Your basic land park with a few benches & amphitheatre. During the winter holidays its decorations are cute & family friendly. Theyve also added the city Paris sign with the I missing so a person can stand in as the I for a quick photo-op. Directly across the street from the town library for a sit & read spot on a beautiful weather day.

This is a very nice little park that is Downtown Paris. It is a good place for a small stroll. There isnt a spot for the kids to play but there are 2 or 3 benches to rest on. If you play Pokemon Go, this is a great spot with 2 stops and 2 near by gyms. Parallel parking ia the only parking unfortunately but its a nifty little park for fun and families.

Nice place to chill. Close to downtown. Library nearby. Just have to watch your step for dog poo, some folks cant clean up after their pets during their walk. Always decorated for Christmas.

Bywaters Park brings back memories, because as a high-school student I often played in the band of Paris summer concert series. Former PHS band director (1941 - 1978), Floyd Weger, got a me position in the band. My fondest memory is of the 81 yr-old, Gus Thompson, who played 1st trumpet. I remember practice & concerts on warm summer evenings, Cole Porter, Nat King Cole, and other 40s & 50s favorites.
