I rent one of the smaller trailers in the park. Rates are monthly and affordable.

I with my TWO year old son stopped by to speak to the landlord about renting out a trailer and could not find her, so we knocked on lot 2 to find out if someone was there that we could speak to. They come out threatening (infront of my 2 year old) with a bat in hand. We politely backed up and asked our question and they just said dont come back here or else. We left and i tried to call the landlord multiple times and they just ended up blocking my number. Do NOT rent from this place. They are nothing but bad news!

My wife and I have been living in this trailer park for 7 years now and we both have had heart conditions in the last 3 years. My wife just got home from the hospital after having a heart attack due to the owner. I personally have been threatened by the owner herself she has threatened to hit me and I am disabled and cant work. Now they are throwing us out on the street nothing has been done to fix the trailer. When I told the owner that the trailer needs to be fixed she told me to tell her son and nothing has been done. Was paying her son rent but now I have to deal with her on the rent. This place needs to be condemned code enforcement has been called on them multiple times.

This place is a joke, the rent is to high. All of the mobile homes are repaired by whoever the landlord can get to do the work. But if you are desperate to find someplace to live then it is here just dont count on the maintenance man to do anything for you!!

Typical old school trailer park. Nothing special and maybe even a little stereotypical to some degree.

The trailers are old. The maintenance & upkeep is so/so. The neighborhood is...umm...interesting(?). The prices, however, are quite reasonable, and the owner, Ms. Carolyn, is a real straight shooter with a good heart and LOTS of life experience.

The living conditions are terrible! Most of those trailers are unlivable!!! They are fire hazards!!!
