Staff was excellent. Will return to play again. Thanks to all staff that made are trip enjoyable! Also golf shop, I had lost a club, and they called me to let me know that they found and have shipped my club.

Check in was a breeze. Marti greeted us with the enthusiasm and friendliness you hope to get at a resort of this nature! Our room was spacious, clean, and 2/3 rds the price of a recent stay at a major hotel on Clearwater Beach. We played the Island course our first day there. Actual elevation changes you dont normally see in Florida, and challenging for a very average player. The second day we played the North course for a charity tournament. A little easier than the Island course but still a great course. The staff put on a seemless tournament and our group had a blast! If your looking for a change from your local course, I recommend Innisbrook for a day, weekend, or longer.

During our visit we played three days at both the Island Golf Course and Copperhead. The Island Course is very challenging and absolutely stunning. The second day, we played Copperhead, it was also very challenging but a little bit more open than the Island course. The customer service was over the top and we had everything we needed right there on the property. The main pool which has waterfalls hot tubs and a very large swimming pool that has a Wade in area which is great for children. The water slides are awesome as well! I feel like Im traveling back to the 70s with the Retro architecture, the inside of all the rooms is up-to-date, clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this Resort. Its great playing the course that many Golf Legends have also played!

The staff was really friendly at checkn in. Tge property is beautiful and the pools were very clean. The only complaints i would have is the room was a little dusty smelly, but not awful. There was a lot of wasps on the porch unfortunately, and lastly there was no elevator which was difficult with 3 kids. But this place was worth the stay. The price was excellent and again staff extremely friendly

Our first impression of the resort was that it was a bit dated, but we soon got over that. Check in was simple but it was then that we were informed that housekeeping was limited (no beds would be made/ nor sheets changed, nor would the kitchen in our unit be cleaned) during our 8 night stay. We also learned at check in that both the fitness center and spa were closed, and that not all restaurants on site where open daily. The upsetting part was that I had called the resort directly prior to making our reservation to ask if the resort was fully operational and was assured by the person who answered the phone that it was. This was just days before our check in date. I was very clear in my questioning and was not told that any services or amenities were limited. That felt very much like a bait and switch. My questions should have been answered honestly! For this reason I feel that the rate I paid was inflated. I didn’t plan on making our bed or washing dishes while on vacation. We made the best of it, but it wasn’t the “vacation” I imagined. I’m not certain I’d go back for this reason alone.

Food was tasty, rooms were clean. We played copperhead and it looks like they let it go alittle during the summer. Rough wasnt cut. No top dressing on driving range. Weed pressure was low, yet sand traps had weeds growing in them. Sand cart didnt run through the entire bunker. Greens rolled fairly well without many bumps me but were very slow. My bet is they go 110% starting in January for the valspar.

The pics didn’t match what he really wanted. Can someone plz explain why I can’t get a credit or money back on the card? We only played the Copperhead Course and were not guests at the resort. The Copperhead was tough but playable for a 20 handicapper like myself. Greens were in great shape, fast and true. Fairways also in good shape. Tee boxes could use a little work and some of the bunkers had been washed out by the previous days rain. All in all, a great day of golf. My only disappointment was finding out that the copperhead snake statue at the beginning of the Snake Pit was made of heavy plastic rather than bronze or some other similar metal.

They locked me out of my room at 10:30 - deactivated the keys. When I complained they admitted that is what they do. Most hotels dont do this. Furthermore, the staff member on the driving range was so rude to my daughter and other guests, it was unbelievable. The rooms were clean and nice, the golf course was in awful shape. Will never return to this resort.

We just concluded a 3 day golf trip and it was phenomenal! We had a group of 16 guys and played golf on 3 different courses. Considering it was summer, we thought the courses were in great shape, especially Copperhead and the Island course. The staff was great. The guys in the bagroom and working the carts had us loaded up and ready to go each day. Claire was assigned to our group and helped get everything set up with rooms, meals, tee times and pairings. Each day she met us at the course and checked in on everything. She was great! Our last day we got held up with some rain for our morning round. The starter worked with us and shifted our afternoon tee times back to allow for lunch. Much appreciated and great customer service!

Great resort. Made the trip there 4 times now. Finally got to play some golf last time around. The course was enjoyable. Not too difficult but challenging enough to be fun, switching from tight fairways to wide open holes and back to tight as we made our way back to the club house.

This is a nicely designed and laid out golf course but the greens are absolutely horrific. What a shame to play a hole well and then have putts stop on downhill slopes as they track the hole. We played the Island Course on September 17th and our foursome was really disappointed in the course conditions. We played the back nine first and we all felt like the course condition was ok but not anything special. When we got to the front side we were told cart path only and it didn’t take long to see why. There was standing water on almost every hole and trying to hit from the fairway and not get covered in mud was interesting to say the least. I would have closed the front nine due to conditions. I have to say for the money we paid we all were very disappointed and would not go back again.

We booked this hotel with its high price as a treat for ourselves. We expected luxury. It was the opposite. The rooms in hotels priced at $100 per night were more comfortable and clean. No soap at the sinks, and this during the Virus concerns. The room temp cannot be set to your liking. There are a bunch of little buildings, its not one hotel. Outside our room there was a sign in the hallway to expect electricity outages the morning of our departure. We were not told there was a shuttle between buildings, let alone how to call them. There was no documentation in the room and the clerk who checked us in was useless. There was no shuttle to the airport despite their claim to the contrary. Do yourself a favor and go to a hotel for $100 with a breakfast buffet.

If you’re looking to just golf, then maybe this is right for you. We just spent 2 nights here for our anniversary & I was disappointed in how old, dated & far from a decent beach this place was. Yes, the rooms were clean but something from like the 70’s. Hallways smell old & stale with lots of carpeting everywhere. The place is HUGE & you need your car to get around. The only thing positive I would say is the Lochness Pool, which was nice & drinks were decent but pricey!-$16!! The nicer beaches are about 25-30 min drive. Don’t bother going to the state parks ones which are closer.

We stayed in one of the hotel rooms for four nights. The golfing was good, but the hotel buildings appear to have been built in the 1960s and their age shows. The lobby, hallways, and rooms each have their own distinctive grandmas-house-funk. The AC unit in the lobby clicked 24/7. The room phones did not work and were not fixed despite our request. The heat lamp in the bathroom had a standard light bulb instead of a heating bulb. One half of the living room drapes would not slide open. A high-pitched alarm was coming from the lobby security panel for a few hours on two different days. And on and on...

I thought this place was pretty good. It was very quiet most of the time. Got food at the restaurant one night and it was good. Check in staff was good about finding us a room on the 1st floor to accommodate my mother with limited mobility. Multiple pools to use. There was enough stuff open to make the stay worthwhile although not everything was open due to COVID. Had a golf lesson with Dawn. Would highly recommend. Was able to get some good shots out of a complete rookie and lots of good tips on how to improve. Buildings are older but room had lots of improvements. Only thing we didn’t like were the toilets. Low to the ground. Some minor maintenance issues like lights bulbs needing to be replaced. Overall I would recommend this resort. Would like to back for another golf lesson and once the spa is open.

This was my second year participating in a sponsorship at the Valspar tournament. The vibe at Innisbrook is just great. The immaculate course and grounds were as beautiful and challenging for the pros as Augusta. The crowd management was very well done - even in 2018 when Tiger finished in 2nd place. This year I found the parking, security checkpoints and entry to be efficient and friendly. Walking the course a found many vantage points where I could quickly pivot from action on one tee to watch approach shots on another hole then players putting out on another nearby green. It was just great!Bring your walking shoes. There are some terrain changes that will make you forget that you are in FL.

Staff was friendly, course itself looks okay, but the front desk staff didnt know how to reference me to someone I could talk to about physically seeing a room because they have no models to view. The inside of the main clubhouse is dark and drab, looks like an outdated ski lodge. The food was delicious and creative but there were not a lot of options for vegetarians (I said vegetarians, NOT vegans). The water park for families was pretty at first... except the surrounding grounds around the pool were covered in fallen leaves and Spanish moss. It looked like no one cared about the grounds. The outside of every building had low hanging and large dark rooftops and the lodging and condos looked like summer camp cabins for YMCA kids... Chipping dark camo green paint on the siding and walls. If we had got to see a model I would be able to tell you about the interior. They supposedly pumped all of their latest budget into changing the insides of the cabins to make them more modern and appealing, as opposed to the 50-year old interior they said they were ridding themselves of.

We checked in the afternoon of the party and stayed in Room 2682 in the Lytham section adjacent to the Copperhead Course. We both were amazed at the room and its amenities, which I compared to the 1 bedroom deluxe timeshare we own at Wyndham. The attached pictures tell the story of this suite, quiet surroundings and secure grounds. Check out was a breeze and no issues were had. Stay Elsewhere! This place isnt worth the money. Our family booked an executive suite at an average rate of $200 per night. Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed the age of the property through the dated exteriors and signage. Upon checking in and heading to the room, we figured out we would be unloading quite a bit of luggage and walking a good way to our room..without a luggage cart, and without a bellman. We entered the suite and quickly noticed that our room, like the rest of the property was stuck in the 1970s. The decor, textured wallpaper, paint and furniture were all very dated. The bathroom was small, there arent many electrical outlets and the lighting was horrid. Then we noticed the MOLD. Coming from the A/C vents, and staining the ceiling and wall around the vent. GROSS. I called the front desk, who put me on a long hold to speak to the manager. When Fernando finally came to the phone, he explained their property was currently under renovation and that our room had yet to be renovated. He stated that he did not know about the mold, and would move us to a new room. He called THE NEXT DAY to let us know he found a room for us and we would have a nice ammenity waiting for us when we moved over. Again, no help and no luggage cart to move halfway across the property. We get to the new room and discover a small fruit plate (enough for 1 person, though we are a party of 6), and a $7.00 bottle of wine. The new room was renovated, but still not what you envision a $200 per night suite to look like. There was no mold though, so we stayed. The Lochness pool that they brag about is overcrowded and the slides are only open for a small portion of each day. The remaining pools on property are warm and again, very dated.Stay elsewhere! This place isnt worth the price.
