Called this shop to ask for a quick quote on a simple foam core board for a paper map of Colorado. The lady who answered the phone said that she cannot give me a quote, and I must come in. I asked if she could give me a general idea, whether it be $10, $100, or $1,000 just so I have an idea. I even shared the dimensions of the picture. She said nope, you have to come in and was very unhelpful. Work on your customer service!
