What an awesome experience today! Probably the best greens within 100 miles and I’ve played all of the top private courses in the area. When I first got there I was greeted by a very pleasant guy named Larry in the lot who asked me for my tee time and directed me to the pro shop. Once I was in the pro shop I was greeting by a guy named Tom and he was so helpful and professional. He showed me these new belts they got and He was so nice I actually bought one! I got to the first green and I thought I was at Augusta. Greens are running a 12 at least. I even stopped the superintendent named Mike and he took the time to talk to me about the course and his process on the greens. I highly recommend this golf course based on the staff, the layout, and the greens. Best value in Tampa bay hands down!!! I will %100 be back!!! Great job Lansbrook!!!

Don’t bother on weekends. They oversell or just do not know how to manage a golf course. Got to the tee box 10 minutes early and there are four groups in front of me. Four groups on the 2nd tee and three in the fairway or on the green. I see 7 total groups all on the same hole.Update Club house did not question my request for a rain check on the back nine so am changing to 3 . Worth going to just wqtch the time of day and avoid weekends.

Ok, a little wet but thats Florida. There are issues with drainage but if you stay in the fairways, no problem. Greens running fast, fairways holding up and tee boxes are fine. I really enjoy the course for interesting layout of holes and decent prices. Seems like they booked heavy the mourning we played, a little slower than expected. Havent had a chance to get out to play so fun day with friends even if my game wasnt up to par. Leave the house and play safely.

Played two days after tropical storm Etta very wet as to be expected. I will play there again.

Awesome course! Greens were fast! Played on super bowl Sunday and it wasnt too busy! Would go back for sure. Only downside was some of the bunkers were in bad shape

Great golf, course is pretty challenging. Plenty of holes on the back 9 with water that will be glad to take your ball. Course was in great condition when we went and it has been for some time now.

Today I signed up for the PDP program at Lansbrook Golf Course, then I paid my greens fees for today and join my foursome at the practice green.30 minutes later we lined up to tee off and the same young man that I filled out the paperwork with to join the PDP program and paid my greens fees with, Came up to me and accuse me of sneaking on the golf course and not paying my greens fees.I was embarrassed in front of my friends and two other foursomes that were standing around the First tee. I showed him my receipt and he asked me to turn it over so he could read the date! After he confirmed I paid my greens fee, he walked off without an apology for embarrassing me in front of this crowd of golfers.

This is one of my go to golf courses when in town. Tight course, reasonable price, with fast great rolling greens. Friendly staff. For the money this course is hard to beat.

The course is decent which is why I give 4 stars but the country club needs to get their act together. They always have that going out of business vibe going on. Please remodel and hire a cleaner.

Worst customer service by the assistant manager that i have ever dealt with. I signed up for 9 holes and went right out and got to hole number 2 and 2 groups were backed up waiting on that hole which made it 3 groups with us. I kindly went back into the pro shop and asked the assistant manager for a refund since the course was way to crowded and over booked (probably because there was no starter also).He said NO. We don’t give refunds. I reminded him i was just in there charging the round about 15 minutes ago. He still said no. He even insisted they say it would take 4.5 hour round which is impossible with 3 groups waiting on hole 2. I play this course every time I’m in palm harbor and i will NEVER play here again because of that. It never really mattered that the course wasn’t in great shape but now I’m done. Business 101.

The course is very good. The people and service was very disappointing. Starter was rude. Pro shop staff was short and abrupt.

Course was a bit soggy but in great shape otherwise, greens are really fast, fairways are really tight a great challenging course. Played slow today though. Would have given 5 stars if they had a person on a beverage cart .

Good course, greens not as fast as usual, looks like they were top dressed.

The course was in OK shape. Most greens were nice and some were not. The green on hole 12 was so fast and in bad shape, that the ball wouldnt stay on. We picked up and moved on. Lots of nice scenery. I have been playing this course on and off for the last 16 years, and it is about as good as it has ever been.

Overbooked every weekend from December to April. The course uses reclaimed water to water the course so it smells like sewage when youre playing. They just want your money and dont care how many people are on the course. Asked for a raincheck for the 9 holes we didnt get to play because the sun would have set before we could have finished and they said they couldnt give out rainchecks just because it is busy. Make sure you ask how many rounds they have booked before committing unless you want to wait for three foursomes for every hole like we did.

Faviorate golf course with many challenging holes and well kept for a great value!

Meh..they put people out too close together. Makes the round 5+ hours and doesnt help your back getting stiff. Course was ok. Wont be going back.

Good course layout. Not the best fairways. Greens are overall well cared for and challenging. Most of the course is practically unplayable after a good rain. In fact the last time I went it probably should have been closed. Golf price is attractive but food and drink prices are stupid. We go somewhere else afterward.

Great course especially for the price! Amenities include a great layout, a Putting green, driving range, full pro shop and snack bar. Shoot well.

Amazing greens (best in the area), challenging & fun course layout, inexpensive, very friendly staff and the food is fantastic! The clubhouse just transitioned to Italian food and seriously, the food is GREAT!

Course was well maintained and in good shape. Some challenging holes to make it interesting. No Marshall to keep pace and they stack tee times to close. Had to wait on every shot.

Great track, despite all the recent rain, corse in good shape. Greens are in excellent condition and so are the boxes

Nice public course. Play was slow and no ranger to maintain pace of play. Greens are very fast.. almost impossible to stop a downhill putt, short grass and rolled. Still a great time.

Hats off to grounds crew! Especially on the range, year round these guys keep an immaculate grass tee line, bravo!

Driving range being renovated, although they were allowing balls hit from mats. Not sure whether they use mats all the time, but theyre a deal breaker for me.

Friendly atmosphere. Greens in excellent condition always. Course a little wet but so are all the others in the area due to excessive rain. Good food, great pizza. Robert Ortiz the golf shop pro is excellent. Hope He will be manager one day.

Great experience at Landsbrook. Lovely spot and the food was great. We had the Cuban sandwich and lasagna and two big fresh salads. David the chef was great and the owner Tom was friendly and accommodating!

You have to consider Lansbrook in the price point that it offers. Its not an expensive golf course, and because of that, they had to cut corners on maintaining the course itself. It presents an interesting challenge, its Titan many places, and its an overall enjoyable experience.Good value for the money

Nice course but very very tight... Some of the holes are almost unfair.

Unless youre good at keeping the ball near center of the fairways bring a few more than usual. Back 9 fairways pretty tight. I only lost 3, but two of our group one lost 10, and the other a dozen.

Course was in great condition with deer everywhere. Clubhouse food was really good especially the pizza

This course is in great shape inclusive the greens. Its a challenge and you need to keep the ball on play. Good value

This golf course needs a starter. Had a tee time for 2:30, there were 7 people on the tee box. The group before that was a group of 6. Went back in to get our money back because I wasn’t going to wait till 3:15 to tee off. The first guy I talked to refused to give my money back. He went and got the manager. This guy was disrespectful and threw my money at me. Will never be back. Get a starter and learn how to treat your customers with respect.

The greens are the best I have played this week in the Tampa area. Fast and true. The course layout is also very strong with well designed and challenging holes - a few require accuracy over length. Sand in the bunkers is very good. The drawback is conditioning of tees, fairways and rough. Its a strong value as it is.

The course is really good shape despite all the rain. New tee boxes are looking great. Greens are really good and on the fast side. New food menu and new pizza items.

Lets start off by saying that our tee times that we set were back to back because our group had 6 people. When we showed up, by the time that we all paid which took 45 mins itself put us behind our tee time because the guy behind the counter moves at a slow pace.. then when we did pay, no carts were available at that time. Some of our guys had to jump into another tee time screwing over the other guys. 2 of our guys wanted the little scooters, but both died, and so did the replacements. The course was nice, but some spots need to be taken care of.

I am Cancelling Lansbrook. Peak Season and tee times were 4 minutes apart. Guess what it was a 6 hour round. Course was not in peak shape for peak season.

Lansbrook golf coarse. Fantastic greens and the rest of the coarse is just as good. Love playing there.

Good course. Easy but the greens were in good shape. Few dry spots here and there but its summer and thats to be expected. Wildlife is everywhere. Gators, birds, deer... pretty cool place.

For a public course, I find the staff quite helpful and pleasnt to interact with. Course is challenging and in decent shape. Greens have been fantastic as of late, though some of the tees and fairways could use some work in areas. There are some areas of poor drainage but since Florida is really one big swamp, you have to expect that at most places. I golf at this course on a fairly regular basis and as long as their rates stay attractive, I plan to continue to do so.

Had a great day playing the golf course and putting those greens! Wow! The staff was very helpful and appreciative of us choosing to play there. We will definitely return! Outstanding food at a golf course too what a pleasant surprise.

Played out here the other day 8/17/15 to be exact. The course was in great shape despite all the rain the area has received. Still some of the best greens in the area. Cant beat the price either. Im sorry I missed the happy hour but I will certainly be back!

Worst course EVER! I booked a tee time for my husband and my son on the Friday before Christmas. I realize that may be a busy time but nonetheless they had a BOOKED tee time. Apparently Tee Times dont really matter and they dont have rangers on this course. My husband and son got through 6 holes in 2 hours and finally left. They were backed up by 3 groups the entire time. They went in the clubhouse to speak with someone and ask about rangers and whomever was working the desk didnt seem to have a care in the world. To add insult to injury my son decided to go back the following week by himself. Again, booked a tee time and told them he was a single so he could be paired up with a 2 or 3 some. They didnt know what to do with him and this time he spent 3 hours and got through 10 holes before he gave up. He again went to the clubhouse to complain and nobody seemed to care. In addition I left a message for the Manager, Steve, that afternoon and he still has not returned my call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SPEND IT AT ANOTHER COURSE WHERE YOUR 18 HOLES SHOULD TAKE 4 TO 4.5 HOURS!

We played on a Friday. We were a two-some since they had no one to couple us with. That was OK and expected to be somewhat delayed but we were behind two foursomes and the one in front of us told the starter they were Newbies. We waited on every shot. There was a hole and a half open in front of the group ahead of us and we saw no ranger to help eliminate the log-jam. We looked over to the back nine and saw a 5-some playing and knew our only reasonable option was to quit after 9 holes.Sure, the rate was good but they should spread out the tee times rather than just grabbing the dollars so that a round will be enjoyable and golfers would want to come back and play again. I am writing this review, not for myself, but those to come behind us. You need to know what to expect. The course was in great shape but the shape of it was overcome by frustration.

Lansbrook is a top tier golf course. GREAT mental game and Course management is recommended. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to bringing my son back to play.

Nice course. Played the whites at 5800 yds. Was wet in some areas. Greens were smooth. Some of the holes were very tight. Will come back.

Course in great shape...greens are FAST but true..

Nice coarse, reasonably priced. Some holes can be challenging with narrow fairways. It seems that some days they overbook, play can be slow pushing round time to nearly 5 hrs. Well maintained.

Great course for all range of players. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall great experience. Will be back to play.

This course always seems to be in great shape, and with some of the fastest greens in pinellas Co. And lets not forget one of the toughest holes ( #5) in the County as well. Always a good time with friends and family.

At first glance, Lansbrook offers very good appeal. Nice clubhouse, decent looking fairways and greens. But then the trouble starts. At each of our four rounds, there was a shortage of carts. This delayed groups from starting anywhere near the scheduled tee time. On each round, we were at least half hour late. On our fourth even later. The starter explained the delays were due to a shortage of carts. Made us wonder why not get more carts? But what do we know about golf course management? Recommendation: shop around before you book a tee time.

Course is getting better but staff makes this course unpleasant and slow. It is the middle of summer, 10 golfers at the whole place, and it has taken 45 minutes to play the first 2 holes as a single.

Nice people, course in very good shape

Not good at all. First off, they are priced fairly high for the area. That would be fine if the conditions were better. There is no starter to help group people together, so it is just a mess of foursomes, pairs and singles scattered throughout. Also there are no rangers to help with this either, so when they go out in groups of 5, nothing can be done. Half the tee boxes are lumpy and torn up. You cannot plant your feet if you wanted to. Id suggest soccer cleats. The fairways were decent, but the rough is rough because it doesnt have any grass. Lastly lets discuss the greens. OMG the greens are preposterous. They have a stimpmeter reading that just says 10 permanently. Do you know why? They dont have the higher number to put out. If these greens are less than a 14, ill eat my hat. I wont be playing here again.

Every time I have played this course I have found play haltingly slow due to a constant flow of outings that ruin pace of play. Never once have I been told when calling for a tee time that my game would be slowed by these outings; at times I have even asked and been told there was no problem, only to find a shotgun starting on most holes. The course has a great layout and can be tough and long from the tips, but the attitude of the management is to stock the course as full as possible. The course maintenance is about average though the new greens are in very good shape. Overall it is a course worth playing only when there are no alternatives available; prices are well beyond the type and quality of course and the facility is about what one would expect from a muni course. Cost of a round is no bargain, so there are better alternatives within ten miles of this club.

Not my favorite layout but the greens were very fast but roll true. Id imagine it was a Stimp 13 or higher. Range is always mat only. Course is not know for its drainage so if it rains the night before be prepared.
