Amazing little park hidden away in palm bay. Huge area for the dogs to roam free. And disc golf in the park for the humans!

Outstanding Family Park,Very clean, wellManicured, adequate lighting for evening events.Camp, dog park, cricket, basketball courts, softball/baseball fields, soccer and a frisbee course. Large pavilions perfect for any large gathering as well as small picnic areas for smaller parties.Clean bathrooms and a nice children’s playground.

Nice and big place to have a birthday party you can rent their community center for a indoor party instead of outside plenty of outdoor space for activities such as working out playing soccer while the kids play on the playground great place for family

Wonderful park! There are a lot of recreational areas for all sorts of sports like soccer, baseball, and even cricket. There’s a big field area where model planes can take off. If you’re into fishing, there are a lot of good spots to fish. When you first come in and reach the first turn, there’s some good lakes there where you can catch bass and/or bluegill. Go further down to the building and you’ll find another’s little pond that links up to the main one.

They are back open! This place has everything. Indoor and outdoor basketball, soccer fields, baseball fields, cricket fields, fishing, hiking, camping, dog park, playground. Its a great park very well maintained.

Great walking park enough room to social distance too.

The park has many great activities for visitors. We were there for the disc golf course. We love the overall layout of the course, but wish it was mowed more often. The discs are hard to find when the grass gets tall.

Great place to run - wide roads so cars and runners can be on the same road.

Park is a great place with the exception of the sidewalk, I said east side almost covered by branches .

The walk was amazing it was nice and quiet everything was clean I will definitely be back tomorrow it was just a very scenic route to start my morning walk definitely a great place to be at and for anybody else littering please pick up after yourselves I noticed a McDonalds cup literally on the pavement not even 20 away from a trash can please stop being lazy

I absolutely love going to this park with the kids. We can spend hours here and not even realize how fast the time has flown by. I bring sanitize and wipes with us and we clean off before and after we go to the park. Its still open at this point in time 3/30/2020, we practiced social distancing and made sure we stayed 6ft away from anyone when we were walking around and playing in the fields. Have fun be safe!

The park was clean and my son enjoyed it. The swings are low enough for toddlers to enjoy. Ill be going back once malabar is opened back up directly that detour is horrible

I come here for the dog park, which is large and laid back. There is running water, bathrooms, and a dog wash hose outside. Inside its prettt minimal, butnmy dog comes to play chase with the other dogs so he doesnt anyrhing but space. There are some nice shady areas for the humans to sit and the people are chill.The rest of the park is very pretty and the disc golf course looks pretty good. It always has people playing. Theres often people fishing the little ponds, but I dont know if they actually catch anything.I took my friends kids here and the play equipment was nice, but nothing special.Overall a good community park! Very spacious with nice clean amenities.

Its a great park. PLENTY of things to do and places to play. Only thing I dont like is that it doesnt have a medium size dog park. My 60lb shy, submissive dog cant play at the dog park. Shes too big for the small park & is overwhelmed & scared at the big dog side. There are too many ill-mannered irresponsible owners with ill-mannered poorly trained BIG dogs on the other side. Theres plenty of room to give the medium size dogs their own space.

Its a huge park. Lots of field to play soccer, football and baseball but.. Its terrible for basketball. A little slab of cement and no lights. Children that have to practice have to do it in dark. Not cool.

Nice park for the most part. Really need to get the bathrooms by the soccer fields fixed and have them open during soccer games. Also need to maintain the soccer fields a bit better. So many ants!

My boys play soccer here so i love this park. Aside from that, the park is well maintained and features more amenities than i can list

Its always a pleasure to take my big fur baby there. Calm, big, and clean space for him to run around. One can also take a few laps around the park as an afternoon exercise.

Great place to play disc golf! The course is also good for nature walks and dog walking! The dog park restrooms have been out of order all year (2017) it would be nice if the staff could repair them.

This is a large park. With a lot of things to do. I like to walk and ride my bike out here. They also have a dog park.

Best dog park in the area, plenty of parking, poop bags galore. Bring a towel if it has been raining, since a lake forms and dogs always go in it.

This is a lovely park. The only issue I have is the one way in and one way out. We were here for a large event and it took almost 45 minutes to get out of the park. I think adding an entrance from the heritage parkway may help!

This park is a great place play soccer. The turf and goals are always maintained well, and its always a nice feild to play on. The volleyball courts however arent quite as nice. The sand usually has to be raked before play and the net needs to be pulled up. Overall, a very nice park however.

The park is beautiful and my dog and I love the huge dog park my only concern is that they dont seem to do any pest control in the dog park. Make sure your animals have regular flea treatments and dont sit on any of the provided benches they are all covered in flies and ants. Besides that in the future Ill just bring my own chair.

Great Disc Golf Course!

Best park so far. Our 2 Dachsen boys took to it like it was home. They have kiddy pools and water inside. Outside a pet bath station too. Have not used this since our 2 are laundry tub bath but in a pinch you could wash them there.

Visited with a friend and her puppy. I was really impressed with how nice this Dog Park is. There are separate spaces for small dogs and large dogs but they are side by side so they can see and smell each other through the chain link fence. I thought the small dog space was big until I saw how much space was available for the larger dogs. Its got to be pure joy for the dogs that love to run. In both spaces there are water spigots with drinking bowls available as well as wading pools. For the dogs who have discovered the dirt under the grass After the wing pools there is a shower area as you exit. And all thats for the dogs. For people they have picnic tables to sit at and chairs further out for the people with dogs who like to explore. There are also restrooms right at the entrance.

Very large and well kept dog park split for large and small breeds. Very cordial people that watched their animals behavior and enjoyed each others company. A nice place for the dogs and owners.

Palm Bay (Fred Poppe) Regional Park, West of I-95 on Malabar Road - well maintained ....soccer fields for U8 to U19, small to medium tournament, baseball/softball fields, I think, amateur cricket on weekends, parking, food concessions, bathroomsAND a dog park separated for both small and large dogs and well attended by local dog owners, lots of different breeds, lots of fun for all - also plenty of water for the dogs, a bathing area and a portable potty for the humans...come watch the kids play soccer or play baseball and bring the dogs and have a great time !

Love taking our dogs here for a nice calm walk on the trails!

This review is for the dog park only. The rest of the park is 5 stars.The small dog part seems like responsible pet owners. The large side almost always has dog aggressive unsocialized pets and irresponsible owners. You better have the phone number of the emergency vet and animal control on your phone. Too bad, very nice facility otherwise.

The dog park is awesome! The people are great but when it comes to the maintenance crew they seem pretty lazy. We went on a Tuesday where the park is supposed to open at 10 because they mow the lawn. It’s 10:45 the gate is wide open and one of the crew is still mowing. I ask him about it he rolls his eyes and says it’ll be another hour. There should be a supervisor number to call because the attitude on this guy was unbelievable. I get it. You hate your job. Quit if it sucks that bad or get it done on time.

Nice, clean Park. Great for walking and biking, running. There is also a dog park and soccer fields and Baseball fields, plus rest area and picnic areas with grills. One of my favorite.

Have been going to the park four years now a nice large Park big dog side has a lot of room lot of shade in the back but also you can walk on leash around the park theres a lot of wooded areas you can go around plus the canals.Most of the time theres a lot of good dogs out there my dogs guy likes to play with sometimes there are dogs out there who do not have owners that pay attention and this can create a problem but overall love the part of the staff keep up the good work visit often

I mainly ride my bike around since I live close by. Park is always kept neat, cleaned, mowed. Several pavilions that are very nice for use.

Great park for large dogs. Theres a lot of land and room for running. My only suggestion is to bring mess bags with you in case theyre out again.

Well they said that there was a dog park here but all we could fine is soccer fields and baseball fields. No inclose area for dogs run around freely or to play with. So if see looking for a dog park area look else were.

This park is huge and has, i think, something for everyone. Soccer fields and a dog park just to name a couple. Everyone should google everything this well maintained park has and enjoy it. It is most definitely an asset in the neighborhood i enjoy with my Son at the Soccer complex there, and the dog park where we take our dog.

A beautiful park and the soccer fields are amazing. This park had it all. Soccer complex, softball complex, football fields, dog park, community center. Great for going for runs, or walks or just to have a fun family day. Movie at the Park events are also a blast here.

Great park, my son plays football here for Bayside Bears Youth. It would be better if they had a nice football field and if the fields didnt flood so much. Overall though it is a great park.

Nice Park. Went to the Family Christmas Extravaganza on the weekend of Dec 10th 2017 it was pretty nice event for the whole family and it was free. Plus gifts were given out without having to pay for any raffle tickets everything was free, even the food, water, everything at the event was totally free. Horse rides, jump houses, and slides, and a lot of other entertainment was all free.

Small. Quiet. Facilitated. Cop lives down the street.

Great place for a picnic or a walk or just to bring a chair and sit in the shade while looking at the ponds. There was a concert in the distance and some folks were playing Cricket!

I am beyond amazed by the size of this wonderful dog park devoted to our fury loved ones!!! Thank you City of Palm Bay and all contributors! What an amazing time Maverick(12week old Husky) had today! The pools and the hose were definitely the highlight of his adventure! This is wonderful and we will continue to visit frequently!!
