I have lived in Escena for the past 5 years, what a GREAT place to call home. There are nice amenities and features. Some of the best views and neighbors you will find anywhere in Palm Springs! The new homes are absolutly gorgeous! If you never been to the Escena Bar and Grill, you should really treat yourself to a great meal and an ambiance you wont forger anytime soon. If your a golfer, you could make it a fabulous all day outing. Its garanteed youll have a terrific experience.

The golf course is majestic and very well maintained. It was easy to get to the course. I enjoyed all the merchandise in the pro shop. The staff was very friendly. Practice area is not ideal.

Absolutely terrible service, and it is consistently bad. It takes 15 minutes before you see a waiter or get water, and then another 20-30 minutes before your order arrives. The wait staff is poorly trained, the kitchen is overwhelmed (even when they are half empty), and the tables are not properly cleaned. Clearly, the management doesnt care about customer service. Thankfully, the food is reasonably good and the venue is very nice with a great view. If they could solve their terrible service problems, they they would have a big success. We wont be back until they do.

Was really looking forward to revisiting this beautifully situated restaurant. Its a spectacular space.I and my party were seated right away on a Saturday evening promptly at 7. Surprisingly, the space wasnt filled.The rolls on our table were dry and stale. This should have been a heads up.Our server was attentive and well versed. It was the food that was a true disappointment. I ordered theChicken Breast served over succotash. Chicken was a small portion and tasteless. The vegetables tasted as tho they came from a can. My companions ordered the steak from the Prix fix menu. Both said the steak was average and the broccolini was strong tasting and tough. Broccolini was also the base for the soup du jour. I guess this vegetable was cheap so the chef bought a ton of it.Overall, our experience was forgetable which is a shame. Our last visit here about 3 years ago was impressive and we were really looking forward to Escena again. We really want this place to be what it used to be but I think it will fail and close if the quality of the food doesnt improve.
