This park was a great place when I was a kid, then it went through some dark times...but is once again a safe and fantastic place. Great track, public areas with grills, tennis courts and that marvelous water park. We took our food from nearby Star Burger and Shrimp, and ate at the war memorial there. I cannot recommend enough. If you have a skater in the family tell them to bring their board and check out the pavilion...

Friendly staff & service!!! Ms. Irma, who is a supervisor there, went of her way, and went above & beyond the call of duty, to make us feel welcome there!!! There is a baseball field there, a public-owned splash park there @ reasonable admission rates, and a covered music pavilion as well. The splash park is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is closed on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Well maintained walking path, great playground for the kiddies, a water park open during the summer, tennis courts, and a beautiful war memorial donated by American Legion Post 521!

Its a nice 1 mile trail with a few exercise stations. It seems pretty safe in the morning and early evening. IDK about later though.

I enjoy running at this park, however I wouldn’t stay after dark due to the criminal activity in the area.

This park has everything!It even has a waterslide for the summer and a hill to roll down. Fit park, tennis, basketball...

A local, clean, well-run gem for families to escape the summer heat and boredom. Affordable entry fee and prices on concessions, and a wonderful staff. Its a waterpark experience (complete with slides and a lazy river) that wont break your budget or leave you feeling packed in like sardines with other visitors. Highly recommended.

Its a good place to go walking around the track, walk your dogs, take kids to the playground, skate in the rink, or barbecue with your family. Theyve even got a waterslide now, which is open during the summer months. Pretty well lit up in most areas of the park for walking and running at night, but there are a few dark spots which they need to address by adding some lamps.

Daytime it actually rates higher because there is plenty to do. Once evening comes its not the best place to be. There needs to be more police presence because teenagers with bad intentions hang there.

Tennis courts were nice, unless you played on the old courts.....no shade on courts ...but lots of trees for viewing the matches...needs to be remodeled...great parking

I like the repaved track and the various areas where the trees give adequate shade. I would have to say a little more lighting in the dark areas could make it feel safer.

Local favorite, very clean place with lots of people. My only complaint is that instead of updating the pool that was already there, they turned it into a small water park for little kids and they charge a pretty penny to get in.

I’ve been to the strawberry Park several times and it was just this last time I visited the park that the experience wasn’t a great one. I brought my kids to the park to have a good time and enjoy themselves. We wasn’t even at the park 30minutes and it started to lighten and rain. I couldn’t get a refund or a rain pass for another day. I’ve had this same experience happen one time and the past and they at least gave me a rain past to come back another day because we wasn’t there that long...this last time was very disappointing

Proud of what the city has (finally) done with improving the park. Huge, family friendly and affordable water park, nationally known and historic skate spot, well grated walking/running trail and the kids play areas were upgraded. Good park but needs to be lighted. By 6pm its to dark to really see whats going on; which is bas for parents and children.

The best park. But i think they should put a couple of shades over the pool area. Still a great park. Huge pool, a large park and swing area. It also has a covered pavilion and 2 skating areas for adults and kids. Fantastic park.

Nice water park addition to city of Pasadena. Good place to go watch a little league baseball game, or you can get some exercise by walking or jogging around the 1 mile track. Play tennis on on of the many courts or maybe get a lesson. Theres a playground for the kids and a pavilion for groups, or you can just have a picknic. The park is large so there is plenty of room to fly a kite.

The park i played at as a kid was great seeing my kids play there!!!

Now that they have re-paved the track its definitely a nice park. I didnt see any trash anywhere on the ground. The only recommendation I can give is for them to have more doggy trash bags available for the public.

Horrible! You try going for a healthy stroll and all you get is sob stories just so they can get a buck or even a couple of cents. Its bad enough at a convenient store or shopping center but at a park give me a break.

I was raised in the area and frequented the park like 20 years ago. I cant believe how much everything has changed. Despite the age, the park seems well kept and wonderful

The policy was not to wear any type of cotton clothing to the pool. My husband wore a cotton tank top and we have seen a handful of others wearing their cotton t-shirts and shorts so we figured it wasnt going to hurt wearing his white cotton tank top. The staff members were constantly asking my husband to remove his shirt and we asked why is it only us that they are aiming to remove his shirt. My husband is African American and the group of handful of others were Hispanics so I took it very personal as like an racist issue to this point. I spoke to the manager and the feedback was horrible, it was a very young gentleman who Ive spoken to and the conversation went out one ear out the other. My children loves the park this is our 3 Rd time attending but this time it felt unwelcoming.

Hey man this place was the bomb I got to pick strawberries and I got the dipper n sugar and all the employees were really chill-lax and they wore suits they were cool

The Strawberry Park location in Pasadena City, it is very clean and safe for walking and excersise daily ! I loved this park.

They have changed so much since I lived there. They found a great job to keep us active.

Its a beautiful park with plenty of shade. It seems most of the benches are in the shade so that is great for resting. Theres also a running path that goes around the park.

Very good place to hang out with friends and family. Nice restaurants and fair prices. Only issue we faced is the sun heat as we visited in summer. But otherwise a very cool place. I appreciate the hospitality of the staff

Wish they would add water coolers..,at least igloo cooler with iced down water but I know the times we live in. I know the city have taken down two water fountains without replacing the old ones. Just saying...

Spent 18 dollars for 2 adults and one child and the park had plenty of lifeguards and was not super packed. Will go againSuper clean and my daughter loved it

Enrolled my 4 year old grandson in Strawberry Park swimming lessons. This will be his 4th year of lessons and he really enjoys it. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.

The Riverwalk was really fun,the food was really cheap and good.

It a good, clean Park.It has a one mile track around the outside perimeter, which I find very useful. Theres also a small work out station. Primarily for calisthenics, n things of that nature.There is a large covered area near the center of the park, with a raised platform. It can be used as a stage, or simply a practice area. There is allot of open grass area for soccer, volleyball, or any other activity you can think of.There is a water park in the center of the park. Many families bring there children to this park for relaxing.

Good place for walks, and neat playground for kids to play and run around. I wish the playground was enclosed. And restrooms were less creepy. Ive seen kids smoke pot in them. They could also be a bit cleaner. And have hand sanitizers. Because there is never soap.

If I could give one star I would not hesitate to. First, they ask me if I have a swimming shorts Ive said yes, show me, I showed to the front guy. Then when got in after 15 min it started to lighten NO RAIN,they kicked us out . My two years daughter was crying. I was mad. They told us well reset after 30 min, unfortunately lighten again . Listen to this since Ive paid $18 ish for 15 min Ive asked for a pass for next visit they deny it. This place needs some kind of supervis from the city of Pasadena because of what they do to people is unheard of. This place will make your kids cry and will definitely take your money

Just visited to see a friend, and be able to sit under the pavillion out of the heat for the most part of it.

Strawberry Park is the bomb. Great for outdoor, water park. I will recommend this park to anyone, any age, any size, any color. Is very cheap, if you come after 4pm Is 5 dollars, before 4pm is 10 dollars, whether you are getting inside the water or not you must pay to get in. It worth every single dime you pay. There are booths to rents, lockers to rent. Have place to skate. This is paradise for kids even adults. Three water slides, water basketball court, water volley ball court. There is this side of the water you get in and the current pushes you. The guards there are always watching and alerts, is clean, well maintained. The staffs are always cleaning up. There are two kiosks in there to buy stuffs, is cheap too, free ice. Ill recommend this place to anyone like I said earlier. If you have doubts going there and you are reading this review now, Stop! Get in your vehicle and start driving to strawberry park, if you are going there before 4, have your 10 dollars at hand for a single person, if you are reading this and heading to there anywhere after 4, have your 5 dollars at hand. Its a nice clean place... Beautiful and green... Has a water park... Tennis courts... Soft ball fields, soccer games... 1 mile jogging and walking path... Bathrooms, water... Good parking and picnic areas..

Enjoy the park, sometimes weird people there, makes you feel uncomfortable. Especially in early mornings and night time. But great park and all the people who go there help you get motivated.
