Although about five rides at the amusement park side was down, me and my family really enjoyed ourselves at the waterpark! It is not a huge waterpark, which I like! It was perfect for our five and six year old. They have a smaller section for babies and toddlers, a medium sections that toddlers AND bigger kids will enjoy, and also a section that includes four different slides that bigger kids, teens and adults will love. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Well for us Sam’s Fun City was a quick trip to let the kids ride the go carts and play laser tag. After 4:30... it’s one price for both activities, and it’s unlimited. And we were from out of town, with a bunch of kids and they need something fun to do and fast. This fit the bill. So for me it’s all good..no more, no less.

Just for a regular cheese pizza its 15.99 meat lovers was 19.99 and to add topping its 2.00. Just ridiculous! All food prices are just like being at the fair with no where near the best amount of entertainment! Most of the rides are closed and have to have a guide.

Sam’s fun city is a fun small arcade and amusement park. It is a little run down but it is still a nice place to spend the day with the kids. They have laser tag, go carts, bouncy houses, games galore, goofy golf, snack bar, dining area, roller coaster, a water park and much more!! It is the only place of its kind for hours!

Rude staff. Made my 4 year old cry because I wasnt wearing a mask. My mask broke riding go-carts. Instead of offering me a mask, they aggressively attacked my family until my little one cried. After 5 minutes of belittling us they offered me a mask.This staff needs more training. Especially the young redhead named Kaylee.

This place has definitely gone down hill. Paid $250 for a party there and the manager gives away our party room thinking another group of people was ours 5 minutes before we get there and makes our party sit out in the lounge area. Never offered and kind of compensation or tried to make anything right. Both managers I talked to seemed clueless. The only positive was our hostess was awesome and tried to make up for her managers lack of management.

The spooky town theme was really a nice gesture with parents wanting to be cautious and avoid the fair. Staff was really nice and helpful. The train kept breaking down and people had to get off and walk back to the main area. Thats would if been ok if they would of just kept it closed. They kept putting people back on and it kept breaking down. I didnt see many sanitizer stations in the arcade area. Overall the place could use some updates and a face lift, but still a decent place to go

We had an awesome time, everyone loved the water park, the kids really enjoyed the lazy river and the smaller waterslides. They have a little of everything for the family, we also got to go on some rides, the first person that helped with rides didnt really seam like they liked there job I know it was hot bit you could at least put a smile on your face, the guy that took over was much better and took us to all the rides and even helped the kids get in and out. My husband liked the arcade but it was really hot he said it was 83° and he had to wear a mask but in at the end of the day we had a really great time, next time we are in town we will definitely go back.

Awsome staff, A must go to have a blast with kids and us big kids! All u can ride go carts and lazor tag is the bomb! Will b going back! Track is not short and its 5 mins ride time !

We had our 7 year old daughters birthday at Sams Surf City this past weekend and we had a great time. The water park manager Raul was amazing, very attentive, and really went above and beyond to make our party special. My wife wants to have her birthday party at Sams Surf City!

Half of the rides wear broke down, only 2 people operating rides, and like three doing go-karts. Arcade was amazing, so was lazer tag. Play place shut down, but that understanding.

The place is really cool! dont mind it but the party room was weird to me on my 6 or 7th bithday but other than that great park i just hope that the jungle gym wasnt shut down...

I bought the all access pass to both parks. The water park was great but it closed at 5pm so we went to the other side and there was no one at any of the rides. I asked about it and he said that someone was suppose to take us around to each ride but there was noooo staff outside at all. We when we finally got someone he said he had to go get his manager to operate the rides. We just left, too much hassle

We never tried this Water Park before. But its actually a really fun time. Nice calm lazy river and all. About 10 different slides.

Always a fun experience. Great pricing, fun activities, and the staff is not only friendly and helpful, but fun as well! Highly recommended.

In my opinion. The rates should be cheaper. Especially closing at 5 pm on a Thursday. There are some fun tubing slides and plenty for smaller children. It was 160+ for My husband, myself, 14 year old, 12 year old and 7 year old. This was Surf side only. No online coupons offered or honored. I searched hard and heavy. I feel like more locals would come more often and raise the daily guest count if the rates or annual passes were more affordable. Also food and beverage could use some more options. Add some snacks, chips, candy etc. Staff seemed friendly.

Friendly staff and some old school fun. Its honestly a shame that covid has hit these establishments so hard economically...I just wish the community would come out and support Sams fun city and keep it alive.

Had the absolute greatest time at the water park today! The staff was so friendly, the food was decently priced and the kids had an amazing time. Thank you to the crew members for making us feel as safe as possible during these crazy times!

My daughters and I had our first experience at Sams today. They are over priced for what you pay for. The park needs some attention. The deck on the waterpark side is filled with ants. The lazy river was filthy. Their staff members looked and behaved miserably. This place is for younger children for sure. Older kids 9 and up get bored fast. We were entertaining the idea to purchase annual passes, but after our experience here I am glad we did not. We will not be returning.

No wonder everyone told me not to come here. Super disappointed. I was told my kid who is two years old is free. I get there and I just want to sit and watch him play on the splash pad, so they say for me to go sit and watch my son play at the pool (which was shut down for construction) I had to pay 28 dollars. Okay cool, that’s fine. I then went to go put him on one ride that they said he could do and asked for his wrist band, I Said they “said he was free” and they told me in order for my son to ride one ride I would have to purchase my own wrist band for 48 dollars. Sucks.

This place was great. It was empty when we went but the guy that was working the rides made it very special and did everything and beyond that he could do for us to have an enjoyable experience

Went there for the first time today really wish we had not.. we only went for the arcade but if the rest of the park is like the arcade hard pass. The arcade was very hot, there wasnt alot of selection of games operational. They took our temperatures and did some oxygen thing on the family (son, me and wife) and the guy had no clue what he was doing. Was asked to wear masks but saw several other people without masks on and them not say anything. One guy was literally drinking beer in the arcade and the staff could care less.. dont waste your money here.. we will not be returning.

This is a fantastic place for younger kids. Theres arcade games and the outside rides are so perfect for kids ages 3-6. My daughter had her birthday party here and it was so awesome and done very well. Theres a water park during the summer that we also like but its not open right now

Half the rides were either unmanned or not working...the golf course was terrible...we didnt even finish the holes the greens were so bad. The antique cars were difficult to control. The go karts were the only thing that seemed to work properly. The arcade was terrible half the games were inoperable. Food was terrible but drinks were good. Were highly disappointed and wont go back. Total waste of money.

Me and my family went today and i must say your employee Abby was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Never seen her before but she does very well with kids and i personally went and thanked her for being so sweet and caring!

This was our first time here to the water park it was amazing. Such a great idea to have this event like this. Very reasonable price as well. We will for sure make this our regular spot to hang out. An you get great fireworks at the end !!!

My brother and I took his two kids to Surf City on Father’s Day. It was a blast. Safe, clean, and well maintained.

This place is fun, kids would have an absolute blast here for the water park side of things.We cane on a Thursday, it was packed because of a camp were there with us but the lines for the slides move fast and they keep the ball rolling on most things.The staff could be a little more courteous and friendlier.The lazy river is definitely a good time, the kids area the kids loved and the slides are fun for all ages.It’s price, 6 people were $180 total and the food is mediocre.While pricey, we had fun for the second year in a row.

Great place for teenage kids to have fun. However, I suggest that Sam’s Fun City go to a policy in which kids under the age of 18 can’t enter without adult supervision. And have security at the door to re-enforce the policy. The Saturday night that we were there with our 4 teenage boys, there were about 50 unsupervised teenagers. I witnessed a staff member ask them to leave if they were there just to hang out and the kids acted if they didn’t hear her. None were there riding or playing games. No parent there at all.

This place is garbage where do I start... some of the arcade games took our money and they dont do refunds, most of the rides Ive seen were unmanned, unattended and seemed unmaintenanced. The availability of food was very limited because the kitchen staff were quote en quote overwhelmed. The water park was closed early to every one else other than a destinated party. Seriously not worth it

Went with my little boy and had a great time. The staff was incredible and catered to any request! Even when a ride was closed they took the time to open it for us. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend going to anyone looking to spend quality time with their loved ones!

We only played at the arcade it was fun. a few games were broken but they do have the awesome huge gun version of space Invaders which my 44 yr old self thinks is the best thing ever....no tokens or tickets needed its all on swipe card.

We came here for my commands Childrens Holiday Party and it was tons of fun. They dont have a full staff until around noon but they did their best to accommodate everyone as best as they could. Highly recommended for parties or just to have fun.

The accommodated a week night birthday party for us, even though they normally only do weekend parties. The host was amazing and the kids pretty much had the place to themselves. Go on a weeknight its so much better than other kids places. The manager tonight was so great too!

Went there for a birthday party. The place was packed. Tons of arcade games spread out. There is a bounce house and a gymnastics climbing area. The rides were run down and in need of maintenance, mainly cosmetic issues. Some of the stuff appeared to be dangerous and the workers were all young to be operating the rides but everyone had fun and besides one ride hitting a palm tree limb that wasn’t trimmed no one got hurt. I would only say the place needs a good maintenance crew to go through it and the property picking up trash and cutting the grass. I would recommend the place other than that though.

Was so much fun, I went on Halloween, I bought a wrist Band and got to go on rides from around 5 till 9 and they passed on candy and even toys, It was so much fun and definitely worth the money.

Sams has 1/2 price admission to the water park at 3:00pm on Saturday & Sunday. Its an excellent place to spend the afternoon at a waterpark for a reasonable price.Sams is an excellent place for a childrens birthday party. We just spent 6 hours at a party and stayed busy the whole time. The roller coaster was our favorite followed by the childrens maze, which parents are allowed to enter, but make sure you have socks on or they wont let the children or parents in. The lazer tag was fun but is better suited for older children, teens and adults. The harnesses are too big for children under 7.Theres a restaurant that serves your typical amusement park food. We had the pizza and it was o.k.

What a dump. The mini golf course is in need of some serious upkeep and repair, the course green is ripped and patched. The little statues are all busted and chewed up. There is a gaming area and only half the games work. It is dirty. And the wave park is trashed as well. I was in milton Florida traing for my. Company and needed to get out of the hotel I was staying. What a waist of time and definitely a waist of money.

Friendly place with good prices. We went before their evening rides and there wasnt a ton to do. I would only pay to go if the outside is open and if they have their evening pass price available. The kids play pass for inside was fine but only occupied them for 10 minutes or so.

For a place that calls itself a fun city I wasnt very impressed. We checked to see when the attractions were going to open and the website said 4pm. So we decided to get there around 3pm and let our 4 year old play while we waited. At 4pm we went up to purchase tickets and we were informed the rollar coaster was closed, not sure why. Then we were told we were waiting on an employee to make it into work, then we were told the attractions open at 4:30. We finally left at 4:40 and they were just getting out to the go carts. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Had a fun time racing with my kids on the track only thing I paid for 2 of my kids that were just riding shotgun found out later that i wouldnt have to pay for but I still couldnt get a refund i know they were super busy and didnt tell that would like to come back and give them 5 stars if they want to adjust it on my next visit

Went here to have fun with my family for my 4 year olds birthday and she had an absolute blast with her siblings and cousin. Running from game to game, riding go karts with her mom (sadly I couldnt fit) playing in the little kids only play zone (imagine a McDonalds play place but bigger) and yes, the unlimited go karts and lazer tag bracelets are worth the price. They also have the new Fireteam Raven Halo universe arcade game, it is epic!

Staff is limited at night so there is only so much you can do....

Came here many times and bought individual tickets but for some reason they stopped doing that even though its advertised on the board. Now they force you to buy a wrist band to ride the only track they have open. No thanks.

There was this one worker named Lexie, she was very nice and there for me when ever I needed her.

We had a birthday party here on October 27, 2019. Our party host didnt give excellent service. Since I got angry with her once, her behavior improved eventually, but this shouldnt have had to happen for her to do an okay job. The workers were young kids who didnt have good customer service skills. The rides were never accompanied by a worker, so we had to wait for 5 mins almost every time even though there was no line. They should have had a host follow us to each ride our group wanted to ride. The reason I had fun was because I made it fun with my family and friends at my party. The Sams fun city crew diminished my satisfaction immensely.

Waste of money!! Went at 7pm no one around to run the rides or the mini golf. Spent $120 to ride Go Carts 3 times and one ride. When we could have just spent $48 just to ride the Go Carts. Tried to explain it to the front desk but she said the rides were open. They were supposed to be but no one was around to work them!! Very under staffed. Avoid!!!!

This place was nice. The rides are old, but still work well. Admission is a bit steep at $39/person, and the water park closes 3 hours sooner than the rest of the park. Nevertheless, my family had a great time! Because of that, I would visit again.

What a missed opportunity. This place could be so much better than it is but in its current condition there is so much that is broken or not taken care of that it makes it difficult to enjoy the experience. DO NOT try to play putt putt golf after dark. There were no lights and the mosquitos became unbearable.

Spent over $100 for janky arcade games that dont always work. Hardly any workers to operate all of the rides. The main part my kids enjoyed was the bounce house which we can play on back home.. Apart from the staff being really nice and helpful, this place was a complete bust. Dont waste your money!

I wish I could give them a better rating but honestly its just a huge waste of money! At most they have 2 people running the rides for the entire park! Unless youre lucky enough to be the only people there you will have to wait until theyre done running rides for the other guest until they get to you and if theyre busy itll be a good 30 mins before they get to you.

Kids had a blast but a couple of hours is enough to challenge any adults sanity. Place is surprisingly clean and the staff is friendly enough.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT COMEI almost never leave bad reviews but this place is terrible! The website says the water side closes at 8 but actually closes at 5. We got wet for 40 minutes. Thought it would still be okay on dry side but no. Every single ride is closed. When they are open the only start once an hour. All together we paid over 300 dollars to ride go cards, get wet for 40 minutes, and disappoint my 4 year old. Thank God the swings are open. Were refused refund and are from out of town. Worst experience ever. I cant express how upset I am. I wish Sam would contact me is theyre a real person

Overall my kids had a good time! But the arcade machines stole money several times and didnt award tickets or prizes the way they are supposed to, at least the workers made it right.

Very fun little theme park

We went to their movie after dark. It was such a cool experience! There was food and drinks for purchase at the park. However, I am giving them for stars because the pizza was not on the menu and we had already ordered cheeseburgers before we saw that there was pizza. Other than that this was a great event for the entire family.

Had the greatest time here

The place was basically empty. There were maybe 20 people in the whole park. Not everything was open, the special they run during the weekdays for unlimited go-karts and laser tag for 16 bucks after 4:30 p.m. was a deal. The kids were able to ride the go-karts at least five or six times and played at least two matches of laser tag. Theres no way we could have done that by just buying individual tickets for that same price.

This place definitely needs to be updated and not only rely on the fact that it one of two entertainment options in Pensacola and know that they will get people to come out no matter what. The fact that their is a lack of employees that are willing to offer help or support to patrons who are needing assistance. For instance we were looking for help to start the laser tag area, not realizing that there was already a group inside, even though three employees saw us standing outside the doors. I feel there should be some sign signifying a game is in progress. This is not a place that I would visit again.

Very obvious the two girls at front did not want to be there. One of them starred straight at me while I asked a question and ignored me completely. The 2nd lady was just plain rude with an attitude. We are from out of town so knew nothing about this place. Since the people at the front were no help at all, we had no idea how anything worked or where to pay of how much things cost.We decided to walk around anyways. It looks like one of those amusement parks from 90s horror movies...We saw only one employee walking around he was able to direct us to the go karts but that was about it.Unfortunate it didn’t work out. We were really looking forward to a “fun” place for the kids after a long day at the beach.

The water park side is a lot of fun. The side with the rides does not have enough attendants and you end of waiting a long time for anything. It makes the guests feel like an inconvenience to the staff. My advice is just get tickets to the waterpark side and skip the rest.

Expensive. Just myself and a 4yo for the water park and the rides was around $110, that doesnt include the arcade, and then it rained and they shut everything down (which I understand) but we didnt even get to get on any of the rides, no refunds. The lazy river is fun, thats pretty much all we got to do.

Had a great day at the water park! The staff in the gift shop Janiya and Samantha were extremely nice! My kid got a cut and Ruel was very nice and took care of us promptly. Will come back again!

Had such an amazing time here!!! We walked in to check prices and all of a suden the manager (Linda?) hands my daughter a play card. With $ still on it. I was so taking back and appreciative because that day we actually had to spend our last little bit to fix our family car. Because of her AND the rest of the staff my daughter the issues we were having! For that I am grateful!!!!

This place was pretty cool but the only reason for the one star drop off was everything didnt work. And they unfortunately dont have enough employees to cover all the rides. Not really their fault. We had a blast and Id definitely go again!
