Amazing place for family. Something for nearly everyone. The staff is very welcoming and have amazing packages for birthdays and events. They even have memberships for endless play which if you make 6 visits you break even. The pizza that they serve is delicious. Lots to do lots of people of every age group.
This place was really fun. The passes are limited time on Friday-Sunday which is doesnt mention on their website. We got the ultimate pass which lasts for 2 1/2 hours. You have to wear their socks with rubber slip resistant bottoms which are $2.50 a pair.No outside food or drinks but their prices arent too bad. $2 for a large bottle of water or soda. They had meal combos for about $6. Pretty basic options, hot dogs, pizza, chicken strips and cheese sticks. The kids working here are really nice. You hardly find that at places like these.
Super fun but no one wears mask!!! Place is always packed !! If you wanna get covid go.
We came down from Louisiana to spend time here for my daughters 7th birthday .. we had so much min but the customer service by Karen was awesome! From the moment we stepped in the door she approached us seeing if we needed assistance, she was great and nice from the time we stepped in till leaving . Thanks Karen & urban air for the awesome experience!
It is a really fun experience. They have all kinds of foods and drinks and very good jumping fun. Good service and really nice employees
I have had parties at 3 locations (Pasadena, pearland and Bay Area) each time was horrible! My party host was never around longer than 10 minutes. At Pearland / Bay Area I paid for the go karts package (most expensive) at pearland the wheels fell off, stopped working mid track. Bay Area- they tried to have my parents pay 34.99 to ride with their kid that was included with the party. also my pizza took over an hour to get and then once my time was up they sent me to a table to finish my party. Even tho it was their fault I ran out of timeEach time I was given a discount HOWEVER, at Bay Area the manager (Diana/Diane ) was trying to explain to me why my experience was horrible. She seemed to justify it when her employees were in the wrong. Bay Area employees were rude, and unprofessional (Ariel) at the front desk was very disrespectful. I will not be hosting another party with urban air. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Our first time to experience Urban Air was very disappointing. As there are signs that masks are required non of the guest are wearing masks. I understand if they were doing the course, but non of these people were. I paid for the ultimate attraction and my children did not get to enjoy all the attractions. Every time I asked to use the hub attraction I was told there was only 3 employees working and I would have to wait. We waited an hour no one ever came to assist. I paid for a service and that I was not able to use. If they only have some attractions open then maybe only sell the deluxe package to customers! Some employees werent even wearing masks and they were working with food. I do not recommend this place at all!
This is overall the best place for kids. Thanks you to all the employees for just a great place to be around.
First time there and it was a great experience for our kids! Staff was diligent and taking the necessary precautions when we arrived, and they were so helpful with everything. Will definitely be coming back! (:
Great customer service.Plenty of space and activities for the kids.
Super excited to have a new Urban Air in the Pasadena area! We had such a great experience here, far exceeding our expectations after visiting other Urban Air locations... The employees were all engaging and helpful with the kids. Alex in the ninja warrior zone was a gem with the little ones - making sure to help each one over and through the course.
My husband and I went to check this place out for a birthday party for our son. First timers! Staff was completely helpful and courteous. We booked the party and cant wait to surprise our son on his birthday. Thanks Urban Air - Pasadena!
This place was really fun and I come here every weekend
A good place to spend with your family and have fun to the fullest.
The worker did not want to honor the price that was offered online when their site kept kicking me and other patrons off. The person in charge did make it right though. The place is dirty. There is dust and smears everywhere. Considering Covid, I expected them to be in top of sanitation practices. There was a worker spraying a solution on the floor and railings but he was not being thorough and was distracted by a female coworker. I wont visit again until after the pandemic.
Our boys absolutely love it here! (4 and 7) Best place to celebrate a birthday party in my opinion and it’s fun for all ages! My niece is 2 and she absolutely loves it here! She never wants to leave the jungle gym and the 7 and under trampoline area. So happy to get away from Chuck E. Cheese 24/7. There’s so much to do here!!! Even fun for adults as well!
We come every month!!! Always a great time! So much to do in one place
Very nice place definitely gonna bring my boys back.
Such an awesome place to brings your kids to enjoy a day out
The kids always have such a good time here!!
One of the only bad two thing is that this wasnt around when I was a kid (not taking any score from this).Saw my daughter have a great time in the huge play space. Prices seem very reasonable for the potential fun that anyone of age/size can have. I did not like that the snack bar is a bit expensive and no outside food is allowed. It could be fixed by either lowering prices or allowing outside food. Maybe even just during the week or the weekend. Just seems a bit too controlling for a place thats supposed to be a place of relaxing and having fun. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
We have a great time with the kids every time!
I brought my son here for his 9th birthday party today. Abraham, our server was awesome. He did a great job with making sure we had everything we needed and more. Great customer service skills Abe! Keep up the good work.
No safety precautions (as far as preventing covid) just for staff
Great for a reservation birthday party..... terrible for showing up for a few hours of fun. Super limited seating, which means you cant order food and sit down anywhere. If you are a 1 parent multi-child situation you have ZERO chance at a table and food/drinks. You will be sitting in a massage chair (if available, and you obviously have to pay for) or a metal bench by the ball pit. I might come back for a scheduled/reserved birthday party, but will never be back just to bring a few kids to play for a couple/few hours.
I brought my family here for the first time and let’s just say we will be back soon. I paid $24.99 for each kid and they were able to enjoy each section they offered. My only suggestion would be for someone to surveillance the bathrooms more often and restock.
We went around 7 and the kids loved that it was dark and had glow lights. It was definitely fun and worth it!! Something fun for everyone to do. Really relaxed atmosphere.
This place is literally like an American Ninja Worrior training coarse
For the kids they had a great time. Only problem was a staff member that yelled at the kids to get out of a section. Only so his buddies or friends could get on trampolines. When I said something he said it was closed which their wasnt no sign up or anybody there to state that. Staff needs training on how to approach customers.
My granddaughter celebrated her 3rd birthday here. I got in in the fun too! The pizza was actually very good. The place was clean and there were plenty of employees watching to keep the place safe.
Amazing place for parties. My son had an amazing time. Did not had to deal with the mess at home.
This is the best place on earth no cap
It’s Fun Here
The atmosphere was great.Kids loved it.All in all we had a fun time.
I had my twin boys birthday party here. They both really enjoyed all the different types of equipment and activities Urban Air had to offer. I had one son who couldnt stop playing Dodge ball, while his brother was jousting one minute and climbing the rock climb the next. The reason for 4 stars, I got upset when a much older kid was being a little too rough with my child and it was overlooked or it could be me just being a mom.
Kids have super fun there all the time. The food isnt that great but fun activities!
Fun activities! Lots to do! Unfortunately some things were closed! Pizza is not good! They need to invest in better pizza. Table was dirty they need someone to clean them after people get up. And they need more tables to eat at!
How I wish there was stuff like this when I was young. I would have been there almost every chance I could. My kids love it.
Fun place for kids and children
Kids absolutely love this place! They would stay all day if they could. I like they have TVs to watch something while the kids play.
Its so popular its pretty much always crowded but my 4 year old granddaughter had a blast and it wore her out
Good place to bring the kids
It’s fun
The place is alot of fun but having a birthday there is highway robbery. The plates, cups and silverware is cheap and not what thought was paying for. The water is $2 a bottle for the cheapest water out there. The Lemonade and soda you get with pizza has more ice than soda so not very many people get a cup or half of a cup. The play area was the best part.
Great place for kids to run on a rainy day. Not too pricey and decently clean.
2nd time having a kids birthday party in one of the private group event rooms. Both children and adults enjoy jumping and zip line. I had the option to pay to relax in the massage chair, but instead enjoyed watching TV, eating Pizza, and drinking a White Cherry ICEE in the group event room. The staff is friendly and helpful, when we realized we needed more pizza they quickly added it on to our party package. The only downside for some of my group was that the meatless eats and dairy free options are limited, but they toughed it out and ate the pizza. All in all, a great value and great family friendly fun.
First time here, idk if it because its Saturday but, very poorly staffed. First the girl at the admission desk knew nothing about the membership, then we see big kids running over and falling on smaller kids, no ones watching the beam area no supervision at all. We waited 45 minutes for pizza and wings just to find out the cashier never gave the order to the cook, so it was never prepared. The only reason I gave it a extra star is because the manger gave us our money back for the food and gave us a complimentary pizza.
We were here this past weekend and had a great time. There is so much for kids to do. Our kids played for over2 hours and were worn out when done. We had fun watching them and also sitting back and watching the tournament games on the TVs. If you are ordering food from concessions I recommend the wings, they were delicious. It was crowded but the place was well maintained and very clean. Staff was also very helpful and encouraged our youngest daughter when she was a scared to ride the zip line. After she went once she was hooked. We are lucky to have this place in Pasadena. We will definitely be back.
I loved it so much
Kids loved it! You have to buy their socks though. Just Remember to bring them when you come again.
My 5 ft (60 in) son went to Urban Air with his friends on Friday like he’s done many times before and I paid the $27 for the ultimate pass (just like I always do) only for him to not be able to get on the zip line supposedly because he’s not 50 in...except he is and has been since they opened. The girl on the phone, full of excuses was rude, condescending and didn’t seem to care when I told her this would he on Google and Yelp so everyone can be cautious of the rip off they call an establishment. Jump World and ITZ will keep our business!
Went to the Pasadena location and had a good time...Cons: A lot of the attractions werent manned(theyre supposed to be, but the workers were busy chatting in the corners), so you just had people all over the place, jumping/crowding into spaces where theres supposed to be a line formed to take turns. Needs more structure and employee training for sure. The AC was barely going and it was at least 80 degrees in there, which sucked.Ball pit could really use a cleaning. That whole thing reeked of a thousand sweaty FEET lol.Its a really cool place with a lot of potential, but definitely needs some improvements to make it worth the price tag
Great family fun..kids cant get enough, guaranteed to have them knockout on the way home..
This is a rip-off for birthday parties I selected the party package for $280 where everything supposedly comes with it they are just charging for the area and food and bottle water is separate $13 dollars for 1 large pizza then they only have cheese and pepperoni no thanks I will look else where there’s better places better food if I am going to pay for something outrageous like this I don’t think so.
Kids had a great time, the wings are disgusting, they are sheisty with the fries, pizza is ok. If you wanna order food, order at least 30 minute before you actually want to eat.
Attended my nephews birthday party here. Overall, the kids loved playing there. However, party room was too hot and you should have two party hosts when party is more then 10 kids.
Pretty fun but after a couple hours was ready to go. Not bad. Not amazing. Worth doing once for sure. Definitely a place for kids.
The place is cool
It was a great experience. Family friendly
My family and I really enjoyed this location. They have several activities (Sky Coaster, rock wall, obstacle course) that are not at the location on our side of town. My kids loved the Sky Coaster! It was very clean (super clean bathrooms!). The employees were attentive and nice. The food was actually pretty good! This will be a great place for us during the summer when the kids are out of school.I would recommend.
I took my four grandchildren to Urban Air. They loved it!!! They loved all of the different activities ... They got a great workout, but it would have been more enjoyable if it had been cooler. I was just an observer, and was very uncomfortable.
My kids want to have their party here, they do have alot of fun activities, will definitely check into it
This place nice
Great place to bring the kids for some indoor fun and exercise. Kids n adults welcomed.
Perfect for all ages from toddler to adults. A little pricey but totally worth it. For the size of the place their isnt many tables to sit and eat at.
This place is cool
Fun place to bring your kids. Not a lot of people during the week which we enjoy.
This place is awesome!!
We had gotten the ultimate package and within 10 min they closed it due to an incident. Talked to manager Priscila and she did a great job in attempting to resolve the situation.Love that they hire young kids for job training
Its a fun place
Fair price and decent amount of things for the kids to do.
It’s fun
Wow ridiculous If I could I would give them 0 stars! We had my nephew birthday party and the staff was so rude. How hard is to give out smiles!? We just paid for the room pretty much! They even came to grab their balloons and the extra socks which they didn’t even bother to hand out. We asked why are you taking the socks? They said because it’s OUR socks! Are you kidding me! We talk to the manager and all he said was oh sorry and turn on the tv! Wow never again! This is so ridiculous!
Me and my family had a great time at urban air. The team memebers there are very happy to assist you with anything you need. Everything was clean and the kids are constantly being monitored to make sure no one gets hurt. Overall a very fun and happy environment and I for sure will be recommending this place to family and friends. Great place to set a party for kids and teens. Definitely will be coming back soon.
The staff is under equipped to handle children that get scared on the rock climbing activity as well as the high wire activity. There are no ladders to retrieve them and the staff seems at a loss as to what to do. This could apply to any child and not to mention a special needs child. No management in site to help. Kids running around without adult supervision knocking down smaller children. Staff too busy on their phones or flirting to pay attention. I got asked by one staff member if another female staff member looks like a Smurf . Management wake up huge liabilities Even though we signed a waiver cmon . Will never be back
This urban airis honestly pretty neat, the workers were somehow ACTUALLY ALERT when it came down to the kids running around like hellions but managed to pull through and be professional. Every event was open except for one attractiom but it was too far in the back to be noticed which was understandable. Only reason its not a 5 star is because the food is EXPENSIVE. But good lord the food was good enough to cost as much.
It was amazing and fun just be a little careful in the ball pit course
I went to tgis place as a guest to a Birthday party. I was amazed in how big this place was. My kids really enjoyed themselves, not sure on their prices but I believe its on thier website. So many activities. The only ood thing I found is when pulling into the parking lot its on the side of the building. In my case it was dark, and I had to ask someone if I wad in the correct place. It lit in the front of the building. Just cant see it when your pulling in.
This is a good place to tire your kids out! They have a zipline, rock climbing, an obstacle course over a ball pit, trampolines, dodgeball, a ropes course and a jungle gym. I also like that you pay for your kids package and you can join them for only $4.99 instead of having to pay the full amount. The ultimate package which includes everything listed above is 3 hours for $24. So Im glad that I can join for a smaller fee since I wont be doing everything obviously. Only bad things is the teenagers working there are not friendly and spend their time talking to each other then keeping too many kids from getting on the same attraction.
Great place for kids birthday, the staff was spot on and kept up with our birthday kids.
Really enjoyed the party i had for my daughter here greatest please Ive been to for the kids and adults! I wish i could remember the host he was absolutely awesome!
It’s very involved and great fun for the kids. The small kids section isn’t very large but it’s a place mostly for older kids. The managing of the place needs improvement. The food took forever, wasn’t very good, and at times cold. They ran out of napkins and toilet paper. While some employees were running around working, others were laughing and talking to friends. It needs more structure. If they can fix it, it would be a great place.
The kids love it.. make sure you reserve a room for your parties
Awesome fun!
Very dirty, poorly managed, and terrible customer service.
The kids really enjoyed it. Prices are a bit high for me though.
Great place for kids but they need more people to work their because they have a bunch of teenagers that are lazy to do their job. We asked for help and the workers were gossiping and didnt even care fpr what we said
For 30$ I expected a lot more. Fun for kids. But anyone older it gets boring real quick
I enjoyed it as much as I could now for a kid its a blast but Im older so Im to tall for most of it but if you have kids or are a kid them its a fun place and has reasonable prices.
My kids always have a great time.
The staff dont pay attention to the visitors AT ALL
This place is great. It was a Saturday when we visited with a birthday party. The place was packed and the kids had a great time. We originally had a party room booked on the second floor, however, we had to settle for a table on the first floor because there isn’t an elevator to be used by the disabled. So many different activities for the active. It can be tricky to find the location. Google maps takes you to the Target parking lot but you have to keep driving away from Fairmont Parkway behind the Target.
As Im sitting here right now in the colorful, air conditioned area... happy kids everywhere... my first instinct was to leave a good review. That is until Id been here for 3 hours and not one table had been wiped down after customers/kids had eaten at them. The restroom lacked much needed attention, including paper goods. And this is a Wednesday, not a Saturday when one would expect higher traffic. But what really caught my attention was when my 9 year old became trapped in the ball pit. Her friend yelled to me for help, and I was right there... but the teen workers who were in charge of this area were all on the other side of this attraction showing off their skills on the rings, etc. Are these just balls, sure. But sadly, they could still cause a panic attack and lead to a fatality. These workers need proper training.
This place is awesome!!
3 year old daughter loves it and the cost of admission is very reasonable.
I love the fact that they play Christian music some days. The ball pit is in dire need of being cleaned out. A lot of the balls are squished or flat plus really dirty.
Our kids had a wonderful time and we will be returning.
Great place, super family friendly, reasonable food, and plays upbeat christian music. Online tickets are cheapest. Worth it!
