This is such a beautiful place. Its so cool to be able to visit this historical place where the Restoration Movement started in the U.S. I loved imagining hearing the gospel preached by Alexander Campbell as I sat in the lovingly carved pews. May God grant there be another great revival in this dark world, may we each seek Him in Spirit and Truth and restore the ancient Gospel before it becomes eternally too late.

Such an amazing place to visit, especially if youre wanting to learn more about the Cane Ridge Revival! The staff are so kind and helpful. The environment is great - not only for individual reflection and prayer - but also for kids. There are many activities for children to do here. The grounds are beautiful.

Enjoyed this historical site.A must for members of the Disciples of Christ, Church of Christ and religious history buffs of the United States. Very quiet when we were there. Parking is on the side of the driveway to the building. The original church is larger than expected and made from wood. A lot of history inside this building. It was covered with a beautiful outside rock building to protect it from the weather. I dont think it is heated or air conditioned. As it was nice I didnt need or looked for either. This applies to restrooms as well, I dont know if they have public restrooms. It will be an adventure getting there if you put Cane Ridge Kentucky in google maps. Go to churchs website and use its map.It will save you time and keep you from wondering why you are looking at an empty field. If you end up at the field, take a deep breath and know that you are close, a mile or two, and you are not lost. You are still in Kentucky.
