Loving it so far

Its a lot quieter and cleaner than it used to be. The people are friendly and my dog lives that u can walk to the ballpark from here. This is my apartment.

Ive worked here for 8 years. I love working for Palestine Park, The tenants are great people.

I dont live here- let me start with that!- but when I come here I dont see anything that would turn me away. Its a mobile home park so there are small yard areas, but many have toys in them (and pets!), children are always outside, the grounds arent trashy.... I know several people who are long term residents who are quite happy. Weve been to visit them and never encountered any disturbances. It seems like a nice place and our friends have given their recommendation. They say its a quick and easy application process, too!

Ok place to live with plenty of kids for my little girl to play with and families i know and get along with.

There are lots of children around. There are people who dont care what time it is when visiting or picking others up they play loud music, honk horns, it is annoying. Not everyone has the same schedule, stop being lazy and get out of your car and knock on the doors. If asked the neighbors will turn music down, theyre pretty good about that.
