Had an awesome time here. The staff was very nice and helpful. All the kids got to play on everything that n the place. My grand daughter had an great time with her family and friends would definitely go back there.

Amazing place. My daughter truly enjoyed her bday and my hostess was exceptional. I forgot her name but my daughter was LaKeyssia Armstrong and her party was on 9/19 please acknowledge that young lady for her outstanding and courteous customer service. Thank the whole team though. Cant wait for future visits.

Very well maintained. Excellent staff! Fun afternoon since it was also half off video games! We had to wear masks due to the mandate but the boys still had fun!

We go to Pasadena location every couple of months. The place is clean and organized. The prices are good and they offer different discounts throughout the week. We go on Saturday mornings when there are not many people. The manager is always available and friendly; service is good, staff is nice and helpful. Every time we go, we have a good time and it is always a fun and pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

It was so fun my sons enjoyed it

I love trampoline parks, esp. the ones like this with long trampolines. Im not as big on the ones with lots of smaller ones that make up a grid pattern. Theres more chance to get hurt on those. This is one of my favorites around.

Theres games, trampolines, and more. Its a fun place to take the children to get out all their energy. Not too expensive, they have good deals, and they also have a snack bar on certain days. The least is $11 per child.

Second time we go during covid and feels like were the only ones there lol i love that and theyre cleaning like every 10 minutes or maybe the whole time. hope nobody reads this cause this our new covid free spot lol

My son absolutely loves this place. Really fun for the kids. Its not too expensive and parents get to sit and relax while the kids play. Win win in my book!

This is the second year in a row that we have our sons birthday party....love it! Emely is a wonderful host, very attentive and so helpful...thanks to the other staff members we had a great experience...!!!!

Jumping World was the best spot for throwing a birthday party. For the first time ever I didn’t have to stress about my guests or worry about serving or rushing with the food, My party host Jeanette did it all and nailed it. Jeanette was definitely my right hand and more. Best part about Jumping world is it accommodates my toddlers and my teens. It’s literally a place for anyone. I absolutely recommend jumping world for family fun and more !!!!!!!

Some of the kids who work there were not supervising their stations appropriately. Otherwise, kids love it. They keep busy.

Parking lot/ spaces need improvement. The ladies at check-in are great. The prices to jump are very affordable, the ppl supervising are usually doing a good job. The food NEEDS a bigger variety, basically just have hotdogs & nachos & all kinds of junk food which in my opinion is completely unacceptable. The game room area is great but can get pricey. Seating is good. Overall a good place, will continue to visit.

First time with my 2 year old and i definitely will return! He enjoyed it very much, i loved the different sections for certain ages. Thought it was clean which is a big plus. Certainly do recommend for kids. Prices i also thought were very decent.

Had my sons birthday party here yesterday and our party hostess Josette was wonderful! Was on top of every detail. When we arrived and tables were set up with plates, napkins, cups, and dessert plates. Josette helped gather all children for food, cake, she even cut the cake for us very neat. Parents had to do minimum work! :)

We were looking for a jumping place close to Home and we found this one by chance actually. It was after Christmas so we didn’t expect it to be open but they were. It was easy to find, quick service by the staff because there was no one there. We spent a hour for about $20 for 2 kids so it was very affordable and comparable to other places we’ve been before. A definitely a place to go back on rainy days!

Clean and not a big crowd issue

Great fun for kids, just not enough variety. Also if youre going for the first time remember jeans are not allowed while playing. The offer to rent pants for 5 or sell for 10.

We had our sons birthday today at Jumping World Pasadena. He loved it. Our hostess Delilah was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Jumping World for a birthday party or just for a day to have fun.

First time going with my 10 yr old daughter for a birthday party. They have several rules to follow by and its very understandable. For example no jeans and no outside food, only if you signed up for party event with them.But otherwise, my daughter enjoyed it.

This was for my niece and nephews birthday party. First they ask to fill out waivers for my kids before we get there to save time so I did. We get there and guess what they cant pull them up and tell us that we have to do it again, we were not the only ones in the party that had the problem. Then wanted to buy a drink but on all machines by there snack bar was marked out of order. So I called Pepsi company and asked the company about the machines and was told they had fixed the machines on Thursday so they wouldnt be down for the busy weekend. He said machines should not have out of order on them and ticket was closed because machines were fixed. So I tried a machine and it worked just fine. Seems little shady to put up new out of order signs on machines so no one could buy from machines when they were fixed. Then to add to everything they bring the pizza for the kids close to the end of party . The whole party just seemed very unorganized from time we walked in to the time we left. I would find a different place to have my kids birthday party unless you like unorganized and shady stuff.

If I could zero stars I would!!! Horrible customer service! April was so unprofessional! She is supposed to be a manager and did not provide great customer service! It was was my niece birthday I had 6 cupcakes and she made a big deal saying we could not bring them in! I understand a policy but it could of been handled way different. She was literally arguing with us for 30 minutes wasting our jump time over the whole cupcake situation! We should of known better not to come back here. We just had my nephew a birthday party here last week and they didn’t give us the cards till our party was over. The hostess we had was horrible! Never have your party here or bring a cake or cupcakes for your kids birthday they will make a really big deal!!!! Do not deal with APRIL!!!!And ummm no the cards were not given to us while the kids were jumping!!! When we were leaving we had to go remind your employees that they were not given to us!!! That is why we had a stack of them when we went to this awful visit!!! Why don’t you check you cameras so you can CLEARLY see that they were given to us when we left thank you!!!

My grandkids loved this place, they bounced for hours, great snack bar with great prices, huge parking area, big seating area for adults, clean restroom when we went. I loved that they had a 5 and under area and there is employee at every bounce area.

Had a party for my grandson spent over 500.$+ and didnt receive game cards until we were leaving out the door and all guests left by then ..came back to use game cards and I couldnt even bring cupcakes in wow what kind of service is that to come back they really should change policy let people bring a cake or cupcakes they will still make money on the jumpers.... this for sure is not a returning bday location for me...no stars

The staff there was very nice and friendly plus anytime I had a question about their rules there they were very nice to explain. The people there were very friendly with their kids. You can throw birthday parties and the kids will love it. Let me say this 1st time going there I took my grand kids they love it got home noticed my wallet was missing some how I dropped it over at Jump World drove back and someone returned it to the cashier and like to say theres honest people that go there thank you so much I will surely go back.

One if the best places to tire them out with fun earlier in the day. They had a blast again! Make sure you look up the specials for that day ahead, and dress code. Def. Repeat occasion for the kids

Smallest jumping world I’ve been too. It’s to crowed and it’s hot and it smells. I haven’t even seen one employee who works here.Would not recommend to anyone. I came to visit from Dallas. And I was not pleased.

We had a great experience! We literally planned a bday party for our son the night before and we didnt have any problems booking this event. Our hostess by the name Elyza was very accommodating and was very attentive at all times while we had our guest. Every employee had great customer service we will definitely come back again!

This place was a blast. It is great for kids and healthy adults. I had so much fun. An hour is really is exceeding the level of fitness of most adults. But it was a blast, havent done flips in a half decade but it was so fun!. Clean restrooms, they had other arcade games but the trampolines were addicting.

This place is great family fun. $11 for adults to jump and I think $6 for kids. Theres a waiver to sign if youre jumping after you make it up the rainbow carpeted ramp ways. There are different areas for different ages, which is helpful. They even have arcade games! Be prepared to feel like youve had a workout after jumping for a couple hours. Now, you dont have to jump...you can sit back and watch the fun, but if you can, jump!!! I cant wait to go jump again.

Just had our sons 9th birthday here last night. Our host Alyssa was so awesome! The kids all loved her and my 2yo thought she was the best! It was great to FINALLY have someone who ENJOYS their job! She was so sweet and made everything run smoothly! Our soda was not cold (not her fault) and she repeatedly asked if we would like a different kind. She answered any questions, interacted with the kids and was just a joy to have! She was like a part of the family and my mother joked that we needed to hire her as a sitter! All the employees from check in, until we left were all kind. The pizza was hot and yummy and there was NO crowd! (7 to 9pm on a thursday).

The staff was friendly and attentive, but the building smelled awful and the games are expensive.

When you pay almost $500 for a party you expect for it to go smoothly and not to be rushed and kicked out while everyone is still eating because the pizza got there late and our hostess was not hosting. We served our own plates and beverages and sang happy birthday. As we began serving the cake she returned to inform us that out time was up and wed be charged extra if we decided to stay at the table. Have had parties run smoothly here before but after having such an inexperienced host and rude manager we will no longer be celebrating our childrens birthdays here. Its too overpriced for the service that was given. Would not recommend this location. Whatever new manager is here does not care about customer satisfaction. Nor did she care or try to accommodate that our party ran late due to the hostess. Not to mention our hostess was m.i.a when we arrived and we had to be seated and got set up by another hostess. Very unorganized.

One of yalls court guards I can’t remember his name right( something around the lines of ernesto or nester) was such an amazing guard. Answered questions my wife had and even played with our son. My wife really enjoyed seeing her boy be happy and your court guard played with him. I hope y’all let him know how well he is doing and to keep it up!

It was busy and there were a lot of kids having fun, but there was pretty much no supervision in the toddler area at all and we felt like we were in the way of big kids everywhere else. Nothing felt clean or well maintained and the snacks fun bathroom area didn’t feel great (smell of staleness?). It was as cheap as other places that we’ve been that were much better maintained.

My granddaughter.loves this place. She is 3yrs old and she has lots to do and its affordable

The best place too jump

We just had our sons 2nd birthday at jumping world and he had a blast ! Which is the most important thing . We had our host Miranda helping us out with the set up and serving the food, drinks and cake . She was always happy to help and very helpful with all the questions I had . She cleaned once our party was over . Sometimes a party could be stressful but we just enjoyed it so much we thank you Jumping world and Miranda for helping us with our sons birthday, we all had an amazing time ! We loved it !

It’s fun unless it’s an event. Such as the Teen Night, then it gets really long on lines. workers don’t seem to care, sometimes I might add.

Jumping World Pasadena. A great place to let you or your children or both expell lots of energy. This place has different sections for different fun. All jumping and running and running and jumping. Snack bar a little bit small and great games just not enough. You can also hold parties there as well. This place is good but its missing something, just cant put my finger on it. All in all its a great place for the family. I definitely recommend this place for any family.

Girls, if you work here please show a bit more excitement, if u have no patience with kids just quit ...I didnt spend all this money for you to roll your eyes when my child changed his mind about what toys he wanted .

Had so much fun for my sons 8th birthday. Our hostess Josette was the best. She was there for any questions anybody had helped us all fill out the waivers correctly and when we needed drinks amd served all the guest. It was awesome. Id highly reccomend this place!

A fun way for your kiddos to get some exercise in! Leaves the kids pretty exhausted which is great for rainy days! When the kids cant go outside. Only problem is pricing. 10 an hour gets pretty expensive. Would recommend for them to figure out a new way to do pricing also drinks, games and food is pretty pricy. Other than that awesome place to take the kids!

Bad service lady named April claims on july 30 shes a manager is very rude came to a party for my nephew at that time no cards were given until the end of the party by then I had already bought a card and put money on it only to find out that cards were given at the end of the party today april says they shouldve been given at the beginning of the party and she wasnt here its not her fault that the cards werent given all she kept saying was she was not here she was in austin who cares where she was as a manager you dont act like that with your customers as they are the ones that keep you with a job at the end of the day i brought in cupcakes and she says you cant bring those in after booked a 500 dollar on july 19 and wasnt hosted correctly day of party we had to go buy drinks because host took forever to come back with anything for the party too busy talking to other employees instead of doing her job which she got paid for to host and where was she no where to be found until the end so not only was my nephew party ruined now my niece wants comes for her birthday and we get treated like this dont waste your money here people manager is rude unprofessional of you dont like your job that much find another job APRIL dont make a scene it was just cupcakes Ill even give you one might help you have a better day as soon as you give them back after taking them away
