Had a night of bowling here with the family, so the bowling experience is the only thing I can really review.The pricing for a Friday at 6pm is:$24.99 and hour4 per person for shoesThey don’t have many lanes, but there was hardly anyone there when we went. Masks were required, and hand sanitizer was readily available. You can order food from your lane, which was convenient. We had the cheesesticks which were surprisingly pretty good.The lack of one star is a result of the function of the lanes. The bumpers had a mind of their own and were continuously going up and down. We told the front desk and they fixed it multiple times with it only to go back acting up again. This may not be important to some, but when you have a bet against your wife on who can bowl the better game- bumpers are not needed! One throw they would be up, then my second throw they’d go down. There was nothing the front desk or any change of settings, could do.

We had fun!!! Good time for you and your family. Not a huge selection of games for unlimited play but overall its good.

We went during quarantine. They definitely did a good job in making sure everything was wiped down frequently. Kind of hard to social distance, but they have signs every where promoting it. No buffet right now so if you want to eat its a la carte. Great experience during this time to have a little fun.

Booked my first party here today, October 25th, 2020, and everything was awesome! The hostess was great and communicated very well. Kept drinks full and cleaned throughout our time there. I will definitely book again or just come for leisure. Also, their piña coladas are yummy.

This place was a little different since we have covid19 in some parts of texas. So it was a little different cause im use to seeing the kids having fun running around. The buffet was close it was a limite to the food but it was all good

It is a great place for everyone in the family. Buffet, arcades, bowling and videos games. My kids love this place. Tuesday 2.99$ buffet can be chaos sometimes but it is normal with its popularity at that day. Thursday kids eat free, and much more promotion are good deals to double the fun for less. Birthdays parties are so much joy at this place especially with the deluxe packages!

We had a blast and at $9.99 for unlimited buffet, drinks, video games, it was well worth it. The Winter special is what sparked my interest in the place. When we arrived, the ladies at the front desk were courteous and helpful. She explained to me that for $7, my kids could have unlimited attractions, so I went on an splurged (). The pizza was tasty and always ready with a variety of choices. The drink choices were plentiful. The salad bar was clean and the ingredients were fresh. The potato and pasta bars were clean and stocked. The video games that we had to choose from were fun. Overall, we had a great time and I didnt have to spend a lot of money.

Definitely will be coming back. First time here Gracie and Rachel treated us right and took good care of us.

I bought 4 tickets online, total of $113 turns out when we got there we couldnt eat because the kitchen closed at 8pm which I wasnt aware of, we got there at 8:04 the girl who was at the cash register was no help she couldnt even answer any of our questions didnt really bother to help. Then a young lady by the name of Paige came a long and instantly offered her help she went to talk to her manager and was able to get us 2 large pizzas freshly made and 2 souvenir cups and we were able to enjoy our family night! Thank you so much Paige you were awesome! I hope that when they see this review they give you employee of the month or reward you with something! Oh and the reason my rating is 3 stars is because there wasnt really a big selection of games..

Came here on a Monday night and was absolutely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, the quality and choices in the buffet, cleanliness of the entire establishment, etc.We did the winter games card and were highly satisfied with the amount of arcade games that were included in the deal. This was our first time at Itz and we will definitely be back! Its definitely worth the drive from the Galveston area. Also, the bar prices are great! Thank you!

This place is honestly okay.. not how it use to be 1-2 years ago but of course things change but as for here some of the machines werent working correctly and some took your points which you have to spend money to get points. Bowling alley is really nice to go with family. I would highly recommend you eat first then come after 8pm to come play some games etc . That way you only have to pay to play not including the food . The food there is mediocre if you want my honest opinion.

Really great family fun and entertainment for younger crowds, but still has plenty to do for parents and the 25+ folks. Food was decent on the buffet, hit and miss but for the value that was totally fine. Arcade area was awesome! Some games were offline or broke, which is to be expected, but it just seemed to be higher than the average. Couple of rides for little kids, mini amd regular bowling, laser tag, and even a bar area (didnt get to do those in my visit). Look forward to visiting again!

Spent almost $300 getting season passes for 4 kids and then find out that season passes means 4 visits. The pizza is ok, better than what I expected. Games were fun, some didnt work. Dont recommend going on a Saturday night - super packed and not enough games, youll spend more time waiting to play if they decided to hog the machines.

We had our 7 year olds party here and she loved it! They had everything setup well and it was clean!!! My baby girl and our family had a great experience!!! After her party and play we then moved on to blowing!!! Its a great place that has fun things for every age!!!

Moldy and mildewy stench in each of the dining areas. Buffet barely had food and what was available was unbearable bad. The fountain drinks tastes horrible. Wasted time and money. Poorly kept. I dont even want to play any games now. Went around noon hardly anyone there. Looks very desolate.

Unfortunately this place is not what it used to be. It is quite sad. This place has deteriorated greatly. It is expensive & not worth the expensive charge at all. The buffet closes at 8pm, but in reality they really dont even have much food before they close it. It is almost empty. They seem to be struggling to keep this place running & stocked with food. It used to be a good family place where you could bring your kids to have some fun. There was a pretty decent atmosphere with christian music playing on the radio & no alcohol used to be served. Now I guess their trying to appeal a different type of crowd with club music & alcohol. By how they act I think they just want to keep that drinking crowd. They are quick to run you off. This is not a family friendly place anymore.

Its open until 11 yet they shut all food and drink down at 8? Seems like a fun little place but half the games were either extremely run down or broken. One star for the nice atmosphere, and the other for the bartender, who was incredibly nice and helpful.

I came with my family to play the arcade, but unfortunately they told us we all had to purchase the buffet and drink to get in. We just came from a restaurant and we werent hungry at all. It is unfortunate because we planned on having lots of fun. Well they just lost great customers and now we are going to Dave & Busters instead.

Food was alright. Games were great. Even most of the staff was fun and interactive.Now the bad part.One of our partys child lost his phone while on a ride. When they asked everyone of the younger staff members they had tracked the phone to being in the hands of a Sosa that worked the bumper cars this night. He stated to us, management, and the police that he did have it in his possession but had left it at his station while relieved by another party. So while the phone was in possession of the employees of the establishment it had mysteriously vanished. Gone without any trace. While I am not accusing any employee of wrong doing, I am strongly advising you keep all of your valuables locked up in some secure location offsite. No telling when it will grow legs and walk off.

It was my first time going here and theres allot of young people who work there who just seem kinda stuck up they wouldnt help and you could tell in their face. Allot of the games are old and broken. The food wasnt good. Didnt really have taste. I will not not be returning at least not to this location. Besides that the kids had fun playing what they could. Not worth the money will try a different location.

I purchased a Groupon package for 4. It came with unlimited games, buffet and one hour bowling. It wasnt that much of a choice from the buffet. It had different types of pizzas, a salad bar, and a dessert area. The food was fresh, but by the time we made it to a table to eat, it was cold bc of the long lines. There are certain games for unlimited. Bowling was fun, as always. We usually make the most of it and get two games out of it. We spent about 5 hours here. Time passed so fast, I guess u dont realize it when your having fun. It was well worth it.

This place has a great selection of games for all ages, really nice! The bowling is nice too.We celebrated our granddaughters 8th bday party here, it was nice. The staff didnt have things ready on time, therefore the party started later than planned. The food is ok but not great. The salad looked aged (brown around the edges) and not appetizing. The chicken nuggets were a hit. The 2 girls helping with the party seemed preoccupied and lollygagging, so slow and behind. The place is clean, friendly staff but they just didnt seem attentive to the customer service, they just werent on top of their job...... they seem to do the task in pairs instead of independent, almost like one is always in training mode.Overall experience was ok. My granddaughter had a great time, everyone enjoyed playing games, eating, and having fun together. The party package includes a game card for each kid, has unlimited use for 1 1/2 hours on games, but by the time kids finished opening gifts, the game card unlimited time went from 1 and 1/2 hour to 30 minutes of use.

Its a cool place for kids parties but the pizza is not that good (didnt really like the cheese they use), and the place needs to keep up with maintenance on arcades and games.

The food is mediocre. Id say go on a Tuesday when everyone eats for $2.99. The arcade prices are reasonable and a good time for the kids. They have Lazer tag and bowling, which the kids really enjoy.

Want somewhere different to take the kids and come across iT’Z Family Food & Fun - Pasadena. I pre-order our play packages on-line, through their website. Woohoo, I saved a dollar per person! We end up buying the souvenir cups for each person (we didn’t know there were regular cups).When we get inside, we immediately grab a plate and go to the buffet. After eating, we go to the arcade area. Half the machines are off or not working and only 3/6 bumper cars work. The mini-bowling is a great idea, but no one is working around them and they do not work properly.I ordered a Texas Ice Tea and it was horrible! For all the money we spent there, I will not come back for another visit and do not recommend this place.

Went in to visit some family members and had just came from a restaurant so I wasnt hungry. They said I didnt have to pay the buffet price as long as I left my license. When i go to leave they refused to give me my license until i paid the buffet price, but you couldnt pay me to eat here. Id save your money and go anywhere else.

Games - A VAST majority of the games are not working or have just enough of a problem to make the experience a bad one (i.e. controller doesnt register 1 direction)This was the biggest issue, as its why we chose this place.2.) TICKET PRIZES - While some people may not care about this, the ticket prizes had an unusually high ticket price compared to similar places.3.) CLEANLINESS - While the bathrooms were acceptable, the rest of the establishment seemed very dingy and not well kept, including rust on handholds for some motion gamesNEUTRAL -1.) EMPLOYEES - Everyone we spoke to was polite, nothing standing out but nothing at all to complain about.

Visit a week ago on Tuesday deal for 2.99 in my party it was four. Called before going to Pasadena location we were told 2.99 per buffet they charged me 4.32 per person and asked if I wanted to purchase a cup for .99 cents. Well, we usually don’t drink sodas prefer water and lemons. So, I ask the young lady why I was charged more on my ticket and she said I had to pay 4.32 to eat the buffet whether I wanted a drink or not. So she called over two managers and they stated the same. I explained to them that we called and You’ll quickly tell callers 2.99 but when you arrive you throw in a drink paying 4.32 and have enough nerve to sell those large plastic cups for 1.00 when customers have already paid for drinks at 4.32. Omg! I was furious the food was like garbage the salad bar was dirty. Food all over the tables, second time I went Yes very young kids working. Just not professional at all. I have nothing against the Young People but I hope they are getting better pay since they want to over charge for the Tuesday 2.99 deals that ends up being 4.32. Please clean up the place before you Advertise.

Well.... they were calling names the ENTIRE time i was there, so i couldnt get a full sentence in to my husband... i mean there is loud and then there is that microphone with the speaker system that is ear piercing...They made an all call, then preceded to call EVERY name individually. A little over kill... i mean, i wasnt a parent there to pick up my kid(any one of the 50ish that were there)... but there HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY.But definitely not an experience i would like to have again

Apparently kids eat free on Thursdays, so we lucked out there. They had bumpers and a bowling tool to help the 5 year-olds bowl successfully. Everyone was nice and bathrooms were clean.

A great place for the kiddos to have fun. My kids 11 &14 always enjoy themselves when they go. Also the one that I go to have a bar so parents are able to enjoy themselves as well. Its always been very clean when I went and you can get the cooks to make the pizza your way. Check the website they usually have specials for different days and times. Im sure your family will enjoy.

This location to me personally is ok. The buffet is over priced based on food quality. Everything except the pizza was hard or now so fresh tasting. Their soft drinks are super fresh though!! Now the game room is great but at the time we visited, which was around 3pm, majority of the machines were out of order. One great upside was me and my family had the entire place to ourselves!!! Definitely a nice place to just hang but Id recommend going on a Tuesday or Thursday when kids eat free!!

Nice place for kids and adults. Can get dirty with the crowds on weekends and busy nights. Have specials on Tuesday and Thursday for kids and after 8pm tokens for rides and games are buy one get one free. Food is okay, order a special pizza, they are fresh and taste better than the normal buffet pizzas.

We attended a birthday party for a disabked child, and many other disabled children attended as well. The host was no host at all, never gave her name, and did not do her job. We had to do her job for her, and the birthday boy still never got his cake. The game cards were not the correct amount of points, and were claiming games were played when they werent. When we went to someone about this, they tried to say the children have to have given their cards to someone else and received them back with no points to play games. This was incorrect. When we were asking for the cake back, it took 3 people to get the cake, after letting them know they would have to pay the $ spent for the cake as well as the Tupperware it was placed in and telling them we would go back there personally to get it if need be. This place has no sense of business and treats the disabled children like they are nothing and are too dumb to notice. I will never take my children back to this establishment, or any of its other locations! Down right disrespectful and fraudulent in what they say and charge you for.

Pizza was ok the rest of the food wasnt appetizing. Ill just stick to Main event.

The buffet is awful. Half the laser tag equipment didnt work. I realize that it is a FUN CENTER but they really shoved way too many table and chairs into their main dining room. Its also very expensive... Im talking buffet, drink, a few games $75 & we didnt even get to use our 1 game of bowling because most of the lanes didnt work and the few that were working, had a long list. I gave the 2stars just because the Employees were nice and polite and very helpful

I mean .. it’s decent .. the “ toonz” room smelled of mold and mildew and it was terribly humid. It was pretty over priced but.. I definitely had some nostalgia. All in all we will be back..

This place was fun but just not fun enough. The Mario Kart racers were out of whack.. it was impossible to even stay on the course, I could not even complete all of the laps before I ran out of time, on a course level of difficulty that was set to EASY. Out of the four or five skee-ball machines that we saw, only one of them was working. The lazer tag room was boiling hot.. the lazer tag session is about 10 minutes, but after about 3 and a half minutes of being stuck in a room with about 9 people shuffling around, and not enough air conditioning, we were all just hobbling around, panting for the last 6 minutes. The food was edible, four or five out of ten. Ive had better food at Cicis pizza buffets. And food is pretty much done being served after 8 or 9 pm. They force you to order the buffet in order to access the arcade, its a rip-off. The buffet is not very good, I give the buffet about a 4 or 5 out of 10.. the pizza just did not taste very fresh, it tasted as if it had sat under a heat lamp for a little while. Ive just had fresher tasting pizza before. There were a lot of fun games there, though. Bowling was also fun. They also have snickers ice-cream bars, by the bar, if you are a fan of those.. I love those and I got one.

Plenty of food in the buffet. Many games to play, but the games require to many points. Then you purchase an unlimited game card. Unfortunately there are limited games that are unlimited. The majority of games need 2-20pts...

Employees are great, the games are so much fun, and the lazer tag is my absolout favorite thing to do while here. Great place for dates or families. Food is mediocre at best, but great for kids.
