Very unique and well maintained waterfront co-op park community. Goode Park on Turkey Creek is for residents only and includes a boat launch, picnic area, and an area for fishing. Indian River Lagoon is right across US 1 within walking distance. The people here are friendly and helpful. The homes are unique and very well kept - many with a retro/vintage feel. Close to all shopping needs and walking distance to the only Dollar Store thats open till 11:00 for late night snacks or wine and beer! This 55 plus community is very active with many weekly activities including Thirsty Thursdays at Goode park where libations are highly recommended and encouraged. Afterwards, one will often see golf carts congregated at somebodys home to continue the party. People here are active and one can participate in activities if they choose; if not, they can find peace and solitude here as well. Nature abounds if youre an enthusiast. And while its a 55 plus community, many here are like young kids - having fun, laughing, joking and enjoying life all with a positive attitude. Highly recommend this community.

Ive lived here for 18 years, and wouldnt live any other place. This community has plenty of things to do, card playing, bingo, bocce, movies, and several more. People help each other to get projects done or if someone has an emergency and needs help. We also have cook outs and celebrate all the holidays.Everyone is very friendly.
