Me and my main labrador service dog ride it often. Its quicker than ride share. More pleasant than the city busses. The drivers all are so professional, friendly, knowledgeable & unhelpful. They are built in tour guides.The other riders are very entertaining. I enjoy hearing tourists comments of our city & valley. Always one that should do stand up comedy. So glad the city brought a treasure back to us!!

Staff are nice. Small size is perfect for the seldom more than 5-6 riders. Easy route down town with some a little longer to a few homes. Many well marked stops helps. Beats a cab which, in Palm Springs, are expensive. Hope this service is not cut with the city reviewing budgets.Could loose a lot of business down town. Also, not a lot of parking onthe main streets so is an issue to walk to stores, the cost of meters or the large parking structure, also a walk. With PS mainly seniors, the distances can be an issue.

Fantastic ...very handy .!!!

Four times an hour, this ugly, often noisy trolley passes by my residence, four days a week (Thu-Sun), 13 hours plus a day from 11:30am each morning until 1am the next day. On three (observed personally by me) occasions it even stopped in front of the parking lot (one recorded) of our condo complex!What is a Tourist attraction lumbering through a residential neighborhood? We have enough service vehicles adding to traffic and noise pollution without these irritating distractions.

The best thing Palm Springs has done to support tourism. Two thumbs up.

What are you kidding me a free trolley between South Palm Springs and downtown Thursday thru thru Sunday perfect. ......

The buzz bus is awesome. Need more buzz to keep wait times down.

Waiting with a wheelchair waving the driver at 6:30 on e palm canyon and he did not stopSeems not to like wheelchairs rather speed up tothe coffee break with the EMPTY bus ... free and disgusting buzz

Waiting for 20 min to see the trolley zoom by our stop leaving 4 people without a ride. Bad publicity for Palm Springs.
