This place is a dump. All of the trailer houses should be condemned. Theyre all junk and theyre not fit to live in. They charge $590 a month for these trashy homes. The owner Clyde Crum is a sorry piece of _____ for a human being. And this is what it looks like behind this place...sewage. Theres holes in the floor,roaches galore. Theyre falling apart and will not do repairs

The office ladies and Ol man seem helpful and kindhearted. As for the Trailer Park its not the best looking one but inside these trailers are comfy. This place is quit and safe, besides the w hogs roaming around at night. They are guard hogs if you ask me. Good place i give 5 stars

Im just baffled at how little they care about their renters. You do as they say and make a list of things that need to be fixed. And nothing gets fixed. It doesnt matter how often you ask them when itll be done...they simply do not care. And its not silly little fixes either its actual problems. Front door locks dont work? They dont care. Shower head is unstable and even slowly tearing the wall? They dont care. Leaking window that gets a bathroom all wet? They dont care. Not all lights and barely any outlets work? They do not care. Im really disappointed i didnt expect anything fancy but considering how this is now our home, our only home, I did think they would at least care a little bit. My mistake I suppose.

The road is horrible. I really dont see how this place is Not shut down. I thought it was a junk yard.
