I wish I could give this a better review. We had our wedding here and while it was the best day of my life and my husband and I had an amazing time, it wasnt because of the venue. It was a beautiful venue with a great view, so if that is what you are looking for this is a good place for you. However, the wedding coordinator we worked with was a nightmare. If we had a question about our wedding we wouldnt hear back from anyone for a week to two weeks, which makes planning a wedding very stressful. We worked with one coordinator for the entire planning process but we found out that there was going to be a different person for the day of, not a big deal but we didnt even meet them until the day before at the rehearsal. I never once saw him the day of and he never once asked if there was anything we needed or if he could help with anything. We also found out shortly after our month out meeting that there was going to be another wedding party coming the day of our wedding to rehearse for their wedding the next day. My family had to set up around them while making sure they werent in their way. Again, it wouldnt have been a big deal but I wasnt given much time to plan for that. After everything was said and done, we ended up paying the same amount we would have paid for an actual wedding venue that came with a wedding coordinator, sometimes I wish we had done that.

Weve never NOT had a good time at this venue. It feels right in the neighborhood, excellent parking, and during non-COVID season, their performance schedule is filled with opportunities for our school-age children. And local thespians ~ wonderful! We are thrilled to have such an excellent theater group so close by.

The PACE Center auditorium is excellent. Thats where it ends. We had our daughters dance recital there recently. Here are the things we had to deal with:1. There was a person working on the lighting and this person literally was rude to work with. His job was managing the lighting BUT he came back to artists lounge and private rooms to check to see if we are cooking anything...beats me why he was doing that. We had to politely report this person to the manager incharge. She promised she would address2. The PACE Center has contractors for providing food and they will NOT budge to change that to bring others who can provide the food you want. In fact I was told by one of the manager to go train the contracted vendor and show them how to cook the food you want. BTW, these contractors have to pay 10% of the total food order back to the PACE center. Why does a government entity do that...i dont know?3. Here comes the best part: On the day of the event, the audio for the live orchestra started malfunctioning. It was pretty bad as the Mikes would turn off when the orchestra was singing. This is during a live event. Thus we had to put a break and fix the whole thing. This extended the event to another hour and a half.4. We reserved the event room after the dance performance for our daughters birthday party. Since the dance got extended by an hour and a half due to audio malfunction we requested an extension of the event room by an hour since we will start late. The PACE Center program coordinator that day gave us verbal approval for the extension at no further cost. Again this is due to the delay caused by the horrible audio malfunction during the live event.5. Now the PACE center facilities coordinator is charging us for the 1 hour extension and is NOT respecting the verbal communication made by the Program coordinator. She insists that she would charge for the extension.6. PACE center is NOT cheap and the people working there especially the facilities coordinator is making this experience a nightmare for us.So in summary, if you want to deal with such people and go thru a nightmare experience PACE Center is all for you. At the end of the day after paying close to $7000 they are not easy to work with and you dont get treated like this and have an experience like this. I am sorry, if anyone asks me about this place my answer would be Stay away if you can from this place and go spend it anywhere else where they are nicer and easier to work with. Very sorry to post this honest experience.

We signed up for a beginner line dance class. Unfortunately, we missed the first class due to illness. The second class started with no basic skills. We were told to copy the instructor on a very complicated routine. We tried to follow her for 20 minutes, then decided that this beginner class was too advanced for us. The instructor was very friendly and encouraging, but went too fast. As I was leaving, she said, Maybe I shouldnt have started with the most difficult routine. She was completely correct. She should have started with reviewing the skills taught in the previous class. We wont be back.

Absolutely fabulous shows! The concession stand has great adult beverage selections as well. Beautiful building and the customer service is top notch. I appreciate the variety of programs and shows ranging from children, family, and adult. The only thing I would change is having even more availability. There are so many Id like to see but they get sold out quickly. My advice is to pre-select as far in advance as possible which shows you would like to see and then order the tickets. Ticket prices are incredibly reasonable. I hope this was helpful.

Elegant. There is plenty of parking (including ample handicap spots) and the atrium area was spacious and invitingm. Phenomenal facility and staff. Everywhere you could possibly sit allows you to enjoy the show. Very clean, great ambiance. We went to see Newsies and the performance was incredible. Both my wife and I were blown away when we found out that most (if not all) the performers are local. It was just as enjoyable as the shows Ive seen at DCPA. The leads, stage names Jack Kelly and Katherine Plumber, did a phenomenal job. I wouldnt be surprised to find out that the actress that played Katherine ends up on Broadway or another prestigious stage.

An absolutely gorgeous venue. Despite being on the far left side of the stage for the musical I went to, the actors used as much of the stage as possible to make sure that everyone felt involved and could see. The orchestra playing was excellent and sounded excellent throughout the venue. The actors sometimes had issues with their microphones, but I was close enough to hear what was being said despite being slightly hard of hearing. The staff were all friendly as can be and very helpful. If you get the chance, definitely enjoy a show or a play or anything down here. Its worth the trip.
