Its peaceful. But not when Im alone.

This place is good for people on a lower or fixed income, retirement or disability. Most of the people keep to themselves, some are crabby but for the most part it’s a peaceful community. (Not age restricted)

Low cost lot rental. Within walking distance to the waterway.

All the neighbors are just so friendly

Gated community, for I believe 65 years old and above. Nice complex

Seems like the property manager is a shady untrustworthy man, and I cleaned up this statement a lot
