It is beautiful around here, the leafs are falling and sun is shining. but one thing i want to mention is that, it needs the citys attention to organize the area more nicely.

This is a great place, so beautiful but I’ve never seen a park with so much trash everywhere. I’m guessing it’s from the high school also. Very very sad!

I like the park a lot cause its quite but at the same time the place is a nasty mess. People go there and just throw there trash all over the place. Even the city workers dont do a good job picking the trash up. Its sad really.

This park has potential to be a great park. They have a tennis court, basketball court, baseball field and a playground. The problem is that is poorly maintained cause Its dirty. The basketball court floor needs some repairs. The playground needs more swings. The park needs a water fountain or sink fountain to wash your hands since their isnt any bathrooms. They should also have protection around the park because after 6pm their is people smoking weed and throwing things on the floor.

It was nice to walk through see some familiar faces.

The park was filthy and not maintained by JFK High School or the City of Paterson. Its very sad because the park could be such a beautiful resource to its citizens. Very Disappointing!

I like going to Westside Park because of the hot dog truck is the best one around and is very clean and respectable decent man

We visited it in winter early Jan.Its a beautiful place with multiple landscapes like lake with plane land, lake with small rocks, beautiful walking/slightly hiking trails etc.My kids enjoyed there but my 2 years old toddler missed some slide and swing like play area.

Beautiful scenery and quiet. Not fully developed (no picnic tables or nor that many benches) but great for simple walk or afternoon hangout!

Westside Park is absolutely beautiful Patterson doesnt have a lot of pretty places but this was definitely one of those rare gems.

This park could be such a beautiful place to visit however there’s trash everywhere. I wouldn’t bring my children here, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this park after dark. It just isn’t safe.

I grew up coming here. Everything is pretty much the same. They do have a newer playground but other than that its a little park where you can shoot some hoops, and hang out with the fam.

The park is not as well kept as it was years ago. but kids play ground updated finally. And afternoons check out the pollys hotdog stand. friendly man that runs it. so its quick affordable snack. recommended taking a quick stop. hes at entrance of park right on totowa.

Dirty park ever. For the many things Paterson has to be ashamed of this should be another dirtiest park ever. The parts manager sitting inside the desk I asked him to please clean up the outside of the street on Totowa Road it looks horrible he told me that dare lawn mower is broken and the waiting for classic Towing to pick it up and bring it back to them I said okay but why dont you clean the front of the park where people coming up and down the block Totowa Road he said its people throwing stuff out their window and the wind blows it against the fence mind you hes sitting at the desk and three other workers are sitting in the pickup in the parking lot listening to music on their phones. The park could be so beautiful if they cleaned it and Landscaping one day walking my dog I save the squirrels life he was trapped in a cup I wish I had a phone to record it

This place is big. It has two playgrounds. However, it needs a lot of repair and maintenance. The restrooms were unavailable. Please keep it clean
