Great staff. Child friendly. Lanes are in great condition and set up for all to be able to score. AP makes it pleasant at the pro shop and very helpful. They provide a good family atmosphere with parent child leagues and have times available for adult fun. A well round establishment.

Came in at 11pm on a friday night when the posted close time was 2am. not sure why they have hours of operations posted if they don’t follow it. we got there and stood outside for them to tell us we were closed. even when we called to ask if they were open, they said they had closed early because no one was there :). people were clearly bowling inside just fyi. we will be taking our business to strikers from now on who follow their posted time!

Nice place. Clean, lanes well kept, bathrooms clean. Brought grandkids there for first time and they had a great time.

I like this place, they have good prices at their bar, they have karaoke, pool tables, video games, and even an outdoor area. It’s a fun little hangout that always seems to be just the right amount of crowded. Bowling is fun too lol but if you’ve been bowling anytime within the last 30+ years, I don’t think that experience has changed much.I would give them 5 stars if the place got modernized but I doubt that’s in the budget anytime soon for any bowling alley so you can’t hold that against them too much.

Need to up grade bar area and set up a nice area for all the smokers!

It is a nice clean bowling alley. Very busy. We sat for about 35 minutes never got a lane. Never got prices or shoes. Were just put on the list. I am giving 3 stars because to leave a comment you have to leave stars.

Had to wait 20 minutes to get a drink then I was told I couldnt use my card unless I spent over 5 dollars. Bad customer service if you need a drink or food but other than that its decent.

No place to get out of the rain outside if youre a smoker not unlike Cordova Lanes has a nice spot with TVs and tables and chairs

Great place to bowl. I was unable to complete my game and the owner let me go without charging me . He came over and we sat and talked. It is a very clean well run bowling center. Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend.

They close at Whenever theyre done. About 12:21 at this moment. Not 0200. Here right now so whoever is working the bowling counter if the owner cares to correct the time so people dont waste their time driving up here. My buddy was about to waste his money buying more drinks. Our only other option would have been to chug some beer and go home? Thankfully the bartender was really nice.

I bought my Black Cherry Tropical Storm bowling ball from the pro shop, Anthony was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed once he saw my bowling technique. Whether you’re just starting or have been bowling longer than I’ve been alive, the staff here will provide a fun experience the whole family can enjoy.

Awesome owner and staff. Everybody working the desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. A.P in the pro shop is the best. Very helpful and knows his stuff. Will always go to him for my equipment needs.

Peter B’s sports bar is the best! Karaoke is on Thursday and Saturday nights and it’s awesome. It’s a great time. Big E Spins is a great DJ and everyone should come check it out! Right down the road from UWF.

Ugh, we decided to go here on the spare of the moment last evening...nice lady working the counter doing the best she could accommodating everyone. The lanes were very sticky, you practically fell each time you got up to bowl! The bowling mechanism that sweeps, collects and resets the pins kept breaking down. At one moment I know we waited over 35 minutes after several calls for help for someone to fix it! Unacceptable De Luna Lanes!! Beware, no one knows the etiquette bowling rules next to you here! At times the group next to you is very chaotic up on the lane just as youre about to throw your ball! Very distracting! Not sure we will ever be back. Going to try another place. I hope the management puts some time and effort in to making this a better experience!

Had a blast! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Last time I went bowling was about 25 years ago, everything has changed, they set us up on a lane and cheered us on. The most impressive thing was a group, with a special needs child came in, he set set up the lanes with special equipment, when I commented on it his reply No one gets benched in bowling, especially here.

All my son wanted to do for his 10th birthday was come here and bowl for cosmic bowling. As we were walking up to the door 2 ladies came out and told us they were closed 3 hours early. So we left and went to oops alley.

We planned a work outing to come here on Friday night. Someone called ahead and was told by a man who worked there that there would be bowling leagues until about 8:15, and then we could bowl. I arrived at 7:45 and asked the woman (not sure of her name) if we had a reservation. She pretty abruptly told me that “we don’t make reservations on Friday nights because the bowling leagues are here” and she said they would be there until 8:45. I asked if we could leave our name on a list for when they were done and she told me “we don’t MAKE reservations on Friday night, you’ll just have to come back.” Her tone was rude, but I kind of dismissed it because maybe she was stressed about it being busy. What I find unacceptable is how she treated the rest of the party when they arrived. She continued to be SO RUDE and rolled her eyes at us multiple times. She went to a group who arrived after us to bring them to the counter to check them in. We asked to get a lane, since we had been waiting longer and she told us no, that she was waiting for more lanes to clear. We pointed out that multiple lanes were open, she threw her hands in the air and said the would put us on them. She kept telling us how difficult it would be to take care of us. “UGH actually it WILL be hard to put them on your lane, I have to do an OVERRIDE and everything.” Literally the worst customer experience I have ever had. I could understand if we had come in and were rude to her that maybe she would be upset, but we were not. We work in customer service, and this was a work outing so we were professional. But honestly, even if we had rubbed her the wrong way, it’s her JOB to be polite to customers. I tell my employees that all the time. She represented Deluna Lanes when she rolled her eyes at us and threw her hands in the air. Not to mention how she started arguing with my party saying “No you DIDNT say that, and they are SUPPOSED TO TELL ME they are with your party.” She then proceeded to badger a few of my employees because they forgot to say they were with us. Literally just forgot to say it. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure to post this review everywhere I can find.

DeLuna Lanes is a very good bowling alley I was basically raised right there with it I remember going in there when I was about 10 years old not going to say how old I am now but its always been a good place one of the cheapest places to go bowling by the hour

This place is amazing. There is a good selection of different bowling balls and sizes. The place is very clean and well managed. There is also a bar connected so you can drink while you bowl. The bowling lanes were in good shape with no wholes or low spots. Will definitely come back.

Got a new ball and shoes and was treated wonderfully by the staff. Got plenty of great advice and great prices !

Came here on a company outing. Friday night, 8 PM, I asked for a White Russian at the main bar. I was told by the very unfriendly bartender that she didnt have enough milk for one. When I asked if there were plans to restock, she gave me a dirty look and said no. Too bad for here and her attitude, I was planning on tipping out really well at the end of the night, since I dont bowl and had planned on taking care of my bartender! Plenty of other bars and other bowling allies in the area that have stocked bars for basic drinks and a much nicer staff.

Clean. Cheerful and helpful staff. Great summer program with free kids bowling.

So sad. We went to play darts cause we had a good time doing it the last time, but they put up decorations over them that they refused to move.

One of the best bowling alleys in the area in my opinion. Nice lively sports bar and the lanes are very nice. Went with our 2 year old last time and the very nice lady at the counter opened him up his own lane to play on.

Went here for some bowling and food. However, it was a 1.5 hour wait for bowling and I ordered the onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The lady said she was sorry but the onion rings have disintegrated every time after three attempts so I got jalapeno peppers instead. Also, my wife asked for sugar because she had hiccups and they gave her some so that was nice.

I love bowling, good Workout you dont realize youre getting

The lanes were so dry. The approaches were completely destroyed, uneven and overly slick. Youre supposed to oil the lanes not the approaches. Snack bar food was terrible, even for a bowling alley snack bar.

Building looks a little old but dont let that deceive you. One of the cleanest bowling alley I have been to in a while. Lane area was clean and the lanes themselves were very well oiled and maintained.

Deluna Lanes is a great place to bowl. The owners and staff are very friendly and AP in the pro shop is very knowledgeable, which makes for a great experience.

Fantastic fun for the family. The bowling and pool tables were great. The service was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the grill was extremely overpriced for the portion sizes we received. An order of nachos literally had a handful (maybe a dozen) chips. Cheese fries and fried green beans came out in such small portions that they were together on the same small Styrofoam plate (with plenty of wiggle room).

This is a wonderful place to gather for bowling, conversation and making new friends. Great family atmosphere! Only wish there was some tiny corner where one could smoke out of the weather!

Clean establishment, comfortable seating. Good bowling alley, lanes. Enjoy coming here. Usually an open lane when we come here. Good place for kids.

Ive been bowling here for 12 years now and this center has gotten better and better. The staff is kind, friendly, and understanding. The leagues are welcoming and always willing to help you improve. The owner and manager are very kind and able to work with you on any parties and events you may have here.

Good spot to have family out

My Family loves going to Deluna Lanes. Saturday nights we buy a lane for a few hours of great and cheap entertainment. The staff is so friendly. Even when I need help, which can be often. Yep, the score machine defeats me every time. Its the best place in the world on a rainy day with kids.

What a fun way to end a tiring day at the beach! Bowling here was very inexpensive; it was only $2 a game when we went! The people were very helpful and the kids loved bowling with just a friendly competition. Will definitely return again!

Nothing special, outdated. They offer several deals on certain days. During the summer kids bowl 2 games free. They had old equipment too. No issue with our lane. Had to pay for music via jukebox, otherwise silence. They had the usual, bowling shop, bar and grille, arcade room with pool tables and video games for kids. The womens bathroom had very tiny stalls and looked nasty, permanent rings in toilet and stained floors.

The place is literally spotless! I cant even enough of the friendly staff, and awesome bowling experience. If anyone wants to go Bowling in Pensacola FL, the place to go is Deluna lanes. Deluna Lanes also has an Excellent and up-to-date Pro Shop, with a very well seasoned bowler who knows his stuff! Also, the balls are the best quality of Pensacola, and the food is excellent, with a wide range of food to choose from, you can never go wrong for Deluna Lanes!

I showed up at 5 to an empty bowling alley and was told my family couldnt bowl because all but one lane was about to be taken by a league and the one lane available was occupied by a guy who is gonna be there awhile. There were no signs or anything to indicate the place would be full. It was a complete waste of time and I doubt I will ever return.
