myself severely yesterday. It took 20 minutes, if not more, to get to my car. I literally took 2 steps and would start sobbing. My son even went back in trying to get help. No one came. Couldnt even bring me a chair with wheels?I realize what I signed, but I think of all the people I saw there that couldnt afford the injury I got by any means. And they dont even check in on you.

Great place to host a birthday party .Excellent family outing. Activities for the young and the old. No need to clean up just pack up all the presents and leave. Staff very friendly and attentive. Prices are fairly decent and justifiable for all the fun that can be had.

Is it weird that as an adult I enjoy this place? I of course go when kids are not there so I maximize my fun and dont accidently stampede some kid as I steam roll through the place as fast as I can move.I dont care for the younger people that work there that Im a decade older than telling me to get down from things but Ill accept it.

Just had a birthday party at Elevate. The staff was extremely help, and easy to work with. It made the party so easy, and the kids had a great time.

It was CLEAN,COOL AND TONS OF FUN! Even for me 40+yrs old, not to mention my lil girls. We had a birthday party for our 7yr old in March and everyone had so much fun we chose this as our 2nd choice for our 1yr old in case of rain. Since the weather was overcast and cool we decided not to go to the pool and to the Trampoline park and like always it was a Blast!! A super workout for me and the other adults that were cool enough to play and just as great for the kiddos!! Everyone had fun, and went home tired and slept great!!

Great place to take the kids. A lot of fun to be had. The staff seemed quite friendly though I wished more parents would watch their kids instead of relying on others to. Prices go up on weekends and holidays, go figure.

My daughter loves this place a bit pricey but its the only trampoline Park located in the Peoria Illinois area.

I am never going back for sure. One of my things fell out of my pocket in the foam pit and I was going to go get it since it happened right when they were closing and they would not let me go back and get it. They said they don’t care and that it isn’t their problem. I was then kicked out. Once I asked again if they could get it they said they don’t care. Btw imma go back and try to get my stuff back and if y’all don’t lemme get it I’ll notify your manager of the needles that I found all around the foam pit. I got pricked with one and threw it away.

The trampolines here are my favorite. I get such a work out when we come here with all my cousins.

We met a few family members there Saturday afternoon for a late birthday for our 3 year old granddaughter. 3 adult couples and 3 kids. The manager on duty came over and tried to hurry us out while she was opening her 3 gift bags. I dont think we were in amybodies way as there were 6 empty tables still open. She said that there was a party coming in that paid a lot of money for a party room. Well, we paid a lot of money for 9 of us to be there too. We didnt need pizza, cake and soda so we didnt need a party room. I found it to be a bit rude of her. I will consider other venues next outing.

Seemed well cleaned and supervised. Lots of parents sitting around on their phones which was discouraging. Get out there and do some flips with your kids! All my daughter could talk about was how soon we could come back. Also, my muscles are still sore a few days later! Fairly inexpensive fun!

Hailey is the best. Javion is really cool too. Love the air conditioning and the ninja courses.

My kids (5 and 16) both had fun. I did not buy anything from the snack bar. So it may go up or down on stars if we do.

It was a lot of fun, but by no means the best trampoline park that Ive been to. This one seems to be structured more for kids 18 and under than for college age students and young adults.Great place for a family to go to try out something different. The kids will love it and it will burn off a lot of energy.The price is reasonable considering that you will get exhausted very quickly if you are going hard.

Fun for kids of all ages!

Im out of shape, and this is my way of getting excirse. Very fun place to jump around.

Do not go here if you have a child with any sort of disability. It clearly states that a child with disabilities can have one person jump with them for free. However, on the weekend they need the extra money, so it doesnt apply on the weekends. That sounds a lot like discrimination to me. They are basically saying she cannot jump with a guide, so therefore she wouldnt be able to jump at all. I did not cause a scene, as it was my sisters birthday, but I am deeply SICKENED by this company. We will not be returning. Besides all of that, the facility is often so packed with kids, there isnt even room for everyone to freely participate or enjoy their time there. The older kids often knock the younger kids around, and there is no supervision by the parents. There is a section in the back for kids 5 and under, which also gets taken over by older kids. The staff are a bunch of kids that look like they dont want to be there, and they in no way, shape, or form create a safer environment.

The trampoline part is great. Very disorganized when having a party. Very expensive. Save your money and just enjoy the trampoline. Snack bar is disgusting. 3 of 5 working were picking there nose. 3 were on their phones. And were drinking behind counter. No one washed their hands. Gross

This place is so much fun. Took our kids there last time we visited Peoria the manager was great and seems to have a great staff and treats them all very well. The little kids area is away from the bigger kids making it less worry .

It was pretty neat place for kids. Really good to let them let a lot of energy out. They need to install a seating area or something for parents to do though. All thats there is the food area and most o oriole dont know they can go up the the jump area.

Lots of activities and different challenges for the kids. Pretty crowded during the times Ive been there, but theres still plenty of places for everyone to have fun. My only gripes would be that they need more seating for those not bouncing and to open the second ramp to the bounce area to relieve congestion at the front door.

We loved this place. We went on a Saturday and they have teen night from 8pm to 11pm for only $20. They have black lights n music. Our teens loved it! It was clean and had a very friendly staff too. We will deffinatly be returning!

This is a great trampoline park. Its kid friendly and even adults can jump too. Just watch your kids. Because there are older people that can break the legs or something. But its very fun reliable place.

I took my 12-year old grandson and his friend. There was a good size crowd, but not so many that it was uncomfortable. Very clean environment, staff was always sweeping or cleaning something to keep it that way. There were plenty of friendly, helpful staff members on duty.However, there seemed to be a lack of oversight from those monitoring the jump areas, in some aspects. Safety was their first and foremost concern, understandably. BUT, none of the staff were cognizant of older jumpers hogging whichever areas they wanted to use.For example, as we all know in life, when one wants to play the next game of pool, video game, etc., you put your quarters down on the machine in line to be next. There are no protocols in place to keep people from monopolizing particular jump areas. A policy and procedure regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.In addition, MORE SIGNAGE would be very useful. If there are age limits for a particular section, put up a sign. There is only one climbing wall, and it was only for smaller children. I think adults would love to climb up a wall and land on a trampoline. Or, at least two 12-year old boys. But they were told they were too big. They were having a great time in one of the dodgeball areas, but a group of older kids with a birthday party just burst in and took over the area, without asking the boys if theyd like to play.One of the most fun things that I think everyone would love to do is dunk a basketball. There are only three baskets (need more), which were monopolized by five kids about 5-6 years of age that were just messing around with the basketballs, and would actually shoot at the basket once in a great while, but werent really using the area as intended.The pizza was VERY good but concessions are pricey, like going to the movies. All in all the boys wore themselves out, and had a pretty good time. They just didnt get to utilize some of the jump areas that they looked forward to trying. Granted, the boys could have spoken up in some cases, but they were content just to explore. Well definitely visit again, just a little bit wiser next time.

Facility is fine. Part of Mission Statementhas the word SAFE --- I would be very surprised if injuries did not happen regularly.The kids run the place not staff. Variousjumping areas kids run from mat to matwhile someone is jumping. Totally disorganized - My Visit was on a Saturday and the place was packed. Nice for the incomehowever by no means is it safe. Visualizea child jumping on trampoline while other kidswould run across the mat from various directions.Would be much better if management hademployees monitor entry and exit. Alsomonitor how many are using equipment.I will not be taking my Grandkids againunless saftey improves.Drive to Springfield it is managed better.Numbers of participants are limited toso floor can be monitored much better.
