So disappointed. The lady at the front desk was very condescending to me when I tried to inquire about tours. She acted as though she couldnt believe that I wanted to visit a museum about my heritage. I am seriously appalled that I went so far out of my way to be treated that way. I have visited museums all over the world and have not ever experienced anything even remotely close to this. Thank goodness my kids had not yet walked in to hear this woman speaking to me this way. Will absolutely not ever, ever, come back. Nor, will I recommend this to any of my Finnish/American relatives that are also seeking opportunities to explore our culture. Very upset over this.
