It used to be better than they are now. Hard to get help. Sometimes for just a simple question, the waiting can be rediculous. I wanted to move here, but changed my mind. My friend lives here, so I visit often.I have noticed the up keep in here,(lawn mowing) and going to office are definitely downhill.

Love living in this quiet, safe, & super fun gated community where your neighbors are your friends! Convenient to shopping, drug stores, grocery & auto needs...you can literally walk or ride your bike! Such a great place to be! I feel blessed & grateful for finding this hidden gem!

U own land & the mobile & they cut the grass. But when lawn people damage your propriety the they dont care & try 2 get out of fixing it. U got to call a lawyer. Only good thing is HOA fees are reasonable. ($184.00 per mth) Thats why we stay.

Nice mobile home 55 and older community and you own the property. Gated with 24 hour security. Convenient to stores. Has 704 units.

Well kept homes with security at gate.2 pools many activities for residents

Lovely except the lead gate security could be a little nicer. He gives a hard time Everytime we come to see my elderly grandma. Not cool.

Great place to live but the board of trustees lead by allison is running the park into the ground. They fire managers about every two years and if you love drama and a horrible place to work then thats the job for you.

My husband and I are permanent residents at Holiday Park....lots of activities to do and it is peaceful here....I also feel safe in our gated community

Nice place to retire to

Our elderly parents feel very secure here because they have a REAL guard gate!! The grounds keeping has slacked a bit and parents do pay for this part too.

My mom lives there and it is a very wonderful park lots of amenities and things to do
