Yes very nice place to live Im the maintenance man there.

Its pretty quiet. The Rv lots are kind of small and to close together. But it is worth the money to rent here.

Well, the price to rent a trailer here is a little steep and these trailers are not up to par. Not worth paying high price when things are falling through and, the plumbing sucks. then you have peoples water on top of Ecua for sewage and garbage. This is the first time Ive had to do this water and sewage thing on a rental place.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful warning on this and get nasty and attitudes with you for no reason Does not like to remember when you asked for maintenance to come to your house and thinks it your place to call him everyday to get maintenance to your house But besides that very quiet neighborhood no problems with neighbors too much just the manager of this place
