DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It took forever to get set up and half the games are either not loaded or not working. There was one employee there trying to run 5 VR stations, 3 axe throwing stations and answer the phone. The equipment would stop working and had to be reset several times. I dont blame the employee, she was trying her hardest to keep up. But it was just one excuse after another. They definitely need more employees running the place.. For the money I would rather stay home and use my VR on my playstation 4.

This place just opened and it was really fun. They have a few single VR stations set up and a VR Laser Tag area where you can move around..No Cord. This was definitely a new way to play that was really fun.

I had a little of fun there was like no games on the headset but me and my friend played one game together the staff was not so helpful I would not recommend this place and most of the games where not downloaded so I had to wait for them to download which my time did not pause

Great place to take the kids for a great afternoon of fun. Ever since it went under new management the place has been clean, the staff has been knowledgeable and attentive, and they are adding to an already excellent selection of games and gaming systems everytime I am there

Took my daughter here. She is eight years old. Had an outstanding time playing the first time on the VR headset. Did a bunch of that beat saber. And when I tried to return back for more business. They declined me and my daughter. Because she was too Young supposedly. And I’m confused on why they let her in the first time. My daughter left upset and crying. Confused on why she was not able to do it the second time. The staff is in shambles. They don’t know how to run a business. I feel like this was completely uncalled for. If you’re going to have rules follow them. And not let children down.

I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday. The staff wouldn’t help her with anything. She had no idea how to use VR equipment. I feel like it’s the responsibility of the employees to help with people who don’t know what they’re doing. But obviously that’s not how they run their business. And I feel like I wasted money and my daughters time. Don’t take your kids here. And don’t waste your time.

Wouldve for the 1st time been able to try out this cool looking place with my 2 children but sadly could not because they required a mask for a pandemic thats caused the deaths of .02% of Floridas population. Got ice cream and a video game from game stop instead.

I’m a student at Pensacola State University. Me and my friends went into Cordova Mall. Looking for something to do and fill in some free time we had while shopping. We were talking with one of the people at the front desk. She wouldn’t even look at us. And spent the entire time on her iPad Doodling. Both me and my friend wanted to do a hour of VR. But because of the lack of interest in our possible business. We decided to leave. I’m completely unhappy with the service of the employees. And I do not recommend anyone goes there. Awful business awful people. You’d be better off buying your own VR headset and doing it from home!

Absolutely awful experience and I never even got to try anything. Wasn’t even let into the building. I felt like I was pushed away due to one of the employees. She wouldn’t talk to me or give me any information. And how much it cost. And instead I felt like I was pushed away. Honestly recommend no one Goes here or even bring you kids. Rude staff bad Business
